Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) where is over and above collection of Neelum Jhelum (NJ) surcharges parked at the moment after its rescindment; (b) whether such amount has been used against any head/work; if so, the details thereof alongwith justification of such usage; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to refund over and above collection of NJ surcharge to consumers; and (d) time by which refund will be paid to the consumers; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the concerned authorities have noticed that various car makers like Changan (vehicles company) have increased the prices of their pre-booked units by hundreds of thousands of rupees, consequently, consumers have to pay additional amount in order to get their already booked units; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is not a unjust with the consumers due to above said increase; (c) whether the concerned authorities have also taken notice of the fact that car manufacturers and their authorized dealers use unfair techniques to get signed the agreement with the customers in country to contract law of the country; (d) if so, what corrective/remedial measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that financial matters of PIMS, Islamabad, which has been converted to Medical Training Institute (MTI), will be disconnected from the Office of the AGPR, Islamabad, after 30th June, 2022; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that earlier the Government pledged the employees of PIMS to keep PIMS (MTI) permanently under the financial oversight of AGPR, Islamabad; if so, details thereof; and (c) how would PIMS (MTI) deal with the financial matters, such as grant of house building advance, motorcycle advance, motorcar advance and GP Fund, in the absence of oversight of AGPR, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) details of locations in the country including Islamabad, where the facility of angiography/angioplasty and heart surgery is available at the Federal level during the last three years; and (b) details of new hospitals/centers have been established by the Government for the provision of said facilities location-wise during the said tenure?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) names of the companies which are manufacturing the cars in Pakistan at present; and (b) the percentage of spare parts of the said cars being manufactured by each of the said companies in Pakistan?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the needy persons have been provided opportunity to get eatable items/goods on discounted rates from Utility Stores; (b) whether it is also a fact that due to the concerned officers/officials collusion the benefit is not being provided to poor people to due to alleged corruption; (c) if so, whether there is any plan under consideration of the Government to check the said alleged corruption by the Utility Stores officers/officials; if so, the detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) total number of the post and category-wise details of each employee of Estate Office who was actually appointed therein or is currently working in the Estate Office under any arrangement and have official residence at present in the following order (i) date of initial appointment (ii) date of application for allotting official residence initially or higher category after subsequent promotion to higher post, as the case may be (iii) number of seniority in GWL (iv) date of allotment of official residence alongwith details thereof including the details of the change of official residence; if given to an employees and (v) date of occupation of the said residence by each employees; (b) whether it is a fact that various officials of the Estate Office have been given additional charge of higher posts contrary to the time already stipulated in the relevant rules; if so, the details and justification thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) total number and names of those cancer hospitals having cancer treatment facilitates all over the country which are on the list of hospitals of Sehat Sahulat Cards at present; (b) whether the free facilitation of tests and laboratory diagnostic have also been provided through this card; (c) if so, the names of such cancer diagnostic laboratories on the list or panel of this card?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Zhob Railway Station was established in 1895 but its maintenance has not been carried out for the last four years; (b) whether it is also a fact that land grabbers/mafia has illegally occupied the said railway station; and (c) the time by which it will be got vacated from the land grabbers/mafia?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) details the time limit for handing over the vehicle to customers after booking according to existing automotive policy; (b) the Government has taken notice of the fact that various auto manufacturers and their dealers have failed to deliver the booked vehicles to the consumers within the stipulated time; if so, the details thereof and details of those auto manufacturers who have been held accountable for such acts during the last three years; (c) whether there is any mechanism in the current policy to compensate the customer for the advance deposit at the time of booking; if in case an auto manufacturer fails to deliver the booked vehicle to the customer within the stipulated time; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to end the exploitation of cars manufacturers, protect the rights of consumers and ensure timely delivery of vehicles to consumers?