Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 202 Senior Computer Teachers (SCTs) were hired in January, 2018 under the “ICT for Girls Project” in the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad who have not been regularized so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said project was ended on 20-01-2022 but the above said Teachers are continuously working without salaries on the verbal directions regarding extension of the project for further three years and to continue their work; if so, the details thereof and reasons for nonpayment of their salaries; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to regularize above said teachers; if not, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that public sector universities are receiving Rs.1,500/- (non-refundable) from the candidates as registration fee for admission in BS, Programmes; (b) the details of fees by each university during the last three years; (c) whether it is also a fact that the public sector universities start admission process to the BS Programme before the announcement of final result of F.Sc by the respective boards of education; (d) whether it is further a fact that after registration, the candidates are provisionally admitted on the basis of result of the first year of F.Sc, with a condition that if they fail in any subject, their admission will be cancelled; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to simplify the procedure of admissions in BS, Programme by starting the process after announcement of final result of F.Sc by the respective boards?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has conducted a review-cum-audit of the performance of the educational institutions/universities established, through Acts of Parliament in recent years, particularly with reference to their quality of education in various disciplines, their fee structure, and also with regard to compliance with other codes of conduct either laid down for them in an Act of Parliament or prescribed by the HEC; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that the said institutions/universities charge exorbitant fees and it is difficult for so many students to pay such exorbitant fees; (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the HEC in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the meetings of department at promotion committees have recently been held to promote employees from grades 01 to 16 or equivalent grades as per rules of the International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), and instead of notifying the promotional orders of such promotions; (b) whether it is also a fact that the matter first sent to the Board of Directors of the University and the BOD formed acommittee on it; (c) whether the matter is still pending under one pretext or the other; (d) whether it is further a fact that the inordinate delay is made in finalizing such promotions which is tantamount to depriving the deserving employees from their promotions and also reflects the failure of the University Administration; (e) if so, what remedial measures are being taken to finalize such promotions as soon as possible; and (f) what action is being taken to hold responsible accountable who kept the matter pending under one or the other pretext?

Will the Minister In-Charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) details of the maximum and minimum age limit required to apply for the various posts in Federal Government jobs; (b) whether there is any specific categorization for age relaxation for the male and female candidates; if so, details of above scale-wise categorization thereof; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration for the relaxation of these age limits after the Covid-19 and current flood crises?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Daily Wages/Contingent Paid Staff from BPS-1 to 16 was appointed in the autonomous bodies funded by the Federal Government and were not extended the benefit despite the Supreme Court decision in 2015 SCMR 1257 wherein Supreme Court held that autonomous organizations, whose funding is made by the Federal Government, ought to follow the regularization policy of the Government; (b) that such employees have been lingering for the last ten years with no success despite Islamabad High Court’s subsequent judgment dated 21-06-2018 in ICA No.340/2017; (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to regularize the services of such daily wages/contingent paid staff employees; and (d) what actions against management of such non-complying autonomous organizations, funded by Federal Government, have been taken to avoid this injustice?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the number of buses provided to IMCG, F-7/4, Islamabad, under Prime Minister’s Education Reform Programme and the detail of existing buses in working condition; (b) whether it is a fact that students are facing severe problem due to shortage of transport facility and the college administration is not providing the bus facility to higher classes; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether college administration take up the case with the Directorate of Education; and (d) the time by which the problem will be solved?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.30 replied on 13-10-2022 and to state:- (a) whether it is a fact that the exact date on which the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) International Islamic University, Islamabad will be held; (b) reasons for making delay for the last year or more, thus, deserving employees are being deprived from their due right of promotion even after completing the mandatory period of ten years; (c) the details of the persons working in the HR Wing of the said University and on what date each of the said persons was lastly promoted to the last higher post/grade; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that monthly pensions to the retired employees of the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), have not been paid in time due to which hardships is being faced by the said pensioners; (b) if so, whether the Ministry has made arrangements for timely provision of pensions to the above said pensioners; if so, details thereof; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Quaid-e-Azam University did not issue degree certificates to students since last six months, who have completed Associate Degrees in various programmes through ICT affiliated colleges with QAU; (b) whether it is not a negligence on part of University management for this long delay; (c) the action taken against the responsible persons for such deliberate delay; and (d) the time by which degree will be issued to the students who have already been deposited cost of the degrees of Associate Programme?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) Whether it is a fact that students of final semester in Associate Degree have been given zero marks in two papers (Social Policy and Strategy and Human Resource Management) by the Allama Iqbal Open University in final result 2022; (b) Whether it is also a fact that due to computerized mistake by the management of the University has shown zero marks in two papers; and (c) The time by which corrections will be made in such papers and degree certificates will be awarded and the action taken against the responsible?
