Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of inspections of universities conducted by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) during the last five years including the current year; (b) the university-wise total number of directives issued by the HEC during said inspections; (c) whether those universities have violated the said directives; (d) if so, the action taken by the Government against those universities; and (e) whether it is a fact that certain universities chartered by the respective provinces have set up their campus in Islamabad in particular and other cities in general if so, the details thereof along with legitimate status of such campus along with the action taken by the Government against illegal campuses thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the location of new Sweet Homes being constructed by Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall in the near future; and (b) the time by which construction work will be completed?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of hostels for women established in Islamabad along with the amount of expenditures incurred thereof; and (b) the number of beneficiaries thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the district-wise distribution of the individual financial assistance, general financial assistance and medical assistance made during the last two years; and (b) the criteria prescribed therefor?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of posts lying vacant in the Ministry and its attached departments at present; (b) whether it is a fact that to fill such posts Pakistan Railways conducted tests through National Testing Centre (NTC) recently; if so, the details thereof; (c) the name, father name, domicile and qualification of those candidates who passed such tests for those posts; (d) whether it is also a fact that those posts are not being filled; if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to fill the said posts?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the prescribed procedure to purchase diesel by the Pakistan Railways at present; (b) whether it is a fact that prior to recent decrease in the prices of petroleum products on November 1st and December 1st, 2014 Pakistan Railways purchased thousands liters of diesel just before November 1st, 2014; (c) if the answer to part (b) is in the affirmative whether said purchase caused loss of millions of rupees to Pakistan Railways; if so , whether there is any proposal under consideration to investigate the said matter; and (d) the steps being taken to make the process of purchase of diesel in transparent manner?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) as to when the Play Land (near zoo), Islamabad was established; and (b) the year-wise total amount spent on its maintenance/repair and beautification during the last five years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the total amount spent by the CDA during the last six months under various heads for construction, maintenance and beautification of Islamabad?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the Constituency-wise detail of the beneficiaries of financial assistance provided by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mall during the years ending 30th June, 2012, 2013, 2014; (b) the criteria adopted to provide such assistance; and (c) whether any mechanism has been adopted to carry out audit of such assistance?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to launch new schemes and programs under Benazir Income Support Program in near future in the country; (b) if so, the names of those programs and schemes?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of main cities of the country are on the fault line of earthquake at present; (b) if so the steps being taken by the Government for the protection of those cities?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to Starred Question No.156 replied on 4-12-2014 and to state: (a) the names of bidders and their contention to acquire the licence of 3 and 4G technology alongwith bid price of each bidder in each round for each license; (b) whether Simultaneous Multiple Round Ascending (SMRA) could bring due advantages as envisaged particularly with reference to static bid prices by the bidders for each license; (c) whether process of auction was compared with any international standard auction, which had taken place recently; and (d) whether it is a fact that process of bidding was against the norms of competition in view of same number of licenses and bidders therefor; if so, the steps being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the government has issued instructions to the PIA for overall improvement of the said organization; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the steps taken/being taken by PIA in this regard; (c) whether the government has directed PIA to submit the progress report on monthly basis; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps taken by the Government to streamline the operations of PIA by ensuring optimum use of its manpower and available infrastructure?

Will the Minister In-charge of Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to strictly monitor screening of blood in the Blood Banks of Federal Government Hospitals; (b) the number of negligence cases of unscreened blood transfusions registered so far; and (c) the steps taken by the Government against the responsibles therefor during the last two years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the date on which the execution of project of Islamabad Airport started alongwith the actual cost and the cost incurred thereupon so far; and (b) the action taken against the individuals involved in the delay therein?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: (a) the names of countries besides Pakistan which have imposed ban on You Tube as a result of the blasphemous movie along with the present status thereof in those countries; and (b) whether the interstitial screens/warnings have not been accepted as the technical solution to lift the ban on You Tube, as is done in Bangladesh; if so, the reasons thereof?

No.100-G, St. No.1, G-6/3, Islamabad got repaired by Government contractor during the year 2010; if so, the cost of repair thereof; (b) whether the said amount was paid to the contractor; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether the amount spent under the head of repair of Government houses during the financial year 2013-14 paid to the contractor?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state whether it is a fact that an estimate for the repair of H. No.404-C, St. No.11, G-6/2, Islamabad approved during the year 2011 but tender for same could not be invited so far; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to legalize the Kuri Town and adjacent areas of Balagh and Chapran, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that CDA has identified lawful owners of the said areas to settle them at other appropriate areas in Islamabad; if so, the details of lawful owners thereof; and (c) the criteria adopted to identify lawful owners of the said areas?
