Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of total expenditure incurred on 5G technology; (b) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact while it is planning to launch 5G technology but the existing service providers have failed to extend even 4G technology across the country; if so, reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that situation demands to first oblige the existing service providers to extend 4G in the every corner of the country as they do not extend 4G but charge customers at the rate of 4G; (d) if so, the details thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state as to why Federal Educational Institutes are being handed over to Municipal Corporation Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise amount received either from a distribution company including KE, and other authorized entities or accumulatively under the TV fee, which has been collected from consumers during the last five years; (b) how much the amount, collected by each collecting agency and the amount transferred to PTV accounts has been verified and has any discrepancy been found in this regard in recent years; if so, the details thereof and how has this been solved; (c) year-wise total revenue generated by the PTV; and the amount received under the head of TV fee during the last eight years; and (d) is there any proposal to abolish TV fee considering the fact that people now use other means such as cable networks etc. for which they are charged separately; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) what are the prescribed criteria, under the rules, set for appointment of Director General (DG), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA); (b) whether incumbent DG qualified the prescribed criteria set for appointment; if not, the details thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to appoint an appropriate and competent officer as DG, CAA who qualifies the prescribed criteria?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) the names of the places in the country at which PANAGAHS exist at present; and (b) the daily expenditures incurred on each of the said PANAGAHS since establishment?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the increase in pension to Civil Aviation Authorityvs (CAA) pensioners, as already allowed to the Government pensioners, is not being granted to them despite a lapse of considerable time since 2020; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that CAA pensioners are being deprived of house grant and leave encashment since October, 2021 whereas, the same was given to the CAA pensioners before that period after getting approved by the CAA Board a few years ago; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government and the time by which the above-mentioned increase in pension, house grant and leave encashment will be granted to the CAA pensioners?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) details of degrees including foreign degree awaiting approval by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for recognition; and (b) how many students are suffering due to undue delay in this process?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state the advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of climate change across Pakistan and the World?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) what will be the nature of data that will fall under the General Data Protection Regulation Compliance Management System; (b) whether the contracted consultants were hired in accordance with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules for successful implementation of the project; if yes, the details thereof; (c) how much amount has been spent on the project so far; (d) if the absence of any relevant law does not affect the implementation of the said project (as stated in the reply to Starred Question No.2 dated 27-07-2022) why is the Personal Data Protection Bill being prepared; (e) whether parts (b) and (d) of the above question do not reflect the conflicting position of the Government?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has announced a policy for maximum payment of Rs. 60,000/- and minimum payment of Rs. 25,000/= to a family who has two or more abnormal children through the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal: (b) whether it is also a fact that Government has failed to pay such amount to the families, Mr. Noor-ul-Ameen holding CNIC No. 17101-1919026-9 who sent his application vide Registry Number RGL68258920 and Mr. Alamgir Khan holding CNIC No. 17101-8631119-5 who sent his application through Leopard Tracking No.552369269; (c) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, reasons thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by Government to pay amount to deserving persons?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state the details of the PIA routes in profit and loss and the restoring of the closed routes, in future please?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.25 replied on 15-11-2021 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Zong resolved the issue of weak signal on 4th November, 2021 in the Sar Dheri Abbas Kalay area of District Charsadda but just after three days, signal became weak again; (b) whether it is also a fact that the area is neither catching Zong signals nor the facility of Internet is available in the area due to which the students getting online education are facing acute problems; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the steps being taken to resolve this issue permanently; (d) whether there is a proposal under consideration to increase the strength of signals in the area by installing more “Hub Side” or “Any Side” towers; (e) the time by which this issue will stand unresolved?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that buses and other equipments have been provided under PM Education Reforms Programme; (b) if so, then the details, province-wise including Sindh Urban and Rural since 2010?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has stopped payment of monthly stipend to many residents of village, Post Office Mahni Siyal, Tehsil Kabirwala, District Khanewal including CNIC No.36102- 7270082-0 and among them some have been de-listed despite the fact that due to flawed techniques used in the re-survey, the poverty of above-mentioned persons, including the mentioned CNIC, does not match their given scores; if so, the details and reasons there; and (b) what remedial steps are being taken to start giving monthly stipend to the residents of the said villages including the referred person/CNIC?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Daily Wages/Contingent Paid Staff from BPS-1 to 16 was appointed in the autonomous bodies funded by the Federal Government and were not extended the benefit despite the Supreme Court decision in 2015 SCMR 1257 wherein Supreme Court held that autonomous organizations, whose funding is made by the Federal Government, ought to follow the regularization policy of the Government; (b) that such employees have been lingering for the last ten years with no success despite Islamabad High Court's subsequent judgment dated 21-06-2018 in ICA No.340/2017; (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to regularize the services of such daily wages/contingent paid staff employees; and (d) what actions against management of such non-complying autonomous organizations, funded by Federal Government, have been taken to avoid this injustice?
