Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that HEC started a multi-billion-dollar project in 2005 with the collaboration of various countries to establish nine Engineering Universities in the country, whom half of faculty personels were to be consisted on foreigners; (b) if so, the details of the Universities established under the above initiative as well as the details of the foreign faculty employed in each of the above mentioned university; (c) whether it is also a fact that the required number of Universities could not be established and the buildings that were built for such universities are now deserted which is not only a proof of waste of funds but also shows poor planning at the part of concerned; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether the HEC, being a regulator, has investigated such an initiative; if so, details thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) division-wise details of summaries sent to the Prime Minister for appointment in MP Scales through Establishment Division since August, 2018; (b) whether it is also a fact that in the above summaries also include some persons who were appointed in MP Scales during the said period by giving them exemptions of one or more provisions of the existing MP Scales policy as they were not meet the required education and experience as per the policy; (c) if so, the details of such persons alongwith nature of the exemption including when such exemptions were granted and who gave such an exemption to each one; (d) whether the Establishment Division noted that advertisements for such posts would have been issued in accordance with the provisions of the existing MP Scale Policy; (e) if any discrepancy had found in such appointments; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) channel and year-wise break-up of penalty/fine imposed and collected under “Indecent Advertisement Act, 1963” from TV Channels for airing indecent advertisement for the period from August, 2021 to up till now; (b) whether is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to enhance the amount of fine; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in affirmative, the time by which the amount of fine shall be enhanced; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government is planning to launch 5G technology in the country in near future and various consulting services have been procured for this purpose; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the total expenditure incurred thereon, so far; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact planning that of the to lunch 5G technology but the existing service providers have failed to extend 4G technology to each corner of the country; if so, reasons thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that situation demands to first oblige the existing service providers to extend 4G in the every corner of the country as they do not extend 4G but charge customers at the rate of 4G; (e) if so, the details thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that despite obtaining various degrees, students of public sector Universities are not able to take full advantage of the employment opportunities available in the market due to unavailability of career counseling and matters ancillary thereto during the course study, besides; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that most foreign scholarships are crabbed by students of private Universities; (c) if so, whether any review has been made in recent years to address the shortcoming of public sector Universities; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) if such assessment has been made, what corrective measures have been taken to address such shortcomings, including the introduction of the concept of career counseling in the course study of every discipline?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Establishment Division, has taken notice of the fact that a general relaxation of five years age in the upper age limit for appointments to any post in the Federal Government proved to be insufficient, especially for such candidates who are only entitled for general relaxation of five years as a result, a large number of youth who are in their thirties are unable to find employment in Federal Government departments, especially in BPS 1-15; (b) if so, whether is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to place the matter before the cabinet in order to get increase the general relaxation of upper age limit for fresh candidates against the every post; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Lower Division Clerks (LDCs) and Upper Division Clerks (UDCs) are working in BPS-9 and BPS-11 in the Federal Government institutions at present; (b) whether it is also a fact that the cadres of LDCs and UDCs BPS-11 and BPS-14 have been up-gradated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Punjab respectively since long; and (c) whether the Federal Government have promised many time recently to upgrade the posts of LDCs and UDCs in BPS-11 and BPS-14 respectively; if so, the time by which the above said posts will be upgraded in true spirit?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that allegedly slow, ignorant and habitual lingering on, in performing tasks by official staff in the offices of International Islamic University, Islamabad is reason of un-necessary delay in works of students and effecting overall administrative performance of university; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) steps being taken by Ministry in terms of directions for improvement in working performance of aforesaid university, also in terms of training of security staff for dealing students and visitors respectfully?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Law Colleges affiliated with Sindh University, Jamshoro do not conduct annual examination of LLB, consequently, LLB degree, which is meant to complete in five years, actually it is completed in seven years and more time; (b) if so, the justification thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) against the Sindh University in this regard and mandatory to such colleges to conduct exams in time?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Educational Policy, 2009 is still intact and no need was felt to formulate a new educational policy during the last five years; (b) whether it is also a fact that single National Curriculum was developed in 2020 in the light of National Educational Policy 2009 and implemented this year in educational institutions by printing books under thereof; (c) whether it is further a fact that Government has changed the new curriculum again after some months of printing due to which billions of rupees burden being put on the shoulder of Government and parents by printing new books this year; (d) whether it is also a fact that two nations theory has been excluded from the proposed curriculum; and (e) whether Government intends to change single National curriculum after taking on all stake holders on board including parents and Parliament?
