Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to upgrade and rehabilitate the 17km Narowal - Kartarpur rail track to facilitate Sikh and other communities visiting Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur, if yes, the details thereof?
