Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the 50 KV transformer installed at Thatthi Mian Ranjha, Post Office Gondal, FESCO's SubDivision Sahiwal, Feeder Vijh, District Sargodha, despite being overloaded due to over-connections, the concerned authorities have failed to replace and upgrade it; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether concerned authorities have conducted a survey in order to determine the exact magnitude of such overloaded transformers in said village; if so, the details thereof; and (c) time by which such overloaded transformers in aforesaid village will be upgraded and replaced?

Deputy Manager (MIS) who retired from service in the year 2017 despite being eligible and submitting applications to the CEO, LESCO in recent times has not been granted such allowance; (c) if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether the denial of such special allowance to the said employees is tantamount to deprivation of the legitimate right of the said employees; (e) if so, what corrective measure are being taken to compensate such employees and pay all their dues as soon as possible?
