Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) procurement is being made under PPRA Rules; (b) if so, the details of the procurements made during the last five years alongwith amount, names of the parties/firms awarded for the contracts?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of pilots in Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) at present; and (b) wherefrom each said pilot acquired aviation licence so far?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) has Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA), as a regulator, taken into account the fact that 3 millions of rupees are owed to the previous management of the Sama TV before the transfer of its management and shares from one company to another; (b) whether it is a fact that under the PEMRA laws, the shares and ownership of any channel can not be transferred without clearing the outstanding dues; (c) if so, who did approve aforesaid application; (d) if such application has been dealt with against prescribed laws, what corrective measure are being taken by the authority; and (e) whether a person who is already a member of the board of Governors of a TV channel, become members of Board of Director of another channel; if so, is not it a conflict of interests; if so, what corrective measures are being taken, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken to control objectionable dramas/content based on indecent dressing, caressing, bad scenes and gestures; and (b) whether it is a fact that it is against the Islamic values and commonly accepted standard of decency; if so, the fine imposed on TV channels?

Will the Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division be pleased to state: 5 (a) the annual development and non-development budget of each department of the National Heritage and Culture Division and attached departments thereof during the last three years; (b) the said budget has been re-appropriated by each of the above department during the said period; if so, the details and justification thereof; (c) the performance of each department during the last three years; (d) the details of the projects initiated by each department during the above mentioned period alongwith current status of each project including funds reserved, released and used for each project during the said period; (e) what was the estimate of each project and will each project be completed within its estimate; (f) the effects of such projects on the people at large; and (g) what steps are being taken to fragment aforesaid departments?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that certain provisions of the rules were relaxed by the Ministry to appoint different persons in the Management pay scales, commonly known as MP-II and III since August, 2018; if so, the details of rules which were relaxed; (b) whether it is a fact that such a relaxation of the rules tantamount to rewarding certain individuals; (c) if so, what corrective action has been taken by the Government, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the annual cost and volume of Government advertisements given to the private and public sector electronic and print media since the formation of the current Government; (b) how are these advertisements given to the said sources alongwith the benchmarks on which such advertisements are distributed in different media; (c) has a third party been hired for this purpose or is this Government doing it itself; (d) details thereof; if a third party has been hired; (e) is the distribution of such advertisements audited; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) if any discrepancies have been found in such audits for the last three years, the details thereof and what steps have been taken to address such discrepancies?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any mechanism to verify the accuracy of the final data of the latest survey of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) which has been done by BISP for various programmes recently; (b) if so, the details thereof and whether such an audit has been done of the data of the latest survey conducted so far; (c) whether the relevant authorities of the programme have noticed that many people who should have been included in the program could not included therein due to poor survey technique which is tantamount to excluding deserving people from the program; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to give a chance cum right of appeal to those who are eligible to join the program by running a massive campaign in this regard; (e) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) provides wheel chairs and allows applicants to submit online applications for the provision of such wheelchairs; (b) if so, the station-wise number of applications received since the inception of the present Government; (c) the number of applicants who have been provided wheelchairs so far; (d) the number of applicants who have not yet been provided with wheel chairs; (e) the PBM has failed to provide the wheelchairs to deserving persons; if so, details of applications currently pending alongwith reasons thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken to provide wheelchairs to the pending applicants immediately?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that various officers of other provinces/services are working/posted as Section Officer/D.S 28 in Establishment Division during last five years permissible period; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, then provide the following (i) names of such officers the parent department/service, date of deputation as Section Officer/D.S and the justification for the over-stay beyond five years (ii) whether the veracity of their service as regular/contract/daily wages employees and other particulars i.e. education, domicile etc. have been confirmed from their parent departments; if so, the details (iii) whether approval of the Prime Minister has been obtained for the extended deputation or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that allegedly slow, ignorant and habitual lingering on, in performing tasks by official staff in the offices of International Islamic University, Islamabad is reason of unnecessary delay in works of students and effecting overall administrative performance of university; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) steps being taken by Ministry in terms of directions for improvement in working performance of aforesaid university, also in terms of training of security staff for dealing students and visitors respectfully?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government of Pakistan announced a policy for payment of Rs.25,000/- to a family having two or more abnormal children through the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM); (b) whether it is also a fact that Government of Pakistan have failed to pay such amount to the families through PBM in particular Mst. Zameer Akhtar, widow of Adalat Hussain, Gali No.7, Tahli Mohri, Rawalpindi who sent an application through Pakistan Post Registry No.RGL 25928277 dated 2nd May, 2019; (c) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay amount to the said deserving widow?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Law Colleges affiliated with Sindh University, Jamshoro do not conduct annual examination of LLB, consequently, LLB degree, which is meant to complete in five years, actually it is completed in seven years and more time; (b) if so, the justification thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) against the Sindh University in this regard and mandatory to such colleges to conduct exams in time?
