Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) names of cities in the country, including Islamabad, where such Federal Hospitals exist as to provide the facilities of kidney transplantation; (b) if not why and where the Government intends to set up such hospitals?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the total amount spent on each Government Hospital in Islamabad, by the Government during the tenure of present Government, till date?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the locations in the country including Islamabad, where the facility for treatment of Breast Cancer for women is presently available at Government level at present; and (b) whether medicines are available and presently provided to the said patients free of cost?

Will the Minister for National Health Service, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) total number of dialysis machines presently available in the Federal General Hospital of Islamabad; and (b) the average number of patients benefiting daily basis therefrom at present?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether the Directorate of Hajj, Jeddah calls the specific individuals for their nomination for Hajj duty in any year; (b) if so, the details of the persons whose nomination were sought by the said Directorate for the year 2022 alongwith the there department; (c) the justification and criteria for receiving their nominations and who is authority to call them for such nominations; (d) with number of time each of the mentioned persons had previously been selected for the same; (e) how many times, a person can be sent for Hajj duty according to approved policy of Federal Government; and how many time the persons have been nominated for same duty; (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to make the whole matter transparent?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that extension plan of Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad, has been closed completely; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether second building of said hospital is under construction in Islamabad; if so, the time by which the said project will be completed?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether the provision of facility of Angiography/Angioplasty and Heart Surgery at Federal Government Polyclinic and General Hospital, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, is not available for Government employees?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) that the Government has taken notice of the fact that the persons nominated for Hajj duty repeatedly allegedly establishes their monopoly by holding the main Control Office in Makkah; (b) the details of each person, post, scale and department who was posted in the main control office for Hajj-2022, including the number of times each person was previously posted there; (c) if so, whether an independent and third-party audit has been conducted, especially with regard to the latest Hajj; if so, the details thereof; (d) details of the dues admissible to each person on duty and the amount paid to each in accordance with his duty including the date of arrival/departure in Saudi Arabia and whether deduction have made against any person in this regard; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of Federal Government employees, who were allotted more than one residential plots from Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA); and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to discourage this policy?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) details of the total worth of machinery and other material alleged to be stolen from Pakistan Steel Mills, Karachi as per Government record; and (b) the number of persons arrested alongwith the number of those to whom punishments have been awarded in connection with the said thefts?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the percentage of decrease/increase of Railways deficit during the tenure of incumbent Government till date; (b) the main reasons of Railways deficit; and (c) the steps already taken or being taken by the Government to end the railways deficit completely and the benefits achieved thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Estate Office has denied to allot official residence to various employees of various institutions only because of incorrect names of their departments in the General Waiting List (GWL) particularly CNIC No.38401120736751 a Staff Car Driver was denied to allot official accommodation only on the ground of incorrect entry of his department in the GWL by the Estate Office despite the fact that he was first offered the same vide S. No.1880- B/EIII/EO/2018 dated the 28th June, 2021; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; along with details upon which Estate Office prepares the General Waiting List. (c) whether denial of allotment of official accommodation on ground of wrong entry on the part of the Estate Office amounts to depriving an employee of his legitimate; and (d) what remedial measures are being taken in this regard?
