Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Federal Government in collaboration of Provincial Governments to adopts new technologies to encourage farmers to shift to high-value crops, fruits and vegetables as climate-smart agriculture, reduce wasteful water use and maximizing its productivity in drought-hit regions?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under Prime Minister’s Agriculture Emergency Programme of Rs. 11 Billion, a subsidy at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per acre has been announced for those farmers who will raise oil seed crops like sunflower and canola which contain cholesterol; (b) the reason for not including rape seed Mustard/Brrassica crop/Raya crop which are oil seed crop free from cholesterol and is being grown by farmers in Sindh province; (c) the amount of subsidy and area earmarked for each of the province in this regard and the share of Federal as well as provincial Governments; and (d) the details of procedure to be adopted for extending subsidy to the farmers along-with details of machinery to be provided on subsidy?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state total volume of cotton production in the country during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of employees/applicants belonging to the constitutional bodies have been granted allotments of plots in Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) Phase-I namely Green Enclave and Sky Garden Schemes in Bhara Kahu if so, the details thereof; indicating name designation department and category of the applicant; (b) how many applicants of Phase-I against constitutional bodies quota are in waiting give complete detail indicating name designation and category of each; (c) how many applicants of Phase-I against constitutional bodies quota have been accommodated in F-14 and F-15, Islamabad schemes and how many are going to be accommodated in G-12 and F-12, Islamabad schemes; and (d) the details of above, indicating the names, designations, departments and each category thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the detail of allotments made in relaxation of rules in all categories under rule 29A of Accommodation Allocation Rules 2002, during the last five years; (b) whether the applicants in General Waiting List who affected due to aforesaid out of turn allotments in relaxation of rules were heard before making such allotments according to decision of Supreme Court in Civil petition No. 1498/2011 dated 19-10-11, if not reasons thereof?

(a) whether food security threats are available in Pakistan as its population is growing rapidly; (b) if yes, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has assessed the availability of food essentials in the country that their stocks are enough to cater the needs of the country in coming months; if so, the details thereof; and (b) if such stock are not enough, what steps are being taken by the Government with the collaboration of other stake holders to formulate a comprehensive policy to ensure prudent availability of food essentials?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) total quantity, types and total amount of medicines purchased by the Ministry and its each attached department during the last three years; and (b) the criteria and procedure adopted therefor?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Muhammad Usman Khan Assistant Estate Officer has been alloted a quarter out of turn in violation of rules/seniority in the General Waiting List and against the Supreme Court’s order in Civil Petition No. 1498/2011 dated 19-10-2011; (b) if not, the detail of his initial appointment/promotion/transfer on deputation alongwith actual seniority of the said official in General Waiting List, before deputation or transfer as well as detail of all allotments, change of his previous allotments if any; and (c) the rules and policy under which these allotments were made to him?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Government to coup up with future wheat shortage for food security after the Ukraine situation, as in past wheat was imported from Ukraine?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any law applicable to the health professionals for their medical negligence in Pakistan; and (b) the details of punishments envisaged under aforesaid law?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of Government accommodations provided to the especially Federal Secretaries at present, indicating also their details, as sector and area-wise in Islamabad; and (b) the details of area/size of each of these accommodations into Marlas or Kanals?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of the increase in productions of major crops and land under cultivation during the last three years; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Indus River has been declared the second most plastic polluted river in the world; (b) whether it is also a fact that according to a study of Utrecht University, Netherlands, Published in the journal Nature on December 9, 2019 Indus river system among world’s most vulnerable water towers; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the details thereof; (d) what steps are being taken to by the Government to launch a campaign to make Indus River System Plastic free; and (e) what further steps will be taken by the Government to develop international mountain specific conservation and climate change adaptation policies and strategies to safeguard both ecosystem and people downstream; if not the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Supreme Court of Pakistan ordered for ejectment of illegal occupants from the Government accommodations; (b) if so, the details of action taken in this regard; (c) the details of the letters sent to District Administration and Police for ejectment; (d) details of the illegal occupants; and (e) the action taken by the Government alongwith the progress made during the year 2021?