Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that the airlines operating in the country have monopolized like a cartel and fixed fares for domestic destinations much higher than the fares of international destinations; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government has estimated the reasonable price of tickets for domestic destinations in recent years and whether this estimate matches the current rates of domestic air tickets of aforesaid airlines; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard which are beneficial for domestic travelers?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Dera Ismail Khan Airport is presently dysfunctional; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the justification thereof and the time by which it will be made operational?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state:(a) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that despite obtaining various degrees, students of public sector Universities are not able to take full advantage of the employment opportunities available in the market due to unavailability of career counseling and matters ancillary thereto during the course study, besides; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that most foreign scholarships are crabbed by students of private Universities; (c) if so, whether any review has been made in recent years to address the shortcoming of public sector Universities; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) if such assessment has been made, what corrective measures have been taken to address such shortcomings, including the introduction of the concept of career counseling in the course study of every discipline?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state the name-wise total value of assets of PIA throughout the world as well as Pakistan including Roosevelt in America?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state:(a) whether losses to PIA’s occurred due to suspension of flights for EU, UK and USA; if so, what is estimation of losses; (b) the details of actual losses to national exchequer or the PIA during the period of such suspension; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the reasons for such suspension have also been determined; if so, the details thereof;

Will the Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division be pleased to state: (a) the locations in Islamabad where archaeological sites; and (b) the total amount spent in tenure of the previous Government till date with regard to their refurbishment, maintenance, preservation and restoration?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) the quantity of each item which has been confiscated at each airport after ban on import of luxury items by the Government; (b) where such confiscated items are kept; (c) has the receipt of confiscated items given to passengers; (d) whether it is a fact that such items as chocolates, perfumes, cloths of personal use in limited quantity are also confiscated; if so, it is unjust with occasional travellers; (e) if so, what corrective steps are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) that the project namely General Data Protection Regulation Compliance Management System (PSEB) has been set down in PSDP of year 2022-23; (b) if so, whether concerned authority has taken notice of the fact that no law to deal with such project exist in the country; (c) if so, how this projects will proceed without relevant law; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the government intends to make functional/re-activate the Motels and Resturants under the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC); (b) whether the Government have any intention to reinstate its employees; and (c) the details of properties of PTDC?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish a full fledged Federally chartered University in Muzaffargarh; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that one patient one ID has been set down in PSDP for year 2022-23 and the same project is being carried forward from previous years; (b) if so, when this project was planned and whether the stakeholders were taken on board; if yes, the details thereof; (c) detail of total funds reserved for the project since its inception; and (d) what will be the benefit of such project once it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state:(a) details of the applications filed under the Right to Information Act 2017 for obtaining different information from each department under the administrative control of the Ministry since August 2018; (b) how many of the above applications have been approved and the details of the applications which have been rejected alongwith reasons for rejection including the details of pending applications; (c) the details of the aggrieved party of the rejected applications who have appealed to the Pakistan Information Commission and what has the Commission decided in this regard; (d) whether the relevant department of the Ministry has implemented the decision of the commission or not; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only 100 million rupees have been allocated for University of Chitral and Buner in PSDP 2022-23; (b) whether it is also a fact that Chitral University does not have its own building; (c) if the answers to parts (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the benefit of said meagre fund?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that cellular phone companies operating in Pakistan do not meet the minimum Quality of Service (QoS) as per the applicable regulatory framework which includes voice and internet resulting in large number of people facing great difficulty in communication with others; (b) whether it is also a fact that PTA, as a regulator, has failed to hold such cellular phone operators accountable despite the fact that such operators continue to violate the QoS requirement; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) how many times reprimanded action and financial penalty have been imposed against any operator; (d) has the amount of penalty been deposited in the relevant account of the Government; if so, details thereof; and if not the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Heritage and Culture Division be pleased to state: (a) total number of books/journals/news papers purchased by National Library, Islamabad so far, during last two years alongwith their value; and (b) the locations in the country where such kinds of libraries have been established so far?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the guardians/parents are not allowed to accompany the student at the time of re-checking of the papers by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad when any student apply for rechecking; (b) whether it is also a fact that only recounting of numbers is done (c) whether it is further a fact that the question was numbered correctly is ignored; (d) if so, the justification thereof including the impediment for changing such a policy; and (e) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to address aforesaid issues in Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.6 replied on 20-05-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that administration of Associated Press of Pakistan has failed to finalized the matters ancillary thereto to fill the 54 promotional post by 31st May, 2022 as stated in the reply of the aforesaid question; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) has anyone held accountable for such delaying tacts; and (c) what steps are being taken to fill the promotional post at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of teachers working in IMSB F-7/3, Islamabad; (b) the number of vacant posts of teachers in said College; (c) whether it is a fact that teachers, of 9th, 10th and higher classes are not taken keen interest in classes, therefore the number of students waste their time in grounds and some time out from college without permission; and (d) whether Principal can check the teachers in classes on regular basis?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has announced a policy to help for all surgical cases of poor/deserving patients in Government Hospitals through the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal; (b) whether it is also a fact that Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal process the cases of deserving patients very slowly due to this delay the patients are suffering in particular CNIC No.37405-5997053-6; (c) if the answer to part (a) and (b) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) the steps are being taken by the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal to pay the estimated amount to the said deserving families mentioned above?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has failed to pay the arrears of the last financial years to different organizations which were used to provide facilities like eye care and dialysis of the needy peoples; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay aforesaid arrears to said organizations at the earliest?
