Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) details of locations in the country including Islamabad, where the facility of angiography/angioplasty and heart surgery is available at the Federal level during the last three years; and (b) details of new hospitals/centers have been established by the Government for the provision of said facilities location-wise during the said tenure?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Railways officers have drawn TA/DA on travel by Air within the country, even other than in emergency; (b) if so, the details of such officers during the last three years with reasons for not traveling by Railways?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pharmacy Act, 1967 provides that one person from each province shall be nominated in consultation with the relevant Provincial Pharmacy Councils; (b) if so, whether the Provincial Pharmacy Council has been consulted; if so, when and how such consultation was held with the Provincial Councils regarding appointment of existing members of Pharmacy Council of Pakistan; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of a fact that some of the members who were appointed as members of the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan, due to their appointments in the relevant Provincial Councils have been dismissed from the respective Provincial Councils and despite bringing the fact to the notice of the Federal Government, the Government has failed to de-notify their appointments; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) what action or corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that various pharmaceutical companies and stockists either deliberately create an artificial shortage of essential medicines or get stop its production in order to allegedly force the Government to increase the prices of medicines and the Government allegedly increases the prices of these medicines under the pretext of making its prices reasonable; (b) if so, the details of the medicines whose prices have been increased in the name of rationalizing the cost of their manufacturing and prices of sale thereof after the formation of the present Government; (c) any pharmaceutical company or stockist has been held accountable for aforesaid practice; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to not only stop this malpractice of pharmaceutical companies and stockists but also to ensure easy availability of medicines across the country?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Federal Government in collaboration of Provincial Governments to adopts new technologies to encourage farmers to shift to high-value crops, fruits and vegetables as climate-smart agriculture, reduce wasteful water use and maximizing its productivity in drought-hit regions?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether is there any law being applicable to the medical negligence in Pakistan; and (b) the details of punishments envisaged under these laws for medical negligence by our health professionals?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) how handicapped are being helped in gaining health facility in medical environment; and (b) what facilities are available in the hospitals for helping parents to deal with acute mental disability?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Railways has recently advertise for appointment in MP scales; if so, the details thereof; (b) details of the educational qualifications and years of experience mentioned in the advertisement comply with the current MP scales policy which is required for the appointment of a person on MP scales; (c) whether the Pakistan Railways has sought the approval of the Prime Minister in this regard and if any discrepancy was found in such appointments; and (d) what action is being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of the audit paras against the Ministry and its attached departments during the last three years; and (b) details of action taken against the responsible functionaries/ financial and Deputy Financial Advisor?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under Prime Minister’s Agriculture Emergency Programme of Rs. 11 Billion, a subsidy at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per acre has been announced for those farmers who will raise oil seed crops like sunflower and canola which contain cholesterol; (b) the reason for not including rape seed Mustard/Brrassica crop/Raya crop which are oil seed crop free from cholesterol and is being grown by farmers in Sindh province; (c) the amount of subsidy and area earmarked for each of the province in this regard and the share of Federal as well as provincial Governments; and (d) the details of procedure to be adopted for extending subsidy to the farmers along-with details of machinery to be provided on subsidy?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state total volume of cotton production in the country during the last three years?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Prime Minister’s Corona Relief Fund was created; (b) if so, the total amount deposited in this fund till date along with details of key contributor thereof; (c) whether the Overseas Pakistanis have deposited any money in the fund; if so, country-wise details of amount which has been deposited in the fund; and (d) what are the standards have been fixed to use the fund alongwith distribution criteria thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that treatment facility to heart, liver, psychiatry, kidney and paralyzed patients is available in Federal Government Hospital, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad; and (b) whether doctors in the said sections or departments are available; if so, details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that due to various shortcomings such as permanent discontinuation of supply of WiFi during the test and malfunctioning of software which does not accept the correct option of the questions and matters ancillary thereto of the test of MDCAT of Pakistan Medical Commission, consequently, hundreds of MBBS and BDS are affected or will suffered; if so the details thereof; (b) what action or corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard; and (c) whether the legitimate grievances of the complainants have been redressed; if so, details thereof if not reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of employees/applicants belonging to the constitutional bodies have been granted allotments of plots in Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Phase-I namely Green Enclave and Sky Garden Schemes in Bhara Kahu if so, the details thereof; indicating name designation department and category of the applicant; (b) how