Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of health sector related to International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) who had stopped their activities in the tenure of previous Government; and (b) the names of those INGOs which have submitted the applications to work in health sector in the tenure of present Government?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to refer to Starred Question No.78 replied on 22-09-2021 and to state: (a) there are 444 officers who took the plea bargain, how many of them currently are serving in departments at present alongwith their names and designations; and (b) whether it is against the Constitution of Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) procurement is being made under PPRA Rules; (b) if so, the details of the procurements made during the last five years alongwith amount, names of the parties/firms awarded for the contracts?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether an officer of BS-18 of Ministry of Climate Change, Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) was subjected to fifteen times inquiries on the same allegations for more than five years but not a single allegation was proved in such inquiries; (b) whether it is a fact that he has been without any assignment since 2016 and not allowed to work and his promotion is withheld despite the Court orders, since 2013; (c) whether it is also a fact that the officers in line of promotion are deprived of their due right by initiating inquiries against them; (d) whether an officer can be appointed as Director General BS-20 in Pak EPA holding two domiciles Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 1984 to 2016 and Punjab 1990; (e) what action has been taken against the officer who misled the Honourable Courts by misstating it as an inadvertent mistake and facilitating this appointment; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to declare such appointment as nul and void ab-initio as per law?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight No.PK-9792 from Birmingham to Islamabad reached at 6:15 am on 09-11-2021, the passengers could not receive their luggage till 08:30 am, same position was with PIA flight reaching from Saudi Arabia same time; (b) due to un-necessary delay, passengers, especially elderly people women and children, faced difficulties (mentally and physically) as well as wastage of time; (c) if answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the action taken against the responsible, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact hat the current Particulate Matter (PM 2.5) is usually twice as much as the recommended National Environment Quality Standards (NEQS); (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, what is the Ministry doing to reduce the PM 2.5; and (c) whether there is any educational framework for general public regarding the emissions that cause PM 2.5 and its harmful impact on human health?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) has take notice of the fact that neither the guardian/parent is allowed to accompany the student at the time of re-checking of the papers, if any student applies for it nor re-checking is done in true sense, as only recounting of numbers is done and whether or not the question was numbered correctly is ignored; if so, the justification thereof including the impediment to changing such a policy; (b) if not, the reasons thereof and is there a proposal under consideration to address aforesaid issues in IBCC in order of their redressal at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) has Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), as a regulator, taken into account the fact that millions of rupees are owed to the previous management of the Sama TV before the transfer of its management and shares from one company to another; (b) whether it is a fact that under the PEMRA laws, the shares and ownership of any channel can not be transferred without clearing the outstanding dues; (c) if so, who did approve aforesaid application; (d) if such application has been dealt with against prescribed laws, what corrective measure are being taken by the authority; and (e) whether a person who is already a member of the board of Governors of a TV channel, become members of Board of Director of another channel; if so, is not it a conflict of interests; if so, what corrective measures are being taken, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has appointed "Non-Engineers" on top most posts in the Engineering and Maintenance Department of the national carrier and was issued notices by the Islamabad High Court (IHC), in this regard; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, what is the number of such appointments alongwith names and designations thereof?

