Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that article 251 of Constitution of Pakistan is related with the enforcement of Urdu as official language; (b) whether it is also fact that Supreme Court in its judgment on 8th September 2015 declared that enforcement of Urdu as an official language in Government offices and the report of its enforcement should be submitted within three months in Supreme Court, if so, the reasons for not implementing the judgement of the Court so far; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to enforce Urdu as official language in Government offices in light of said Constitutional provision and Judicial orders, in near future, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state that: (a) whether it is a fact that the administration of Federal Directorate of Education and its schools / colleges has been assigned to Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI); and (b) whether it is also a fact that the resultant current agitation of teachers is affecting educational activities in ICT, if so, the steps taken; being taken for resumption of educational activities in school / colleges under the administrative control of F.D.E?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of steps taken by the present Government to enhance the yield of major crops of the country; and (b) the incentives provided to the farmers for the purposes?

Will the Minister for the Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Mr. Iftikharullah Qureshi, incumbent Director Works, Workers Welfare Fund, Islamabad has been posted on deputation from Pak PWD; (b) whether it is a fact that Mr. Qureshi was convicted by NAB in 2015 in a corruption case when he was Assistant Executive Engineer and he did VR of Rs . 750,000 to NAB in that case; and (c) whether it is a fact that no action has been taken against the officer in compliance of Supreme Court verdict and recently promulgated NAB Amendment Ordinance under which persons who have done voluntary Return (VR) with NAB are disqualified from Government service, if so, reasons thereof?
