Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that secondary transmission lines and service cable from pole to meter are in state of shambles across the country at present, consequently, which is one of the many other reasons of system losses and theft; (b) if so, whether the distribution companies has taken notice of the fact and reserved funds either by the Government itself or through distribution companies to channalize such state of shambles since August, 2018; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to settle such mess at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some officers of DISCOs NTDC, GENCOs PEPCO and PPMC were awarded minor penalties by their respective competent authorities and on appeals their appellate authorities converted their minor penalties into major penalties during last ten years; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the particulars of all those officers whose minor penalties were converted into major penalties or exonerated during the last ten years, details of allegations leveled against each of the officers, specific major penalties awarded and reasons for converting minor penalty to major penalties?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that after the promulgation of National Accountability Bureau (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (Ordinance No.XXIII of 2021), the Bureau has issued the instructions to all Regional Offices to keep all matters in abeyance/moratorium till the opinion of Ministry of Law regarding applicability of said amendments in working of the Bureau; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that the Bureau has taken the major decisions in lieu of aforesaid Ordinance inspite of issuing said restraining instructions like appointments, promotions, constitution of promotion board etc.; if yes, the fate of said decisions; (c) if so, whether it is not a contempt of the Court as held by Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3 and 4 of 2018 (PMDC VS Muhammad Fahad Malik and others)?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that thousands of applications for installation of electricity meters are pending in every division of distribution companies; if so, the division-wise number of pending applications of each DISCO; (b) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of such pendency for holding accountable responsible; (c) whether it is also a fact that such pendency on the part of DISCOs compels the applicants to pay bribe to the employees of the respective sub Division in order to obtain their connection; (d) if so, what remedial steps has been taken to quickly resolve such pendency and to plan for providing such a connection within the minimum time frame and if the employees concerned fails to do so, should have been held accountable?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the eligibility criterion conditions i.e. qualification, experience, background, reputation and citizenship of private members on the Board of Directors (BoDs) of DISCOs, NTDC, GENCOS, PEPCO, PPMC; (b) the reason/justification for nominating Chairmen of BoDs by Power Division instead of giving chance to BoDs to elect their respective Chairman; (c) number of meetings of Sub-Committees and main BoDs held so far in each of the DISCOs with dates; (d) the amount incurred on each of the meetings; (e) the perks, privileges and other fringe benefits being paid to each of the Directors and Chairmen in each of the DISCOs; and (f) the details of manner and method mechanism whereby performance of BoDs is being monitored?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the grade-wise, detail of quantity of free/concessional electricity being provided to each employee of WAPDA at present; and (b) whether the above facility is also being provided to the retired officers/officials of the said Division?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the theft and burden of free of cost electricity, under the head of feeder losses, is put on shoulders of all consumers; (b) if yes, indicate the law and regulation under which it is imposed alongwith the justification; and (c) whether Government is taking any steps to eradicate such injustice?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state whether it is a fact that there is no security arrangement on Lahore to Shorkot Motorway and security grills have been broken at many places; if so, the steps being taken by Government, in this regard?

ill the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that triple price is charged from the people at rest areas, hotels/cafes of Motorways; (b) is there any mechanism to check the foods standard/quality on the Motorways; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government to check the edible items/food quality on daily basis and to fix heavy penalties on the shopkeepers for excessive charging?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Cabinet Division has issued direction that CDA should issue domestic connections of electricity and gas to the societies and towns etc like Ghori Town, Arsalan Town and Shaheen Town as thousands of people living in said societies and towns who were deprived of basic facilities of gas despite the fact that gas line is available in these areas but new connections not given as new connections have been banned since seven years; (b) if so, the direction may please be issued to the concerned department to resolve the said old issue?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state total consumption of oil and diesel in the country at present alongwith the steps being taken by the Government to explore new oil and gas reservoirs?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) details of the laws which are presently enforced in the country to stop child labour including all other forms of child labour by the Government; and (b) the details of such laws with respect to their provincial as well as country wide jurisdiction/applicability in the country?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that majority of areas of Balochistan do not have facility of electricity; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) has the Government earnmarked funds for the provision of electricity during the year 2022-23; if so, the details thereof; (c) funds reserved for the same during the last three years; and (d) details of areas of each district of Balocahistan will be electrified during the year 2022-23?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to make it mandatory for the head of each distribution company to hold an "Khuli Kachery" at least once a month in each sub division in order to address the grievances of the people in general; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether the Government has taken note of the fact that people in every sub division of every distribution company have a lot of grievances and find it extremely difficult to get them resolved properly due to alleged corruption therein; (c) if so, what steps are being taken, in this regard