Will the Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division be pleased to state: (a) the annual development and non-development budget of each department of the National Heritage and Culture Division and attached departments thereof during the last three years; (b) the said budget has been re-appropriated by each of the above department during the said period; if so, the details and justification thereof; (c) the performance of each department during the last three years; (d) the details of the projects initiated by each department during the above mentioned period alongwith current status of each project including funds reserved, released and used for each project during the said period; (e) what was the estimate of each project and will each project be completed within its estimate; (f) the effects of such projects on the people at large; and (g) what steps are being taken to fragment aforesaid departments?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Associate Degree Programme (ADP) introduced by the HEC from January 2019 is allowed after the FSC/FA; if so, details thereof; (b) whether such ADP after the FSC/FA, has the equivalence/status of 14 years education and eligible to apply for the posts in Grade 16-17 as well as for Provincial Competitive Commissions and CSS examination; (c) if so, details thereof; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the department-wise total posts lying vacant of Balochistan quota, at present; (b) the steps taken by the Government to fill these posts during the last three years; (c) whether it is a fact that the Balochistan quota could not be filled; (d) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.76 replied on 21-10-2021 and to state: (a) who initially started schemes for distribution of funds under Sustainable Development Goals Achievement Program (SDGAP) for different areas of Karachi and from whom the Cabinet Division received these schemes; (b) when was each of the above schemes sent to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of each District of Karachi for processing and approval from the relevant forum; (c) when was each of the above schemes received back from respective Deputy Commission; and (d) who were the members of the steering committee formed for this purpose?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) how many passengers traveled and reached Islamabad from Birmingham on PIA Flight No.PK-9792 on 9-11-2021; (b) the details of gross and net income received by the PIA, from the above flight; (c) whether it is a fact that the aeroplane was too old, washrooms were in miserable condition, one washroom was reserved for crew only; (d) if the answer to part (c) above is in affirmative, the action taken against responsible, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that certain provisions of the rules were relaxed by the Ministry to appoint different persons in the Management pay scales, commonly known as MP-II and III since August, 2018; if so, the details of rules which were relaxed; (b) whether it is a fact that such a relaxation of the rules tantamount to rewarding certain individuals; (c) if so, what corrective action has been taken by the Government, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the annual cost and volume of Government advertisements given to the private and public sector electronic and print media since the formation of the current Government; (b) how are these advertisements given to the said sources alongwith the benchmarks on which such advertisements are distributed in different media; (c) has a third party been hired for this purpose or is this Government doing it itself; (d) details thereof; if a third party has been hired; (e) is the distribution of such advertisements audited; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) if any discrepancies have been found in such audits for the last three years, the details thereof and what steps have been taken to address such discrepancies?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) has the Inter-Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC), the Federal decision-making body for liaising between all the Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Coordinating all policies in this regard, taken note of the fact that different boards have adopted different polices during the year, 2021 to give students an opportunity to improve their marks through special examinations; if so, the details thereof; (b) has the IBCC also taken notice of the fact that due to lack of accountability of the board officials and examiners, the papers of the first year students of various boards of the year 2021 have not been properly checked that is tantamount to ruining the future of hundreds of students; if so, the details thereof; (c) have IBCC made the boards accountable in this regard; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what corrective steps are being taken, in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that private banks have imposed the condition of getting the maps approved from CDA for houses in villages of Islamabad, under the “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar” Programme; (b) if not, the action being taken against the banks making such demand from the applicants; (c) the number of banks against which action has been taken; (d) the authority which will grant approval of maps of houses in the above said areas for the purpose of getting loan; and (e) the detail of policy of State Bank of Pakistan in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of gazetted officers of the Constitutional Bodies, who have applied for loan under the “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar” Programme, in Allied Bank of Pakistan, Islamabad Region alongwith the name of each officer, date of application, required amount and the amount offered to them by the bank; (b) the number of officers, to whom loans have been given up till now; (c) the action being taken against the bank officers, due to the negligence of such loan has not been given to certain officers; and (d) the time by which loan will be given to these officers?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Bhara Kahu, Islamabad is a thickly populated area and whether there is no Government High School for Boys and Girls in Bhara Kahu, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad; and (b) whether there is any proposal under the consideration of the Government to establish schools in the aforesaid area?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has notified the increase of additional power tariff for electricity consumed in September, 2020 and charged in November, 2021; (b) what is the justification of increase made in prices thereof; and (c) what is the overall electricity generation capacity?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise number of saplings planted in the country during the monsoon plantation drives of 2020 and 2021 alongwith the total expenditure incurred thereupon; and (b) the total number of saplings to be planted under the said drive in 2021-22 alongwith the location and the funds allocated thereof?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Internet speed is very slow and not working properly due to water line maintenance work carried out in Street No.58, Sector F-11/4, Islamabad, causing inconvenience for the residents; (b) number of complaints were registered on PTCL complaint cell but no action has been taken in this regard; and (c) the time by which above said issue will be resolved?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) number of organizations approved by Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) for grants/aid especially for Free Nominated Center for Kidney Dialysis and Free Nominated Center for Eye Care at present; (b) whether it is a fact that PBM has withheld payment of outstanding dues of the above organizations; if so, its reasons thereof; (c) whether it is fact that withholding of such outstandings dues by Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal is tantamount to obstructing the medical attendance and treatment of the poorest; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration to investigate such delay of payment and hold responsible accountable at the part of PBM; if so, the details thereof; and (e) what steps are being taken to pay outstanding dues to said entities at an earliest?
