Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) details of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms/ methods being used in our country; and (b) the details of those laws presently enforced in Pakistan which deals with ADR mechanism?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that transformer installed in Qureshi Gali, Mohallah Afzalabad, Central Jail Area, Haripur is overloaded, consequently, residents of the area have been facing problem of low voltage; (b) whether it is also a fact that in addition to overloaded transformer, a new transformer has been approved under reference No.9882-85 dated 23rd September, 2015 under proposal No.6411171, work order No.64464; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what steps are being taken by the PESCO to install the transformer?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing of demand notices of Rs.25000/- to get connection of natural gas on urgent basis the subsequent demand notice of Rs.6000/- is not being issued by the authorities concerned against the Account ID 4695293369 dated 26-10-2021 and Account ID 44986914156 dated 30-11-2020; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken to do the needful at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that ten percent increase has been made in pension of pensioners by the Federal Government in the year 2021-22; (b) whether it is also a fact that increase was not made in the pension of the pensioners of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) in accordance with the decision of Federal Government; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to grant ten percent increase in the pensions of the retired employees of IESCO?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notice under the Account ID 84158297527 dated 10-09-2021 and Account ID 72938469144 date 20-08-2020, authorities concerned have failed to install meters of natural gas against aforesaid demand notices; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install the said meters against aforesaid demand notices at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of Baja Line, Railway Power House, Mughal Pura Road, Lahore (front of Munshi Hotel) and its adjacent areas are facing acute problem of low voltage of electricity; (b) if so, whether the responsible authority/department has taken notice of it; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to improve the transmission system of electricity in the said areas?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the high magnitude of mineral resources are not excavated in the country at present; if so, the reason thereof; and (b) the steps taken to attract entrepreneurs from abroad for exploration and extractions of minerals?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) since when Mango Pir Road, Karachi is being constructed by the Federal Government; (b) when will this project complete; and (c) whether there is any delay in excution of the project alongwith reasons?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.26 replied on 22-09-2021 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Gas connections in respect of account ID 29540632360 dated 03-02-2017 and account ID 18722946987 dated 08-03-2017, were ensured to install within 4 weeks; (b) whether the same has not been installed even after the lapse of 4 weeks; if so, reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken to install gas connections against aforesaid IDs at an earliest and investigate the failure of the same to hold the responsible accountable?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notice against Account ID 83863268831 dated 27-02-2021 the concerned authorities have not installed meter; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that villages Sumbal Pind Benso and Deheri Manglora Tehsil Kalar Syedan District Rawalpindi are facing low voltage due to overload transformers; (b) if so, the steps being taken and tentative deadline for overcoming the said problem in the said villages?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the reasons of loadshedding of natural gas in the WAPDA Colony, G-7/4, Islamabad; (b) whether the Government intends to replace or repair the old gas pipeline; (c) if so, the time by which the work will be started/completed?