many applicants of Phase-I against constitutional bodies quota are in waiting give complete detail indicating name designation and category of each; (c) how many applicants of Phase-I against constitutional bodies quota have been accommodated in F-14 and F-15, Islamabad schemes and how many are going to be accommodated in G-12 and F-12, Islamabad schemes; and (d) the details of above, indicating the names, designations, departments and each category thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the detail of allotments made in relaxation of rules in all categories under rule 29A of Accommodation Allocation Rules 2002, during the last five years; (b) whether the applicants in General Waiting List who affected due to aforesaid out of turn allotments in relaxation of rules were heard before making such allotments according to decision of Supreme Court in Civil petition No. 1498/2011 dated 19-10-11, if not reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether food security threats are available in Pakistan as its population is growing rapidly; (b) if yes, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) what was the average price of agricultural inputs as on June 30, 2018 at present; (b) details of the average price of fertilizers that is used in the cultivation of major crops as on June 30, 2018 and at present; (c) whether is a fact that during the last three years and six months the prices of both agricultural inputs and fertilizers have gone up in double manifold; if so, and reasons thereof; (d) whether any assessment has been made to find out the real grounds behind the increase in their prices; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure the availability of agricultural inputs and fertilizers at affordable price?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Nai Gaj Dam is being constructed on Nai-Gaj River in Dadu, Sindh; (b) whether it is also a fact that the dam was supposed to be completed in the year 2014; (c) whether it is also a fact that the contract was terminated; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in affirmative, the time by which the dam will be constructed; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state what steps has been taken by the Government to modernize Pakistan Railways, in particular to ensure punctuality, reduce travel duration, improve the quality of seats and matters ancillary thereto, in order to compete with the growing public transport that attracts large number of passengers due to their better travel facilities in less time of journey?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has assessed the availability of food essentials in the country that their stocks are enough to cater the needs of the country in coming months; if so, the details thereof; and (b) if such stock are not enough, what steps are being taken by the Government with the collaboration of other stake holders to formulate a comprehensive policy to ensure prudent availability of food essentials?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Muhammad Usman Khan Assistant Estate Officer has been alloted a quarter out of turn in violation of rules/seniority in the General Waiting List and against the Supreme Court’s order in Civil Petition No. 1498/2011 dated 19-10-2011; (b) if not, the detail of his initial appointment/promotion/transfer on deputation alongwith actual seniority of the said official in General Waiting List, before deputation or transfer as well as detail of all allotments, change of his previous allotments if any; and (c) the rules and policy under which these allotments were made to him?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Government to coup up with future wheat shortage for food security after the Ukraine situation, as in past wheat was imported from Ukraine?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that monthly stipend has been paid by the PIMS to trainees of Post Graduate (FCPS) since January, 2022; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether there is any functionary to hold accountable responsible of such delay; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay aforesaid stipend to above at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state details of different Industries remained closed from 2013 to 2018 alongwith the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that the Estate Office has allegedly altered the General Waiting List (GWL) e.g. an employee who was previously at S. No.2022 is now re-numbered at S. No.2223 of Category-V may be in other employees cases also; if so, the justification thereof; (b) the system in place to check re-check and verify authenticity and ensure transparency of such lists; (c) whether a third party audit of such lists has been conducted if so the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to rectify/remove the interventions of concerned and Estate Office what steps are being taken to ensure transparency in the preparation of such lists?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the name of the person to whom Flat No.2/4-D, (Cat-IV) Sector G-10/3, Islamabad has been allotted; (b) whether the allottee is entitled to get a flat from the Estate Office and has deposited the rent up till now alongwith the detail that some one is living in the said flat or not; (c) whether the said flat was got vacated by the Estate Office in July, 2021 because it was on rent; (d) whether the Estate Office has cancelled its allotment; (e) the complete detail of its present allottee; and (f) the time by which its possession would be given to its new allottee?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that posts of General Assistant Director BS-17 in FGEHA being cadre is not filled in light of provisions of estacode related to civil services i.e filling of promotion quota before making direct recruitment; if so, comprehensive details thereof; and (b) the steps taken by Ministry in terms of directions given to Federal Government Employees Housing Authority for promotion of employees/Deputy Assistant Director to Assistant Director, General cadre BS-17, keeping in view seniority, for avoiding from breach of Rules, from the due data maintained for promotions?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that promotion of LDCs to the posts of UDCs is under process in the PIMS, Islamabad; (b) if so, what are the relevant Rules of promotion and direct recruitments in this regard; (c) whether it is also a fact that according to Rules, among the LDCs who are being considered for promotion, 50 percent must be allocated to those LDCs who are graduates; (d) if so, whether the Rules quoted in (b) above are being followed in the above said promotions and if not, reasons thereof?
