whether it is a fact that the facility of mosque / prayer hall has not been provided in the newly constructed PHAF flats in Sector G-10/2, Islamabad, if so, the reason thereof; and 4278 (2021) Senate (S) PC-2 By Hammad (b) whether it is also a fact that the residents of the said flats have to cross sewerage drain (nallah), which is without bridge, to go to the mosque in the nearby street, if so, the time by which a bridge would be constructed on that drain to facilitate the residents of those flats?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the incumbent Government has announced a low cost housing project, if so, the details thereof, indicating also the persons who are eligible to avail the said scheme; and (b) the names of those institutions which are currently implementing / executing this projects, indicating also the criteria and procedures to be followed by the eligible persons to apply for the same?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that 3G and 4G internet services are not available in the merged districts of Ex-FATA in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, if so, the steps taken by the Government for provision of the said services to those areas indicating completion deadline thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be please to state: (a) the total number of members registered through Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation drive for membership in Phase-II (Second Phase) in June, 2017; (b) the total amount collected from the members in each category separately; (c) details of plots allotted to registered members in each category till now; and (d) the time by which remaining registered members in each category will be allotted plots?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority had lunched Bara Kaho Green Enclave Phase-I, Housing Scheme in 2009 on first come first serve basis; (b) whether it is also a fact the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority Islamabad has recently increased the prices of plots of Bara Kaho Green Enclave Phase-I scheme by 50%, if so, its reasons; and (c) the category-wise prices of plots of this scheme at the time of its commencement, and the subsequent number of times and percentage of increase in the prices of the said plots?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) to accommodate those members of Green Enclave-II who have deposited their down payments for allotment of plots in 2015-16 but awaiting for allotment of plots; and (b) whether it is a fact that FGEHA is accommodating the remaining members of Green Enclave-II in Sector G-12, if so, details thereof?

CAA has not yet been finalized, if so, reasons thereof and deadline of finalization and floating of advertisement thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that different quota wise lists/registrations are being maintained by the FGEHA to allocate plots to Federal Government Employees, if so, its justification; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to maintain combine age-wise list of all Federal Government employees and abolish all types of quotas other than the Federal Government Employees quota, if so, the details thereof ?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government has abolished one thousand jobs of scale 1-15 in the month of September, 2021; and (b) if so, the details and the reasons thereof

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is facing up to 3.8 billion per year economic loss due to climate change effects, if so, its details; and (b) the steps being taken by the incumbent Government to minimize these estimated losses in the long run?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state the details of assistance provided to Pakistan, if any, since Pakistan become party to Paris Agreement in 2016?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government’s policy of planting ten billion trees and protection of environment and naturally grown forests also extends to ex-FATA; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to stop the illegal mass cutting of trees in the tribal districts, particularly in South Waziristan; and (c) the total number of new plantations made in the tribal districts during the last three years, indicating also the areas that are being guarded under the forests’ protection policy?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Government is providing sapling / plants to the private land owners for plantation under the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami program, if so, criteria thereof and if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) eligibility criteria for allotment of Government accommodation under Rule 4(3) of the Accommodation Allocation Rules 2002; and (b) separate details of official and officers indicating their names, designations, date of birth, department who have been allotted Government accommodation and who have vacated Government Accommodation by transfer under the said rules since 2013?