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is no well-established dedicated monitoring system/authority to monitor glaciers and other cryosphere changes on regular basis by the Government ; (b) whether it is a fact that there is a high degree of uncertainty about fate of Pakistan’s glaciers especially at an elevation above 5,000 meters above mean sea level; (c) whether it is also a fact that glaciers in Pakistan’s northern mountain ranges Himalayan-Karakarom-Hindukush are melting rapidly due to rising temperatures; (d) whether it is further a fact that 3,044 glacial lakes have developed in Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, out of these, 33 glacial lakes have been assessed to be prone to hazardous glacial lake outburst flooding; (e) if the reply to (a) to (d) is in affirmative, the details thereof and what steps are being taken by the Government to address the situation, if not the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the names of the Government Hospitals in Islamabad in which facility of emergency treatment for paralysis like Rawalpindi, Institute of Cardiology, Rawalpindi is available?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names of the Federal Hospitals where the facility of Kidney Transplantation is available in Islamabad, including across the country; (b) if not, the reason thereof; and (c) whether there is any plan to establish said hospitals?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the expansion plan of Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad, not started, so far as per plan of Ex-Regime 2013- 2018, keeping in view the huge increase in population of Islamabad; and (b) the time by which expansion of said hospital will be started?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the total number of persons who have been given the amount from the funds of welfare of the minorities by the Ministry and its each attached department alongwith year-wise break-up during the last five years; and (b) details of amount alongwith the procedure and criteria adopted thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state details of different Industries remained closed from 2013 to 2018 alongwith the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that the Estate Office has allegedly altered the General Waiting List (GWL) e.g. an employee who was previously at S. No.2022 is now re-numbered at S. No.2223 of Category-V may be in other employees cases also; if so, the justification thereof; (b) the system in place to check re-check and verify authenticity and ensure transparency of such lists; (c) whether a third party audit of such lists has been conducted if so the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to rectify/remove the interventions of concerned and Estate Office what steps are being taken to ensure transparency in the preparation of such lists?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that some Government accommodation have been illegally occupied in Islamabad; and (b) if so, the details viz names of the officials, designations and duration of illegal occupation alongwith reasons for not vacating during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state the Large Scale Manufacturing (LSM) Growth, alongwith difference between the growth of industrialization of previous three Governments and recent past (previous) Government?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the total number of Cat-IV Blocks and Flats in Sector G-10/3, Islamabad therein; (b) the details names of allottee officers/officials, dates of allotment, dates of birth, said Cat-IV, Flats, G-10/3, Islamabad; (c) the detail of PM package in respect of death of employee during service of an allottees; and (d) the time by which a house/flat is to be given/allotted in particular to the widow?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the name of the person to whom Flat No.2/4-D, (Cat-IV) Sector G-10/3, Islamabad has been allotted; (b) whether the allottee is entitled to get a flat from the Estate Office and has deposited the rent up till now alongwith the detail that some one is living in the said flat or not; (c) whether the said flat was got vacated by the Estate Office in July, 2021 because it was on rent; (d) whether the Estate Office has cancelled its allotment; (e) the complete detail of its present allottee; and (f) the time by which its possession would be given to its new allottee?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that posts of General Assistant Director BS-17 in FGEHA being cadre is not filled in light of provisions of estacode related to civil services i.e filling of promotion quota before making direct recruitment; if so, comprehensive details thereof; and (b) the steps taken by Ministry in terms of directions given to Federal Government Employees Housing Authority for promotion of employees/Deputy Assistant Director to Assistant Director, General cadre BS-17, keeping in view seniority, for avoiding from breach of Rules, from the due data maintained for promotions?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: a) the details of the orders of Federal Services Tribunal (FST) and Supreme Court of Pakistan pending for implementation in the Ministry; b) whether any stay has been granted by the supreme Court; and c) details of the promotions to Grade-17 and above officials of the Ministry during the last two years alongwith their names, designation, seniority position at the time of promotions?
