Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) details of the laws which are presently enforced in the country to stop child labour including all other forms of child labour by the Government; and (b) the details of such laws with respect to their provincial as well as country wide jurisdiction/applicability in the country?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether CDA, being a line authority to take care of Government buildings in Islamabad has taken notice that several partially constructed infrastructures have been decaying, which were either originally planned to construct for those Ministries/departments that have been devolved to provinces after the 18th Constitutional Amendment or merged into another Federal Government Ministries/department; (b) if so, the details of such infrastructures alongwith cost incurred upon each; (c) is there any plan of the Government to takeover such partially constructed infrastructures and make them beneficial for the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the name, designation and domicile of each employee who has been appointed in NADRA since August, 2018 alongwith mode of appointments of each appointee; (b) whether each of the above post was advertised; (c) if so, details of the advertisement alongwith number of candidates appeared for test/interview for each post; (d) whether NADRA has taken ex post/prior approval from Ministry for such appointments; (e) if so, the detail thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (f) the details of persons who were previously removed or imposed any other major penalty, and subsequently reinstated during the said period alongwith present posting of each person; and (g) what steps are being taken by the Government to streamline such appointments?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) name of the company currently handling the operation of EOBI, Guest Houses in the country; (b) details of particulars of contract, and on which terms such operation has been entrusted to said company; (c) the details of the outstanding dues against various persons who have either previously served or presently serving in any department under the administrative control of the Ministry and since when such payment is overdue against each; (d) whether any attempt has been made to recover such dues from each of the above and the details of result of such efforts; (e) whether it is also a fact that the decision of the Board of Trustees regarding the charges and limit of the days of stay in such guest houses is not being implemented; (f) if so, the reasons thereof; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to fix the above accounts and make operations more transparent?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the policy of CDA for waste disposal on daily basis; (b) whether it is a fact that such waste is temporarily/regular disposed of and dumped in nearby residential areas or elsewhere of capital city; (c) whether it is also a fact that CDA compensate to the areas where the waste disposed of temporarily or permanently; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) whether it is further a fact that the CDA has failed to formulate a comprehensive plan for the disposal of such wastes on a scientific basis to ensure recycling of such wastes; (f) if so, the reasons thereof; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken to formulate a mechanism for disposal of such waste as per international standards?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that OPF has disbursed mandatory maximum wages as announced by the Government to their contractual employees, especially in OPF’s Schools; (b) if so, whether it is not tantamount to violate the provision of facilities of Government and depriving of employees of OPF from benefit of peoples friendly policies of the Government; (c) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to implement minimum wages in OPF at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total amount spent out of the budget allocated for the development work of Sector I-12, Islamabad, alongwith the remaining amount; (b) the funds allocated for the completion of development work for allottees; (c) if not, the time by which the same funds will be allocated and released so far?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the break up of income from taxes on properties, sale of plots, expenditure on pay of employees, allowances, vehicles fuel, repair and purchase and other projects of CDA during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the trend of begging in Islamabad has increased in manifold; (b) the number of beggars against whom action has been taken from month of Octobor, 2022 alongwith the details thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that begging has become an organized profession and police personnel/officers are also involved in it; and (d) the details of inquiry conducted against them and also the officers involved in this activity?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) when Sector I-11/1 and I-11/2, Islamabad was acquired by CDA; (b) the basic facilities like drinking water, gas, street lights, markets, schools, the Mosques have not been provided, so far; and (c) the time by which the remaining facilities will be provided in said Sector?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) number of cases which is pending in different courts pertaining to collection of contribution to EOBI funds; (b) time by which each of above case is pending in each court; (c) whether the Government contacted the Ministry of Law or Office of the Attorney General of Pakistan for the disposal of such cases; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) the financial impact on EOBI per year income due to such cases; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA) through its Office Order No.CDA-4 (2) (39)-HRD/2008/ Sec-II/2409 dated 11 October 2021, granted TA/DA for paying homage of holy cities; (b) if so, the details of persons to whom grant has been given; (c) the mode/procedure adopted for paying such grant; (d) if not, how is such grant has been disbursed to concerned?