Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has failed to develop consensus among the stakeholders to initiate a unanimous Deep Sea Fishing Policy and hold matters ancillary thereto in abeyance for last three and half year due to which small-scale fishermen are currently facing severe difficulties; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Government has taken a notice of period which indicates that different mafias are allegedly investing lot of money to delay any Deep Sea Policy in the country; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to develop consensus among all stakeholders to initiate a unanimous Deep Sea Fishing Policy that protects the rights of not only all stakeholders including small fishermen?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) has the Government taken notice of the fact that the demand for basic food items in the country will increase in the coming years while the average production of major crops has stagnated and concerned authorities have failed to formulate policies that are necessary to increase the production of such crops to the level of country needs in recent years; if so, the details thereof; (b) has the Government estimated the need for the country’s basic food commodities in the next five, ten and fifteen years, respectively and whether or not, in all these years, the production of such food by the country will be sufficient to meet the needs of the country; if so, details thereof; (c) if not, what effective remedial measures are being taken to meet the growing demand for food for the next five, ten and fifteen years?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state that Pak PWD has sent notice to allotees of Government Accommodation in Sector I-9/4, Islamabad about payment of electric meter bills of Water Motor installed at residential blocks; if so, the reasons of issuance of above said notice without approval of competent authority?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) is the Life Style Residency G-13, Islamabad Project under delay; if so, reasons thereof; (b) what are the number of apartments allocated for category C; (c) is it true that the balloting of category C has still not taken place; (d) reasons of delay; and (e) the compensation for Government employees who have paid this amount in full since 2015?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) cultivated ginger in Bulkasar, Chakwal; (b) the total production received therefrom, so far; and (c) the encouragement and incentives being given to the farmers by PARC to cultivate ginger in the country?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) head-wise amount spent on renovation of the Ministry during the financial year 2021-22 with the exact period from which such renovations were made and the date on which the bill of each renovation was paid; (b) head-wise amount saved under various austerity measures announced by the Prime Minister for the said year and whether such savings were surrendered to the Ministry of Finance or not for the said year; (c) head and demand-wise total allocations for the Ministry and departments functioning under its administrative control during the said year and details of re-appropriation made in each head alongwith justification thereof; and (d) how much less money has been allocated to the Ministry under each demand for the year 2022-23 keeping in mind the austerity measures?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the number of Hydro Power Projects at the stage of completion in the country at present; and (b) the number of projects made operational alongwith the quantum of electricity in MW generated therefrom in detail?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) subsidy which has either been granted or will be granted to Hujjaj of Hajj, 2022 alongwith exact amount of such subsidy; and (b) whether it is a fact that such subsidy will not be granted to those Hujjaj who were accommodated under hardship; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Medical Teaching Institutions (MTI) law was enforced in Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad during the last Government due to which poor people were deprived of free of cost treatment; and (b) whether recent regime has an intention to review the said law alongwith the detail thereof

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the reasons behind massive increase in the prices of medicines especially of the life saving drugs?

Will the Minister for Housing and Work be pleased to state whether it is fact that each and every officer have to submit their assets declarations annually; if so, the details of grade-17 and above who submitted their assets declarations during the last three years of the Ministry and then attached department, PHA, FGEHF and Estate Office?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of the fees charged in Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad from the patients of CT Scan, MRI, Angiography, Endoscopy during the last six months; (b) the amount charged under the health cards for their tests and reasons for no health cards; and (c) the details of CT Scan/MRI machines and the patients waiting for tests?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) what action has been taken by Ministry on the recommendation of inquiry report and charge sheet against Waqar-ul-Hassan, Assistant (BS-14) Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation wherein the official was declared as prime culprit in registering smuggled/ non-custom vehicles, so far; (b) has Ministry issued NOC for extension of deputation of the official without recommendation/request of Chief Commissioner (borrowing department) after a lapse of seven months of its repatriation orders; if so, details thereof; and (c) has the official been promoted to BS-16; if so, copy of notification?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Estate Office has allocated houses for different institutions in different sectors of Islamabad such as for the employees of Foreign Affairs and other; (b) if so, details of houses specially allotted to Foreign Affairs in each sector alongwith justification for specially allocating houses to such institutions by giving them preferences over others; (c) order with the name of the authority on which such accommodation has been specially allotted to the employees of the Foreign Affairs; (d) is the allotment of these houses done under the General Waiting List or is there a special list prepared for the employees of Foreign Affairs; (e) whether reservation of houses, especially for various institutions, is against the spirit of the Constitution which ensures equality; (f) if so, what corrective measure are being taken, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railway be pleased to state: (a) is it a fact that the family pension case of a widow which was sent to the Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Multan through Pakistan Post on 7th January, 2022 vide receipt No.72319986 has not been finalized yet; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) is it not tantamount to depriving a widow of the legitimate pension on which she is most dependent for daily life; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the concerned authorities to finalize the case as soon as possible
