Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of complaints lodged with the FIA’s cybercrime wing under the applicable laws in the country since August, 2018 with regard to defamation of any person’s honour with any kind of material; (b) how many of the above complaints have been resolved, number of pending complaints alongwith reasons of the delay of each, including since when each complaint is pending; (c) whether the complainant is informed of the final outcome of the complaint; if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether the implementing agency tried to reach out to those elements who have been waging an indecent campaigns against any individual, especially public representatives, on social media during the said period; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what is the total area of Margallah Hills National Park consist of; and (b) the area of land which is illegally occupied by the occupants?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of Bio-data viz, the names, domiciles, qualifications, experience, background reputation and citizenship of all the members of Board of Directors of NADRA; (b) the tenure for which they have been inducted; (c) details of the perks, privileges and other fringe benefits being paid to each of the Directors and Board of Directors of NADRA; and (d) under what law/rules their performance is being supervised and governed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of the fact that a nongazetted official holding gazetted post of Excise and Taxation Officer, Islamabad on deputation basis since many years; if so details thereof; (b) whether Ministry has also taken notice that aforesaid official who has been charge sheet for involvement in corruption, transferring of smuggled vehicle and the Chief Commissioner Office, Islamabad has not only ordered for his repatriation to parent department but also requested to initiate E and D Rule proceedings against him; if so, comprehensive details thereof alongwith justification and concerned officers involvement in above cases till date; (c) steps taken by Ministry in terms of repatriation of concerned officers/officials to his parent department along with action against concerned involved in his deputation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that facility of shadow and drinking water is not provided for the public at NADRA Centre, district Faisalabad; (b) if so, the steps taken by NADRA in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state number of bridges, flyovers and interchanges being constructed on Inter Junction Principal Road (IJP Road), Islamabad in connection with re-construction programme?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether CDA, being a line authority to take care of Government buildings in Islamabad has taken notice that several partially constructed infrastructures have been decaying, which were either originally planned to construct for those Ministries/departments that have been devolved to provinces after the 18th Constitutional Amendment or merged into another Federal Government Ministries/department; (b) if so, the details of such infrastructures alongwith cost incurred upon each; (c) is there any plan of the Government to takeover such partially constructed infrastructures and make them beneficial for the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the last time when the CDA opened a residential sector in Islamabad alongwith the name of that specific sector; (b) as to why the CDA has not opened a new residential sector thereafter; and (c) the time by which it intends to open a new sector?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers and officials working in Capital Development Authority (CDA) on deputation since 2015 till to date alongwith year-wise details; and (b) details of the names of their parent Ministries/departments indicating also the purpose of the deputation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of entertainment parks in Islamabad; and (b) total facilities available for the visiting people in these parks?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a number of human trafficking groups are working in the country; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to control the same?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the place at which alternative plots are being given to the affected members of the non-possession area of main road of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society alongwith the exact location of the area of land, the rate at which it has been purchased or is being purchased; (b) the time by which alternative plots would be alloted and the possession would be given; and (c) the plan devised to deal with the land, which remains unallotted after completion of allotments to the affectees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) have the concerned authorities taken notice of the fact that hundreds of motorcycles and other vehicles confiscated by the ICT Police and other law enforcement agencies years ago are kept at various places including Sector I-8 Islamabad and they are decaying with every passing day; if so, what is the value and volume of such confiscation; (b) what are the reasons for not disposing of such confiscation in accordance with prevailing laws; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken to dispose of such confiscation at an earliest and spend the proceeds on various public welfare projects?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a training institute, namely AntiTerrorism School, (a training school of IB) has been established at Tumair, Tehsil and District Islamabad; (b) if so, under what terms and conditions, such place has been given for a training school; (c) whether the authorities concerned have taken notice of the fact that current administration of the school has started occupying more land in the area, and local people are not being allowed to carry out any physical or construction work on their legitimate land; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether such act of the administration of school is tantamount to depriving local people of their property rights, which is fundamental right of every person as enshrined in Constitution; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some persons have not been allowed to proceed abroad despite their clear documentation; (b) if so, the details of the persons viz their names, address and passport numbers have been disallowed at the Islamabad International Airport, proceeding to Turkey and other countries with reasons since May 2021?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that plots have also been allotted to the civilian officers in DHA schemes; (b) if so, the details of the allottees serving in grade 19 and above as officers of the Ministry since 2019?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total amount incurred so far out of the total allocated fund for development work in Sectors G-14/1 and 2, Islamabad alongwith the total amount utilized and remaining balance of un-utilized amount so far; (b) the total funds allocated for completion of development work of affectees; (c) if not, the time by which the fund to be allocated therefor; (d) if the funds has been allocated when will be released?