Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that applications of Journalists for allotment of plots in Sector F-14, Islamabad are lying pending with the Ministry for verification; (b) if so, the time by which the pending applications will be verified and sent back to the Pakistan Housing Authority?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no maintenance/repair work carried out on account of whitewash, sewerage lines, construction of washrooms and maintenance of boundary wall of Schools and Colleges at Islamabad; if so, give detail and reasons; (b) what steps will be taken by the Ministry in this regard; (c) whether it is also a fact that no benches are available for students of primary/secondary level and office chairs for teachers; (d) if so, reasons for non-provision of these facilities in above schools and colleges; (e) whether it is further a fact that no latest equipments are available in Computer Lab at Secondary levels; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of regular Professors and Assistant Professors in Model Colleges, Islamabad and number of said posts lying vacant; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to fill the said vacancies?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number vacancies of subject teachers/specialists and lecturers are lying vacant in Islamabad Model Colleges and Schools at present; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that on account of non-availability of subject teachers our students especially first year and Associate Degree Programme (ADP) students are suffering a lot; (c) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to immediately fill these vacancies?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the details of the steps taken by the Government to ensure digital literacy (education) across the country; and (b) the details of any milestone achieved, so far?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Media University is being established in the country; (b) if so, the location thereof and the time by which same will be established?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) number of times, each faculty member of Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad visited abroad either in official or private capacity during the last three years; (b) whether each of above obtained NOC for such visits; if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof whether such persons were hold accountable for visits abroad without obtaining prior NOC; (c) whether, authorities concerned have evaluated known financial resources of each of said faculty employee; (d) whether financial resource match their visits abroad; if so, the details thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard for the future course of action?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of districts in the country that do not have a full fledge Government University at present alongwith the names thereof; and (b) the number of scholarship programme specially for the students of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that the airlines operating in the country have monopolized like a cartel and fixed fares for domestic destinations much higher than the fares of international destinations; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government has estimated the reasonable price of tickets for domestic destinations in recent years and whether this estimate matches the current rates of domestic air tickets of aforesaid airlines; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard which are beneficial for domestic travelers?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that HEC started a multi-billion-dollar project in 2005 with the collaboration of various countries to establish nine Engineering Universities in the country, whom half of faculty personels were to be consisted on foreigners; (b) if so, the details of the Universities established under the above initiative as well as the details of the foreign faculty employed in each of the above mentioned university; (c) whether it is also a fact that the required number of Universities could not be established and the buildings that were built for such universities are now deserted which is not only a proof of waste of funds but also shows poor planning at the part of concerned; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether the HEC, being a regulator, has investigated such an initiative; if so, details thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the details of the audit paras against the Ministry and its attached departments and the action taken against the responsible functionaries/financial and Financial Advisors (FA) and Deputy Financial Adviser (DFA) during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) channel and year-wise break-up of penalty/fine imposed and collected under “Indecent Advertisement Act, 1963” from TV Channels for airing indecent advertisement for the period from August, 2021 to up till now; (b) whether is there any proposal under consideration of the Government to enhance the amount of fine; (c) if the answer to part (b) above is in affirmative, the time by which the amount of fine shall be enhanced; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government have made efforts to increase the numbers of school going students; (b) if so, the number of students applied for Class-I and also in 1st years; (c) total amount deposited as application fees, number of students granted admissions and percentage of increase of preceding year; and (d) numbers of unsuccessful, arrangements made for unsuccessful students during the last three years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government is planning to launch 5G technology in the country in near future and various consulting services have been procured for this purpose; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the total expenditure incurred thereon, so far; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact planning that of the to lunch 5G technology but the existing service providers have failed to extend 4G technology to each corner of the country; if so, reasons thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that situation demands to first oblige the existing service providers to extend 4G in the every corner of the country as they do not extend 4G but charge customers at the rate of 4G; (e) if so, the details thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the difference between BA and ADP (Associate Degree Program) in our educational system; (b) the purpose of introduction of the ADP in our educational institutions at present; and (c) whether ADP is equivalent to graduation like BA degree for the purposes of General/Competitive Examinations; if so, whether any notification is issued by the Government?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Dera Ismail Khan Airport is presently dysfunctional; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the justification thereof and the time by which it will be made operational?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that despite obtaining various degrees, students of public sector Universities are not able to take full advantage of the employment opportunities available in the market due to unavailability of career counseling and matters ancillary thereto during the course study, besides; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that most foreign scholarships are crabbed by students of private Universities; (c) if so, whether any review has been made in recent years to address the shortcoming of public sector Universities; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) if such assessment has been made, what corrective measures have been taken to address such shortcomings, including the introduction of the concept of career counseling in the course study of every discipline?