Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that traffic jams have become a routine issue on National Highway (N-35) in Abbottabad City from Muslimabad to Shaheena Jamil Hospital, if so, the details thereof; (b) is it also a fact that there are no flyovers, underpasses and pedestrian bridges in the above area especially near Fawara Chowk, Sarban Chowk and Gami Adda due to which vehicles are stuck for long hours and pedestrians also have to suffer a lot, if so, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to construct flyover/underpasses in the above mentioned area and also to widen and rehabilitate the road to overcome the persistent traffic jam issue?
