Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the import policy appendix-C Serial No.10 sub-class (1) and (4) only companies and commercial importers or a common man could also import goods from abroad; (b) if so, the complete detail alongwith explanation thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that the construction companies who imported specialized vehicles in accordance with import policy 2013 and 2016, Para 9(ii)5 for their construction work thereof; (d) whether the same vehicles which were used for five years in the companies only, thereafter such vehicles could be sold out or after the completion of the project; and (e) complete details of above in the light of respective import policy?
