Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken the notice of the fact that Pakistan does not have enough consumers of goods that can be produced locally with investment, with the advance technology and skills development; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to design Pakistan’s export model to localize technology through foreign participation?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of people affected by the earthquake in Harnai District of Balochistan have to live under the open sky and National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has failed to provide basic facilities despite tall claims; (b) if so, how did the NDMA assess the ground situation and what is the strategy for providing basic necessities to the affected people; and (c) the NDMA or the Federal Government provided financial assistance to the affected individuals/families for the rehabilitation of their homes; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the vacant posts in BS-17 and above in Directorate of National Savings at present; (b) the names of officers in promotion zone having eligibility for promotion to next higher grades; and (c) the time by which due promotions of eligible officers will be made in BS-18 and above?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) the progress made, so far, on the main route of China-Pak Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the time by which it will be completed; and (b) total length and the cost to be incurred, thereon?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) total number of private dental clinics in our country; (b) whether it is a fact that such clinics have been charging heavy fees from their patients; (c) if so, the amount of tax collected by FBR from private dental clinics all over the country; (d) total number of such clinics presently operating in Islamabad Capital Territory; and (e) the details of clinics regularly paying such tax?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state if the economy of the country has been moving upward, as claimed by the Prime Minister and other functionaries of the Government, why are not positive effects of such upward trend of the economy, trickling down to people, particularly, taking into consideration the unprecedented increase in the prices of almost all commodities, since the inception of incumbent Government?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) as to when the 7th Population and House Census would be conducted in the country alongwith the name of department which would conduct such Census; and (b) the head-wise details of total amount to be incurred on said Census?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the country-wise total fiscal aid and goods received by Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA), so far since the earthquake 2005; and (b) the utilization of said aid and goods?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that withholding tax is received by the Management of the Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad from the buyers of plots without issuance of formal receipts; (b) the total number of year-wise sale/purchase transactions undertaken by the said society, alongwith their names, from 1st January, 2016 to 8th November,2021, the value of these transactions in detail of each plot, the amount of withholding tax that was deposited in the Government accounts; and (c) the time by which Ministry will introduce a system whereby the withholding tax is deposited directly in the main system rather than through the relevant housing authority?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that LL.M allowance Equal to M.Phil is being not given to the Judicial Officers, Law Officers, Assistant Directors, Section Officers, Deputy Secretaries Law/Legislation, Legislative Officers and Assistant Legislative Draftsmen of BS-17 and above working in the different Ministries/Divisions/Organizations etc.; (b) whether it is also a fact that such allowance is being given to the above officers in the provinces; and (c) the time by which aforesaid LL.M allowance Equal to M.Phil will be paid to the officers as mentioned in the Part (a) above?

Will the Minister for Economic Affairs be pleased to state the amount of loans and aid received by the Government since August 2018 and also the details of utilization of the same?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state the year-wise name of animals imported and exported during the last three fiscal years alongwith the names of respective countries?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the Rules of Business, 1973 each Division has to prepare Annual Book report of performance; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons for not preparing the said book; and (c) what action is being taken by the Government against the responsible functionaries for negligence?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether the Planning Commission has noticed that due to poor policies of the Government, Pakistan, is dropped to 129 among the United Nation member states in the 2021 Sustainable Development Report to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Planning Commission has conducted any research on such issues to identify the real reasons behind the poor ranking of the country and to implement plans in the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) on a uniform basis across the country to change the lives of the common man; (c) if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to fix the obstructive elements and formulate policies that can change the life of a common man?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) details of gifts received by the Adviser to Prime Minister or any other officer and official of the Ministry since August 2018; (b) the nature of each gift and who gave each of above gifts; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (d) what are the details of the gifts that the Adviser to Prime Minister or any other official of the Ministry has chosen to keep it with himself herself during the aforesaid period?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the details of total value of domestic and foreign loans at present; and (b) whether the Government intends to obtain further loans?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Auditor General of Pakistan has not conducted annual audit of Health Services Academy after enactment of its Act 2018; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for conducting the annual audit of said academy?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the procedure, as well as rules according to which inquiries are being conducted against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Customs’ officers/officials who are involved in the cases of corruption and financial mismanagement; and (b) total number of inquiries conducted against such officers/officials during the last three years; if any, indicating also the number of those cases in which the corrupt officers/officials of these departments were punished?

Will the Minister for Finance Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there are shortfall of employees of Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan domicile in the Zarai Taraqiyati Bank Limited, Islamabad; (b) if so, that what steps are being taken or proposed to be taken to fill said posts?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has launched Pakistan’s ever first Nature Performance Green Bond; (b) if so, details thereof indicating also the advantages to be accrued by the said initiative?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite millions of dollars in loans and other grants, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has failed to upgrade its obsolete and outdated information technology equipment and related software in the last three years, as a result, cyber-attacks have become a regular feature on the FBR’s website; (b) if so, the annual details of actual loans and other grants received by the FBR during the last three years and the exact amount used for each purpose; (c) whether it slao a fact that the FBR has allegedly used some of the above loans to pay bonus to its employees; (d) failure prove the incompetence of both the Government and FBR; and (e) what steps are being taken to upgrade the entire FBR IT system and to hold accountable those involved in delaying such up-gradation or misusing the above loans?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) year-wise funds reserved, released and utilized since the inception of the present Government for Balochistan; (b) the organizations/agencies, whom such funds have been transferred; and (c) the details of works which have been done by utilizing above said funds?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) what is the increase in trade and current account deficits in past three years; (b) whether the Ministry has taken any action on the adverse impact of rising imports on the country’s economy; and (c) what measures is the Ministry taking to curb the non-essential imports?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government intends to privatize Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA); (b) whether it is also a fact that such proposed move will result in the loss of decent livelihoods of the employees concerned; (c) if so, details thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) details of amount that has been declared expenditure charged upon the Federal Consolidated Fund (FCF) by an Act of Majlis-e-Shoora alongwith the name of the Act, when it was passed by the Majlis-e-Shoora, and head-wise amount, which was placed before the Assembly in lieu of aforesaid Act under the heading of expenditure charged upon FCF for the last 8 years; (b) whether it has been found that any amount other than the expenditure charged on FCF as mentioned in the Constitution and the Act of Parliament, has been paid to the Federal Government; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether any statutory entity including Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has passed any guidelines for dealing with excess grants and get them approved from the Assembly of any financial year in the past; if so, how such a distinction was made between the supplementary and excess grants; and (d) how were such guidelines incorporated in the last eight budgets?