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of the existing petrol pumps plots, their size, locations, in different sectors, the action taken against their encroachment/illegal constructions and reasons for not taking action during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the people are facing water shortage in every sector of CDA specially in Sectors I-14, I-15 and I-16 Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that water tanker mafia fill their tankers from the tube wells of sectors I-16 Islamabad and sold them in sectors I-14 in Rs. 6000/- to Rs 8000/- per tanker; if so, the steps taken against them; (c) whether any alternate arrangement has been made by the CDA for water supply to the residents of above said sectors?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Matro Bus Track and Stations from Pak Secretariat to Saddar Rawalpindi are in dilapidated condition; (b) whether it is also a fact that number of buses are not in working position due to said track condition; (c) if so, the details thereof and the time by which it will be resolved?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that curtains have been removed of Metro Bus Service from Rawalpindi to Islamabad; (b) if answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the time by which the curtains will be again provided for the busses; and (c) what steps are being taken by the CDA for installation of new curtains for the Metro Busses?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal to launch public van route covering the areas of Mandi Mor, Sector I-11/2, Faqir Api Road, H-11 Graveyard, Sri Nagar Highway, Sunday Bazar, Zero Point, Fire Brigade, Sitara Market, Iqbal Hall, Sector G-6 Melody, Federal Government Polyclinic, Blue area, Pak Secretariat, keeping in view the need of people of Sector I-11/2; if not, reasons thereof; (b) if so, time by which aforesaid route will be approved in the public interest?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of plots in Block A of Senate Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad which are under possession of the society; (b) the number of each plot alongwith the size and the names of allottees; (c) the number of plots, alongwith size and the names of allottees, in Block A which are not under possession of the society; (d) the time by which possession will be given to the allottees by clearing these plots; and (e) the reasons for issuing of allotments alongwith the details thereof, if the society was not in possession of the plots?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Overseas Pakistanis are suffering from the process of online renewal of Passport; (b) whether it is also a fact that Ministry is not properly conducting the process of verification through police/special branch particularly the applicant Tracking ID 99991921573; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, when the above mentioned (b) Tracking ID will be re-verified and when the Passport will be renewed the time and date thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Ministry against those officials who are involved in this fake or improper verification and they intentionally delayed the verification, as the Overseas Pakistanis are suffering from this process?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that fake files are being sold out in the name of Rawal Enclave without getting NOC from CDA; if so, the number thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that Rawal Enclave Moza Mohrian Kurri Road has deputed their agent who also gives token of the plot to the members and then disappears permanently after signing a stamp paper and members are blackmailed; and (c) whether it is further a fact that the said society has not complied with the decision of Arbitration Committee so far?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of NADRA branches in Blue Area, Islamabad; (b) the number of persons who have applied for the CNIC in the said branches, and have been asked for the submission of affidavit for the ratification of their citizenship alongwith the each applicant’s name; (c) date of submission of application and date of the issuance of identity card during 01-01-2022 to 30-03-2022; (d) the applicants whose identity cards have not been issued so far; and (e) the time by when the identity cards will be issued to them?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the public route No.105 from Aabpara to Sector G-11 has been discontinued now due to which people of Sectors G-6, G-7 and G-8, Islamabad have to face a lot of difficulties for going and coming in office and bazar; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to restore old route?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Saray-e-Kharbooza Mohallah Usmania, Gali Nos.1 to 16 water supply causing sufferings for the residents who are constained to arrange water through tankers at high prices; if so, details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to arrange water supply to that area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that House No.169-B, Street No.23, G-6/1-2, House No.197-B, Street No.17, G-6/2, Islamabad, House No.111-A, G-7/3-4, and House No.192, Street No.222, G-7/3-4, Islamabad are in poor condition and maintenance work was carried out long ago; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which maintenance work will be carried out; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Ombudsman had issued an order via WMS against complaint No.HQR/1002010/18 dated 10th August, 2018 to allot a plot to the family of Mr. Manzoor Hussain (Late), Ticket No.1187, who was an employee of COD Rawalpindi, Ministry of Defence; (b) whether it is also a fact that his family has still not been allotted a plot while it is written in the rules of Ministry of Housing and Works that in case an employees dies during service, a plot is given to his family on out of turn priority basis; (c) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) above is in affirmative, the reason for not allotting a plot to the widow of the said deceased employee till now alongwith the reason for delay thereof; and (d) the time by which plot will be alloted to the widow of the said ex-employee (late)?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of arbitrators, appointed in connection with the allotments of plots in the Jammu and Kashmir Housing Society, Islamabad; (b) the number, name, allotment number, plot size, date and decision on the matter in each case alongwith the detail; (c) whether plots were alloted or certain amount was paid in the result of said arbitration alongwith detail of each case separately?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the amount received by Jammu and Kashmir Housing Society, Islamabad from NAB and FIA; (b) total amount received from selling its land to Federal Government Employees Housing Authority; (c) the head under which said received amounts have been spent; and (d) as to why the said money was not used to purchase the land of G-15/4, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that currently a number of teachers are working on contract/ad-hoc basis at the OPF School, Kallar Syedan; (b) if so, is there any proposal to regulate their services on permanent basis; and (c) what is official policy/rules for regularization of such contract staff?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that OPF School, Kallar Syedan has been without a full-time Principal for the last many years adversely affecting the academic and administrative affairs; (b) if yes, reasons for not posting a full-time principal, and what steps are being taken by the Ministry to post a full-time principal there to wrest the dwindling standard of education?