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to the poor infrastructure of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has been unable to produce the better kind of talent that have like Australia, England, New Zealand and others countries in the field of batting, especially in white-ball cricket except for one or two in the current team; (b) if so, whether the PCB has examined the reasons behind such deficiency; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether the PCB has got an independent review of the performance of Chief Selector in recent times; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) the details of benefits which are being given to the Chief Selector at present either in the form of money or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Islamabad Metro Bus Track is in dilapidated condition, specially the track from Pak. Secretariat to Prade Ground Islamabad; (b) harmful potholes are also visible on the road, they are also on ceiling of the bridges and also falling which might be the cause of any untoward incident or accidents; (c) whether it is also a fact that the water is flowing in spray shape from the walls alongside above Metro route due to which buses are moving very slowly to reach at their destination; (d) there is an apprehension of stoppage of such public facility; (e) if so, the time by which the maintenance work will be started?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of dog bite cases reported in Islamabad during the period from 1st January to 20th October, 2022 in Islamabad; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to culling stray the dogs from Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of plots size 40x80 have been allotted in Jammu Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society in Sector F-15/1, Islamabad in non possession areas and to Provide complete details alongwith names, plot number, address of allottees with contact numbers; (b) the reasons for allotting the said plots in non possession areas besides receiving full payment; (c) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) above are affirmative, the time by which possession of said plots to its allottees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some persons have not been allowed to proceed abroad despite their clear documentation; (b) if so, the details of the persons viz their names, address and passport numbers have been disallowed at the Islamabad International Airport, proceeding to Turkey and other countries with reasons since May 2021?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that plots have also been allotted to the civilian officers in DHA schemes; (b) if so, the details of the allottees serving in grade 19 and above as officers of the Ministry since 2019?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total amount incurred so far out of the total allocated fund for development work in Sectors G-14/1 and 2, Islamabad alongwith the total amount utilized and remaining balance of un-utilized amount so far; (b) the total funds allocated for completion of development work of affectees; (c) if not, the time by which the fund to be allocated therefor; (d) if the funds has been allocated when will be released?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of plots in Block A of Senate Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad which are under possession of the society; (b) the number of each plot alongwith the size and the names of allottees; (c) the number of plots, alongwith size and the names of allottees, in Block A which are not under possession of the society; (d) the time by which possession will be given to the allottees by clearing these plots; and (e) the reasons for issuing of allotments alongwith the details thereof, if the society was not in possession of the plots?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Overseas Pakistanis are suffering from the process of online renewal of Passport; (b) whether it is also a fact that Ministry is not properly conducting the process of verification through police/special branch particularly the applicant Tracking ID 99991921573; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, when the above mentioned (b) Tracking ID will be re-verified and when the Passport will be renewed the time and date thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Ministry against those officials who are involved in this fake or improper verification and they intentionally delayed the verification, as the Overseas Pakistanis are suffering from this process?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of NADRA branches in Blue Area, Islamabad; (b) the number of persons who have applied for the CNIC in the said branches, and have been asked for the submission of affidavit for the ratification of their citizenship alongwith the each applicant’s name; (c) date of submission of application and date of the issuance of identity card during 01-01-2022 to 30-03-2022; (d) the applicants whose identity cards have not been issued so far; and (e) the time by when the identity cards will be issued to them?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Saray-e-Kharbooza Mohallah Usmania, Gali Nos.1 to 16 lacks water supply causing sufferings for the residents who are constained to arrange water through tankers at high prices; if so, details thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to arrange water supply to that area?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.39 replied on 17-10-2022 and to state: (a) whether refusal on part of the Ministry to regularize ad-hoc/contract teachers of OPF Schools amounts to exploitation of such teachers as they are being paid a meager salary, whereas their regular counterparts are getting much better monetary package; (b) furthermore, such ad-hoc/contractual appointments of teaching staff without any job security are counterproductive of the organization; and (c) whether the Ministry’s policy with regard to ad-hoc/contract teachers is inconsistent with the domestic and international labour laws?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has directed to all the Departments/Organizations for the early completion of Government employees family pension cases with in one month; (b) whether it is a fact that Ministry of Defence has failed to process the family pension cases within the time, particularly the case of Mst. Yasmeen Mushtaq W/O Ex Ord No.5433 UDC Mushtaq Ahmed (late) ex-employ of COD, Rawalpindi as her family pension case is pending for the last one year; (c) if the answer to parts (a) and (b) above are is in affirmative, the reason of delay; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Ministry to pay her family pension as early as possible?
