Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state:
(a) whether it is a fact that the energy meters of a consumer bearing A/C No. ll-37181-0812700 (HESCO) were burnt in recent rains on 05-08-2022;
(b) whether an enquiry committee will be constituted to probe into the matter causing in-ordinate delay in the replacement of energy meter which led to the misery for the consumer and his family;
(c) whether it is a fact that the bill of consumer up-to July, 2022 stands paid on 22-08-2022; and
(d) whether the Line Superintendent posted in operation sub-Division Qasimabad, having stay for more then 03 years will be transferred and posted out; if so, the time by which action will be taken?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state
(a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that because of vague provision in the existing National Commission on the Rights of the Child Act, 2017 a member of a minority is aclually a member of a province or Islamabad Capital Territory,'
(b) if so, it is tantamount to alleged discrimination against the minorities by not giving them exclusive membership in such Commission:
(c) whether the said Act is also contrary to the provisions of fie Act like National Commission on Human Rights National Commission on Status of Women etc wherein minorities are
given special me mbership ;
(d) if so, the reasons thereof and what corrective measures are being taken to harmonize the commissions and amend the law to give special membership to the minorities?
