Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that houses and other properties affected by the laying of Neelum-Jhelum transmission line in Muzaffarabad District of Azad Jammu and Kashmir have not been compensated by NTDC despite the passage of years even though the Deputy Commissioner/Collector Muzaffarabad has drawn the attention of NTDC to this matter in a letter dated February 15, 2018 for payment of compensation; (b) if so, the reasons for such delay in payment of compensation to the affectees concerned; (c) has the non payment of such compensation been investigated; if so, the details thereof and has someone been held responsible for such delays; and (d) what steps are being taken for immediate payment of the said compensation and additional payment to the victims according to the current market value of their properties?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division's recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric poles have been installed for the houses in new abadis, village Chakri Wakeelan, Tehsil Gujar Khan but people are deprived of blessing of electricity in this modern society and they are waiting when will IESCO install poles and supply electricity in said abadis; (b) whether it is also fact that IESCO office Gulyana works under the jurisdiction of XEN, Gujar Khan and Gufran Babar has submitted an application for new poles on June 13, 2022 and no action has been taken in this regard, so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the time by which new poles will be installed and electricity will be provided to said abadis?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the XEN Dudial and SDO Doultala have not installed the electric meter against the Demand Notice No.202203782718 dated 08-03-2022, even after depositing the amounts of demand notice; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to install the meter against above mentioned demand notice?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) has the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) taken notice of the fact that in the recent by-elections of PP-7, the voters of various villages such as Darkali Sher Shahi, Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, in particular and others that come under the jurisdiction of the Municipal Committee Kallar Syedan in general, were assigned polling stations at far-flung villages instead of their own villages against the spirit of section 59(2) of the Election Act, 2017; if so, the details thereof (b) is it not tantamount to keeping the citizens away from the polling process; (c) did the Returning Officer of the said constituency personally verify the establishment of such polling stations to ascertain whether they are in compliance with section 59 of the Election Act, 2017 or not; if so, when was such verification made; and (d) what steps are being taken by the ECP to ensure establishment of polling stations in the said constituency as per true spirit of the said Act for upcoming elections?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric poles were broken long ago and the people of the area are facing low voltage problem in village Bachal Chandio Morjher, Tehsil and District Badin; (b) whether it is also a fact that a number of complaints were lodged by the said area residents but no action taken therefor; and (c) the time by which said poles will be replaced at said area?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the 50 KV transformer installed at Thatthi Mian Ranjha, Post Office Gondal, FESCO's SubDivision Sahiwal, Feeder Vijh, District Sargodha, despite being overloaded due to over-connections, the concerned authorities have failed to replace and upgrade it; if so, the reasons thereof (b) whether concerned authorities have conducted a survey in order to determine the exact magnitude of such overloaded transformers in said village; if so, the details thereof; and (c) time by which such overloaded transformers in aforesaid village will be upgraded and replaced?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government of Pakistan imposed ban only on issuance of new demand notice of SNGPL but the demand notices already issued by SNGPL are bound to provide SNGPL connection at the earliest; (b) whether it is also a fact that despite depositing the amount of demand notices by the residents of Rawalpindi, the SNGPL authorities have not installed meters against demand notices particularly account ID 45044580327 dated billing month May, 2021, account ID 48736855775 billing month May, 2018, account ID 1528938658 dated 10-01-2020; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the SNGPL to install meters against above the mentioned (a) demand notices?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that applications for shifting of dangerous electric poles from houses to streets and up-gradation of transformer from 50 KVA to 100 KVA have been submitted again and again by the residents of village Mohra Gorya, Tehsil Gujjar Khan to IESCO, SDO, Doultala, under the purview of XEN Dudial; (b) whether it is also a fact that LV proposal for up-gradation of transformer from 50 KVA to 100 KVA was prepared and sent to the concerned quarter but shifting of electric poles is still delayed; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons for delay of the work; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government for up-gradation of transformer and shifting of electric poles on urgent basis?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric poles have not been installed so far in new Aabadi Ranial of Union Council Ranial adjacent to Pir Mahar Ali Shah Town, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi (Sub-Division Ranial) despite submitting the application and amount by the concerned MNA; (b) if so, the requisite electric poles will be installed alongwith the expected date thereof