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) total number of plots for each quota and category in a housing scheme, which FGEHA started in 2009 in Bhara Kahu, Islamabad on first come first serve basis; (b) details of the quota and institution wise details of those employees who were initially offered plots in the aforesaid scheme on the basis of their seniority but they neither opted to get plots for any reason nor they deposited subsequent required amount therefor; (c) whether it is a fact that the authority offered the remaining plots to the employees who come after them in seniority due to abandonment of plots by the said employees; if so, the quota and institutional-wise details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that even after a decade, the authority has not only failed to complete the scheme but also failed to address the legitimate grievances of the employees, especially the allotment of remaining plots according to the seniority list; (e) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the reasons for non-availability of urea fertilizer in the market; (b) whether it is a fact that the prices of DAP Urea were at Rs.2500/2600 during the years 2016-2017; (c) whether it is a fact that at present price of DAP Urea per bag is Rs.10,000/- which is four times increased in prices in the comparison of previous era; and (d) whether it is a fact that above said four time increased prices are destructive for the farmers and entire agriculture sector?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) why the Executive Directors (EDs) of NIH, Islamabad have not been appointed despite advertising thrice; (b) whether it is a fact that posts of EDs have not been created by the Ministry, Establishment and Finance Division; (c) if so, when the post of EDs were created alongwith provision of the gazette notification of the posts of EDs?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) what are the factors that lead to increase in prices of food essentials in particulars and other commodities in general; (b) details of each of the above factor which have contributed to the rise in prices of the aforesaid commodities during the tenure of present Government; (c) what was the responsibility of the Government to deal with each factors and how the Government worked to address each of the above factor; (d) whether it is a fact that the Government has announced to reduce the prices of essential commodities; (e) if so, whether such a reduction has been made or not, the detail of base price at which the prices of essential commodities have been reduced of the intended to be reduce; and (f) whether this reduction has been actually applied to the prices of these commodities?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.81 replied on 27-12- 2021 and to state: (a) total details the privileges/facilities/incentives given by each Government’s entity including PARC to the cultivators of dates, olive and mangoes in the country during the tenure of the present Government till date; and (b) details the benefits of the said privileges/facilities/incentives for cultivating the said crops?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the contract for rehabilitation of Mangla was awarded in the year 2016; (b) whether it is also a fact that the project was started on 03-10-2016, as per bidding instructions the project was to be completed in 800 days and also its units 5 and 6 but the commercial operation work was started with effect from the December 10, 2018; (c) whether it is further a fact that aforesaid units could not be completed in time; (d) whether it is further also a fact that according to the bidding documents 450 days concurrent closed for more than 1300 days as observed and undue favour is given to the executing contractor and is allowed to continue work; (e) the details of total loss to the national exchequer due to the delay caused in completion of project; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold responsible accountable for such negligence?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in the Health Services Academy there have been gross irregularities in exams results of Health Economics and Management course; (b) whether it is also a fact that a number of written complaints with proofs have been lodged in this regard but no inquiry was conducted till date; (c) if part (a) and (b) are in affirmative the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no hospital facility is available for the CDA Sectors I-11/1, I-11/2, I-11/3 and I-11/4 Islamabad, as such the residents of said areas are facing great difficulties for their treatment; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a hospital for the said Sector?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Railways Multan Division despite conducting the relevant examination in November 2021, the relevant authorities have failed to issue promotion orders for the post of MATE; if so the reasons thereof; (b) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that Assistant Way Inspector (AWI), Silanwali Permanent Way Inspector (PWI), Jhang is allegedly taking bribe from their subordinate staff on monthly basis and if the staff does not do so then they are threatened to post them in far-flung areas; if so, the details thereof; (c) time by which each of above mentioned AWI and PWI was posted at present seat; and (d) what steps are being taken to issue aforesaid promotional orders at an earliest and hold accountable such officers who are involved in corrupt practices?

No.2022 is now re-numbered at S. No.2223 of Category-V may be in other employees cases also; if so, the justification thereof; (b) the system in place to check re-check and verify authenticity and ensure transparency of such lists; (c) whether a third party audit of such lists has been conducted if so the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to rectify/remove the interventions of concerned and Estate Office what steps are being taken to ensure transparency in the preparation of such lists?
