Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that society issues only letter to the persons purchasing plots in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad and purchase is not allowed for the registry of the plot; (b) whether it is also a fact that purchasers of plot in said society is not deemed as owner of the land; (c) whether it is further a fact that land is given to him on the principle of lease, the relevant laws in this regard and the reasons for which residents of the society are not allowed for registry of their land; (d) if so, whether it is tantamount to fraud; if it is found fraud then detail of action that will be taken by the concerned agencies?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that water tanker mafias are very active in many sectors/housing societies of Islamabad, at present and have been selling water at Rs.1,000 to Rs.1,500 rupees per tanker in worst-hit areas; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in order to stop/regulate the business of this mafia at present?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to make Islamabad city signal free; and (b) the time by which the major roads of said city would be made signal free?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the rate of which water bill and property tax per square yard is charged by Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society Zone-II, Islamabad from its residents alongwith the amount collected so far under this head and the details thereof; (b) if these rates collected in accordance with CDA rate, the monthly income to be collected alongwith the time by which same will be enforced; and (c) the details of new CDA rates in accordance with House, Gali Number, plot size alongwith the total revenue to be collected in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the present status of the Aiwan-e-Saddar Co-operative Housing Society; (b) whether it is a fact that the cost of land was charged from its members almost ten years ago;(c) the detail of names, designations, salaries and other benefits of the employees of the society and how much increase was made in their salaries and benefits during the last ten years; (d) the justification for increase, since no development work has been carried out; and (e) whether the society has applied for NOC from CDA?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the financial assistance given to the heirs of private guards martyred in the terrorism attack on Karachi Stock Exchange alongwith the cheque numbers and the date of issuance thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that the cheques of financial assistance to the said private guards have not been cashed as yet; if so, the action taken against the responsible thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that street crimes in Islamabad, particularly in Sector I-11, are on rise; (b) if so, the number of cases of street crimes reported in year 2021; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to control street crimes in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) how many Masajids are functioning under Auqaaf alongwith details of their administrative committee in Islamabad; (b) details of the Masajid which have no their administrative committee so far; when it will be controlled by Auqaaf; (c) if no administrative committees is in still place whether is there any proposal under consideration to be established such committees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that old mode of record keeping in Arazi Record Centers, Islamabad is reason of corruption, land record tampering, facilitating land mafia, legal proceedings in courts for purchasers and suffering of poor public in terms of lifelong savings; (b) whether it is also a fact that process of public facilitation in aforementioned centers, involves habitual lingering on, redtapism, complex and private persons hired by patwaris and others are keeping Government records and performing Government tasks; and (c) the time required and steps being taken by Federal Government for transformation i.e use of latest technology/citizen facilitation center for verifying plot details along with ownership details, in the best interest of purchasers of plot in rural areas of Federal Capital for ending patwaris mafia, corruption, land grabbing and in terms of accountability?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether Government intends to conduct DNA test for the Baggers in Islamabad, Capital Territory (ICT); (b) if DNA tests have been conducted the number of said persons found as actual disabled, and the number of said who have been arrested as actual professional baggers; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA closed hiking track in Islamabad in the last week of December, 2021; if so, reasons thereof; (b) details of works or the assignment completed or disposed of during the closure of hiking track; (c) the detail of amount expended during such period on assignments; and (d) the betterment accrued from the disposal of said assignments or works?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that services of certain employees of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have been terminated in the name of downsizing/rightsizing after appointment of the incumbent Chairman, PCB; (b) if yes, name and designation of those employees alongwith date of their termination; (c) whether they were given an opportunity i.e a notice of show cause or personal hearing to defend themselves against their termination; and (d) details of the criteria adopted to select employees for termination alongwith rules/legal provisions governing such terminations?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that street lights are not functional and roads are in dilapidated conditions in Sector I-14/2, Islamabad due to which residents of the area are facing theft problems and road accidents; and (b) the time by which the street lights will be repaired and roads will be carpeted in above said area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that most of the street sign boards have been stolen and remaining ones are in dilapidated condition in Sector I-16, Islamabad, due to which the people are facing great difficulties; and (b) the time by which the street sign boards will be installed in above said area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that street lights have not been provided in Sector I-11/2, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that play ground for children has also not been provided in the above said sector; (c) if answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the time by which the said facilities will be provided there?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the number of employees of Grade-19 and above to whom promotion has been granted during the year 2019 their names and domiciles alongwith the laws under which said employees have been granted promotion; (b) the number of employees of Grade-1 to 18 to whom promotions have been granted to next grade alongwith their names and domiciles; and (c) the details of relevant rules and regulations under which said promotions have been granted?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) total number of NADRA employees are working in special pay scales; and (b) detail of the designations of the said employees alongwith the details of their remuneration?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total amount incurred out of the allocated fund for development work in Sector I-12, Islamabad alongwith the total amount utilized and remaining balance of un-utilized amount so far; (b) the total fund allocated for completion of development work of affectees; (c) if not, the time by which the fund to be allocated therefor; (d) if the fund has been allocated, when it will be released?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that inspite of the directions of the Federal Ombudsman that CDA does not carry out the maintenance of Government houses; (b) whether it is also a fact that on 16th November, 2016 on the assurance of sub-engineer of CDA federal ombudsman directed to complete the electrical wiring and all other maintenance work of House No.359-B, Street No.24, Sector G-6/1-2, Islamabad; (c) whether it is further a fact that despite the direction of Federal Ombudsman No maintenance work of said house has been taken except electrical wiring; (d) whether it is a fact that a few months before contractor went there, for the maintenance of roof of the said house but it has not been taken so far; and (e) the time by which maintenance work of this house i.e. leveling of floor, plastering of walls, water proofing of roof, replacement of net door, maintenance of doors and wiring of electricity will be completed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the security staff of Bahria is involved in the activity of traffic challans in the area of Bahria Enclave, Islamabad and the challan amount is submitted in Bahria Office; (b) if so, under which law the said activity is carried out by the security staff; (c) whether any law exists regarding the alternative system of traffic inside the private societies; (d) if not, the action to be taken against said illegal activity and the procedure to submit the collected amount in national exchequer?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of employees who are working in NADRA in Islamabad Centre, grade-wise details thereof; (b) the number of promotion boards held since 1st January 2016; and (c) the number of employees promoted in next scale?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of locations allocated for ladies gyms, fitness clubs and parks in each sub-sector of Sector I-14, Islamabad alongwith the complete details of the current status of those allocated locations; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government for establishing ladies gyms and fitness clubs at those places for provide best facilities?