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the approved dimensions of gas pipeline with approved map which has been laid or of is being laid at Village Mohabbat Khel (Bogra), Takht Nusrati, Karak; (b) has the Government taken notice of the fact that for giving undue benefit to various influential people of the village, larger pipelines than approved dimensions have been installed which is tantamount to neglecting other parts of the village; (c) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons for such discrimination; (d) if such discrimination is proven, has anyone been held accountable on account of such discrimination; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken to eliminate such discrimination?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the name of the cities where underground water has become unhygienic according to the latest surveys of Government institutions; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government in this regard so that at least people may be provided clean drinking water?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the number of projects of electricity completed, during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that houses and other properties affected by the laying of Neelum-Jhelum transmission line in Muzaffarabad District of Azad Jammu and Kashmir have not been compensated by NTDC despite the passage of years even though the Deputy Commissioner/Collector Muzaffarabad has drawn the attention of NTDC to this matter in a letter dated February 15, 2018 for payment of compensation; (b) if so, the reasons for such delay in payment of compensation to the affectees concerned; (c) has the non payment of such compensation been investigated; if so, the details thereof and has someone been held responsible for such delays; and (d) what steps are being taken for immediate payment of the said compensation and additional payment to the victims according to the current market value of their properties?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Peshawar High Court through its directions in 2011 and a decisions of the Federal Cabinet asked for dissolution of PEPCO; if so, the reasons for nonimplementation of the above said decisions for dissolution of PEPCO; (b) the legal status of PEPCO at present; (c) the role and mandate of PEPCO in the energy sector; (d) how far PEPCO has been successful in overseeing management of DISCOs; (e) the specific role of PEPCO in the light of "Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power Act, 1997 and amended Act of 2018 when GENCOs, NTDC, CPPA & DISCOs have their independent BoDs; (f) the role of Power Division, PEPCO & BoDs of DISCOs in appointment and transfers of CEOs of DISCOs; and (g) the role of NEPRA as a Regulator in DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the employees of Power Division and its attached department went abroad at the expense of Government during the last four years; and (b) the detail of authority sent them abroad and the reasons therefor; and (c) the amount incurred on each employees?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether is a fact that residents of CDEFCHS, Sectors E-16 and E-17, Islamabad are facing supply of low voltage electricity due to non-installation of required numbers of transformer which have caused damages to their appliances thereof; and (b) the time by which the required numbers of transformers would be provided/installed to address the grievances of the residents?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division's recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the physical and financial progress for construction of new 220-KV Grid Station by NTDC at Mirpur Khas; (b) conversion of 66-KV Grid Station Kunri in to 132-KV by HESCO; (c) construction of new 132-KV Grid Station at Mirpur Khas by HESCO; and (d) construction of new Grid Stations at Chorr and Dhoro Naro by HESCO?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.29 replied on 10-11-2021 and to state: (a) despite submitting formal applications by the residents of the Al-Qasmia Colony, UC-Kolachi Tehsil Mehar, District Dadu before the local and higher concerned/suggested authorities, they have failed to electrify the said colony within the stipulated period so far; (b) whether the deposited demand notices have been issued against the applicants/CINC's numbers for those who applied for the provision of electricity; and (c) time by which electricity will be provided to the aforesaid residents, since the neighbouring colonies have such facility?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that postman deputed in Sector I-16, Islamabad does not deliver the docks at their door steps and dump the docks at one place instead of distribution at the proper place; (b) if yes, any action taken against the responsible; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration to open a branch Post Office in above said sector?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that two electricity meters have been allowed to be installed at residential houses in CDA Sectors, Islamabad; (b) whether third electric meter installation notification has been issued; (c) if so, the details it; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to install third electric meter in residential houses, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the mobile numbers and telephone numbers of the area SDO and XEN were mentioned on the IESCO bill, now all the mobile numbers of the senior offices have been removed from the IESCO bills; (b) whether it is also a fact that the IESCO officials failed to attend the PTCL telephonic complaints particularly in the sub office of IESCO Kamalabad as the residents of Mohallah Muslimabad, Dhock Syaddan, Rawalpindi; (c) if the answer to (a) and (b) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the IESCO for the maintenance of the Transformer and action taken against the telephone operator for not attending the telephonic calls?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether total amount has been released to SNGPL by the CDA for laying remaining gas pipelines in Sector I-16, Islamabad; (b) if yes, the time by which the above said work will be started and completed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the electricity load of many villages of IESCO’s Sagri Feeder Kahuta, Rawalpindi has been shifted on Kambeli Sadiq Feeder, which not only overload the users of Kambeli Sadiq Feeder but also the poor management of IESCO; (b) if so, the justification of shifting aforesaid Sagri Feeder to Kambeli Sadiq Feeder; (c) has any feasibility was made regarding the problems faced by the users of Kambeli Sadiq Feeder before shifting the said load from one feeder to another; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to restore the said unreasonable load of electricity on Kambeli Sadiq Feeder; and hold accountable those who shifted unnecessary load of electricity from one feeder to another?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric poles have been installed for the houses in new abadis, village Chakri Wakeelan, Tehsil Gujar Khan but people are deprived of blessing of electricity in this modern society and they are waiting when will IESCO install poles and supply electricity in said abadis; (b) whether it is also fact that IESCO office Gulyana works under the jurisdiction of XEN, Gujar Khan and Gufran Babar has submitted an application for new poles on June 13, 2022 and no action has been taken in this regard, so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the time by which new poles will be installed and electricity will be provided to said abadis?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electricity voltages are extremely low in Chack No.224/TDA, Tehsil Karor, District Layyah due to low KV transformer; (b) the steps being taken by the Government to resolve the serious issues and replace electricity transformer with new one high KV; and (c) whether single phase wire also upgraded with three phase wire in the said Chack?
