Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to bring reforms in Civil Services under URAAN Project/Programme; (b) if so, the details of recommendations made in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), being a regulator, has taken the notice of the fact that entities such as banks, insurance or cellular phone companies, automobiles or their authorized dealers or any other entity, who enter into a customer-based agreement with a common use in such meticulous writing as well as such language that a common man is unable to read and understand it; and (b) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether Government intends to fix minimum pension Rs.25000/= per month alongwith the steps being taken by the Government to increase Group Life Insurance; and (b) the steps being taken to grant hundred percent pension to the widow in case of death of pensioners alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state the steps taken for skilled persons under the Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan Programme?

Will the Minister for Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the role of the Government in negotiating various aid or loan packages for the country; (b) the detail of responsible officials having special skills to obtain loans at the lowest interest rates and on easy terms; (c) how many people/officials, associated with the affairs of the Ministry, have a financial background at present; and (d) the Minister or any other official of the Ministry who participated in the current Government’s negotiations with IMF; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) the details of the work completed on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) so far with province-wise break up; (b) the estimated time line by which the remaining work on CPEC will be completed; and (c) the estimated time line by which Special Economic Zones (SEZs) will be operational?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) did the Government, before imposing the super tax, foresee the impact it would have on the end-users of the sectors on which the super tax is being levied; if so, how such assessment was made with details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that such taxes are directly or indirectly passed on to the end consumer; if so, how will the Government curb the impact on the end consumer in terms of increased prices of products of such sectors; (c) whether any subsidiary body of the Ministry like Competition Commission of Pakistan or Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has assessed the unreasonable rise in prices of products of such sectors since the implementation of super tax; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state details of any incentives offered by State Bank of Pakistan for financing of renewable energy projects?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) details of different items/vehicles seized by customs and stored in various ports; (b) the vehicles auctioned and offers of the vehicles not approved in auction during the last two years; (c) rates fixed for the un-auctioned vehicles; and (d) the criteria for fixing the rates of the vehicles?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) what is the responsibility of the Federal Government and how did it fulfill its responsibility to deal with the situation arising out of recent floods in many parts of Balochistan; (b) the details of financial and other assistance provided by Federal Government to the Provincial Government of Balochistan in this regard; and (c) how is the Federal Government supporting the Provincial Government of Balochistan to upgrade fragile relief system of the province?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to increase foreign exchange reserves?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) total amount which has been surrendered by each Province to Federal Government in each financial year during last five years; (b) whether the Federal Government adjusted such surrendered amount in the coming financial year; if so, the details thereof (c) if not, outstanding amount of each province lying with Federal Government under such head, at present?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government has not only delayed the release of billions of rupees for the merged Tribal Districts for the recent finicial years but also failed to create any institutional framework under the National Commission to allocate 3% of National Finance Commission (NFC) resources to the people of the tribal area, as promised; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken, in this regard?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) has the performance of Pakistan’s trade missions abroad been reviewed in recent years; if so, the outcome of such review; (b) has the trade volume, especially export, increased with the countries where Pakistan’s trade missions are located; if so, what are the new items that Pakistan exports to these countries at present; (c) what has the current Government done new in a foreign trade mission that the previous Government could not do; (d) the number of foreign trade missions, currently vacant; and (e) what steps are being taken to make these trade missions more efficient?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the value-wise total number of new currency notes printed during 2018-2022?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the total number of persons died, the number of houses swept away and the extent to which crops damaged due to floods during the months of July and August, 2022; (b) the steps taken to provide relief to the flood victims; and (c) the total amount of fund spent, so far, on the flood victims?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) the number of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects which are under construction in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa alongwith the details of amounts allocated for said projects; and (b) the time by which the said projects will be completed?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to expand/improve trade relations with European Union (EU); and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure continuation of Generalized Schemes of Preferences (GSP)+ status by the EU?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to increase the trade with Asian countries; and (b) the details of trade made with those countries during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the role of a common man to boost up the economy is not signification to bring the state of the economy of the country, at present; (b) why do we put unprecedented burden of poor policies over to a common man; (c) if not, it unjust with common man; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to not put burden of poor policies of Government to poorest of the poor?