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state the name-wise total value of assets of PIA throughout the world as well as Pakistan including Roosevelt in America?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether administrative position can be given to re-employed persons; (b) can a retired/re-employed persons who is on contractual position can command the Ministry/Division as Secretary, Additional Secretary etc.; (c) whether during that period of re-employment/contract he can be an authority for civil servants who are governed under relevant Civil Servants Act 1973, while the boss is under contract; (d) what will be the status of penalty if any given to employee; (e) whether the reemployed/retired person who is on contract can sit in departmental promotion/selection committee as chairman or its member etc.; (f) what will be the status of penalties/promotions which are held in violation of the Civil Servants Act, 1973/Rules made under the said Act?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the total number of electricity customers from whom PTV administration received the fee under the head of PTV license during the last five years; and (b) the year-wise; an total amount received from said electrically customers?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PGRA has established any regional office in Multan to cater the issues being faced by the consumers, retailers and dealers regarding quality assurance and complaint resolutions in Southern Punjab; and (b) whether there any proposal under consideration by the Federal Government to establish such offices in the said area like NEPRA analogy and other authorities; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) as to whether it is a fact that there are two advisors in HEC who are dealing with the legal and secretariat work; if so; and (b) their qualifications in law and related secretariat expertise?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that country is facing problems of environment pollution in regards of producing energy from coal; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether losses to PIA’s occurred due to suspension of flights for EU, UK and USA; if so, what is estimation of losses; (b) the details of actual losses to national exchequer or the PIA during the period of such suspension; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the reasons for such suspension have also been determined; if so, the details thereof; (d) number of pilots and engineers who have been fired on fake licenses and educational credentials since the fiasco of fake licenses and credentials emerged; and (e) what measures are being taken by the Government to get remove such suspensions from respective bodies and ensure accountability of those responsible for inflicting such damages to the national carrier?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the location-wise number of saplings planted in the country during the monsoon plantation drives of 2020 and 2021 alongwith the total expenditure incurred thereupon; and (b) the total number of saplings to be planted under the said drive in 2021-22 alongwith the location and the funds allocated thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that allegedly slow, ignorant and habitual lingering on, in performing tasks by official staff in the offices of International Islamic University, Islamabad is reason of unnecessary delay in works of students and effecting overall administrative performance of university; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) steps being taken by Ministry in terms of directions for improvement in working performance of aforesaid university, also in terms of training of security staff for dealing students and visitors respectfully?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the vehicles which are under the ownership of Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad; (b) the names of officers/officials who are using each of said vehicles; and (c) since when such vehicles are under their usage?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Law Colleges affiliated with Sindh University, Jamshoro do not conduct annual examination of LLB, consequently, LLB degree, which is meant to complete in five years, actually it is completed in seven years and more time; (b) if so, the justification thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) against the Sindh University in this regard and mandatory to such colleges to conduct exams in time?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Educational Policy, 2009 is still intact and no need was felt to formulate a new educational policy during the last five years; (b) whether it is also a fact that single National Curriculum was developed in 2020 in the light of National Educational Policy 2009 and implemented this year in educational institutions by printing books under thereof; (c) whether it is further a fact that Government has changed the new curriculum again after some months of printing due to which billions of rupees burden being put on the shoulder of Government and parents by printing new books this year; (d) whether it is also a fact that two nations theory has been excluded from the proposed curriculum; and (e) whether Government intends to change single National curriculum after taking on all stake holders on board including parents and Parliament?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the details of the programmes of Provincial and Regional languages telecasted by Radio Pakistan and PTV during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some persons were not allowed to proceed on international flights after issuance of Boarding Cards at the Islamabad Airport; (b) if so, the details of the Turkey and other international flights, name of the passenger, passport numbers and reasons for not allowing the above since May, 2021?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) details of Ph.Ds who failed to secure permanent position in Higher Educational Institutions after successful completion of IPFP Programme of HEC alongwith reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that Universities are not advertising positions of regular faculty members as per instruction of HEC to varsities for securing future of IPFP fellows; if so, reasons thereof; and (c) steps being taken by HEC in terms of directions to Universities for advertising positions for hiring current IPFPs and as a permanent faculty member fellows?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) total number and grade-wise number of promotional vacancies lying vacant at present alongwith the date from which each post is vacant, including the reasons to keep each of above post vacant in Associated Press of Pakistan (APP); (b) whether it is a fact that number of vacant promotional vacancies in the APP is not only tantamount to depriving the concerned employees of promotional benefits but also shows the lack of decision making of senior officers/management of APP; (c) if so, whether the Ministry has taken notice of such pending promotional posts in APP and make the responsible accountable; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to speed up the process of speedy promotion to next higher grade of the employees of APP?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there are many far-flung areas not even covered in Ihsas Programme survey; (b) how often these surveys are being conducted; and (c) how much money has so far been distributed?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the ratio of saplings is very low when it is compared to deforestation/cutting of trees; (b) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government so far to stop timber mafia for saving the forests?
