Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of tenders issued to purchase Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for the months of summer; (b) the rate per unit of LNG was given by each bidder in response of such tenders; (c) whether the lowest bid was accepted or not; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) whether it is a fact that later Government entities purchased LNG in the summer at the highest price ever in the history of the country; if so, the reasons thereof; (f) whether such an expensive purchase of LNG tantamount to poor Government policies and its failure to deal with matters ancillary for purchasing of LNG; (g) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to hold those accountable; (h) whether the Government has been failed to take the action against responsible ones; if so, reasons thereof; and (i) time by which Government will ensure smooth supply of natural Gas across the country in the coming winter?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) when and which source of power generation is preferred to use for generation of power; (b) what factors are being taken into consideration for usage of each source of power generation; (c) whether it is a fact that the NEPRA in its recently published report, namely, “the State of Industrial Report 2021” accused the Ministry for violating the Merit Orders in generating electricity by operating or using expensive source of generation of electricity; (d) if so, the position of the Government on such counts and what was the responsibility of the Government in this regard; (e) the effects of such power generation on consumers; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken to rectify such errors; (g) if anyone is found to be involved in such errors, whether accountables has been held responsible; if not, reasons thereof; and (h) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure the use of cheap and efficient sources of electricity in the future?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a L.T proposal was approved on 29-08-2019 by HESCO for installation of 1x100-KV transformer at/opposite NTC Telephone Exchange, Civil Lines, Hyderabad and said transformer was subsequently installed by ELR Division of HESCO; (b) if so, the reasons for its removal by staff of operation Sub Division Saddar, HESCO, Hyderabad, under whose authorization order; and (c) the time by which said transformer will be re-installed and energized?

No.9, Band Gali No.2, Manzoor Colony, Sargodha Account ID 9220691236 dated 25-09-2018, and Account ID 60658214071 dated 7-3-2021 3 Marla Scheme, Layyah, the authority concerned has failed to issue demand notice against aforesaid application; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide natural gas against aforesaid account ID?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the total number of villages in District Sangarh being supplied electricity from Sandhay Feeder K-3 and K-4 alongwith the details of names of villages and losses and the feeder-wise details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that transformer is over loaded in village Ahmed Qaim Khani and it is also a fact that D-fitting is not equal alongwith the time by which new transformer with D-fitting will be installed therein?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken a notice of the fact that electricity lines are being laid openly in sector I-11/2, Islamabad, instead of laying such lines underground as per laid down procedures of the CDA; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to lay underground electricity lines in aforesaid sector in the best interest of the residents thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division's recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government of Pakistan imposed ban on issue of new demand notices all over Pakistan, and did not impose the said ban on demand notice already issued for installation of Gas meters; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government of Pakistan, has issued directions that the demand notices issued to the applicants by SNGPL before the ban, those applicants are eligible for installation of gas meters and the SNGPL have failed to process such cases particularly Account ID 09756813953 dated 31-12-2019; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to install meters against the demand notices issued on urgent basis including the above mentioned (b) Account ID?
