Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the time by which the Special Courts for Overseas Pakistanis be operational in the country?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the objectives of setting up model courts in the country and whether said courts have succeeded to fulfill assigned objectives; and (b) whether speedy and inexpensive justice is being provided to the public by the model courts?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the time which electricity loadshedding will be ended or controlled in Karachi and whole province; and (b) whether there is any plan under consideration of the Government to end the loadshedding in coming years?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the authorized losses by OGRA to each of the Gas utilities and the volume of current losses of each gas entity; (b) whether it is a fact that gas utilities like SNGPL, SSGC are failing to mitigate their losses as per OGRA directives; (c) whether it is also a fact that the direct burden of such losses is borne by the consumers when they are already in excess burden; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether it is a fact that the additional burden is borne by the consumers due to failure of the gas companies to reduce their losses up to the prescribed limit of the OGRA; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to reduce such losses and lessen the burden on consumers?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to lower the losses as circular debt of Pakistan, in current year is Rs.343 billion, Rs.113 billion are under the head of line losses and overall losses through kundas are Rs.230 billion which are increased as cent percent; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to end the burden on consumers under the head of capacity payment alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the number of times increase made so far in Toll Taxes for Motorways during the present Government alongwith the reasons therefor?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite increasing the electricity rates by more than 50% and putting additional burden on the consumers in trillions of rupees, the circular debt continues to increase by every passing day; (b) if so, how much its volume is increasing every month; (c) whether it is a testament to the poor management of the Government in power sector that has failed to control and reduce it, despite imposing an additional burden on consumers; if so, the reasons thereof (d) what should have been the role of the institutions being responsible for dealing with issues related to circular debt; (e) whether these institutions have played their role in contesting the increasing trend of debt day by day; and (f) what corrective steps are being taken by the Government to permanently fix this issue?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to non-expansion of domestic oil refineries, Pakistan has to import high cost petrol and diesel which costs a significant portion of foreign exchange; (b) whether it is also a fact that the country’s domestic oil refineries expand its facilities on modern lines, it will not only make self-sufficient in production of petrol and diesel but also it will save the valuable foreign exchange reserves of the country; (c) if so, what corrective measure are being taken by the Government to bring forward the Oil Refinery Policy, which was reportedly finalized last year but the same is yet to be approved?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that several National Highway Authority (NHA) projects are either delayed or stalled resulting in not only cost escalation but also severe hardship to the public due to suspension of work is facing; (b) if so, what are the details and reasons for each; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to speed up the completion of these projects?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Gas loadshedding is being carried out in the country due to this problem, people face more difficulties and inconveniences; and (b) whether there is any plan under consideration of the Government to overcome gas shortage in the country alongwith any schedule control the loadshedding of the gas?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of a fact that even though Pakistan has long ratified international ILO conventions, the worst forms of child labour still persist in the country; (b) if so, the responsibility of the relevant institutions, the Federal and Provincial Governments in this regard and how are they fulfilling these responsibilities and this shows legislative gaps, weak policies and lack of implementation; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the government to address this gap, weak policies and implementation of policies to curb child labour in the country?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) details of those companies that are engaged in exploration and extraction of petroleum products in Sindh province, especially in the Hyderabad Region,whether they are not bound to contribute to the welfare of the region under the head of CSR in the light of their contracts; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government intends to include such a appropriate clause in their contracts to bind such companies to contribute towards the obligations under CSR; (c) if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division’s recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that facility of natural gas is not available to Al-Qasmia Colony, U.C, Kolachi, Mehar District Dadu despite the submission of application by the inhabitants of such colony the demand notices are not issued; (b) whether it is also a fact that in all the neighbouring colonies gas facility is available but aforesaid colony is deprived of such facility; and (c) the time by which facility of natural gas will be provided at Al-Qasmia Colony, Mehar?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sui gas department did not pay compensation to their employees who died during their performing services as one Mr.Zulfiqar Ali Dars, Mechanical Engineer of Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd Hyderabad (Ex9243) expired on 31-05-2022 while in service; (b) if so, the details of compensation all paid so far to the legal heir of the deceased; (c) what was purpose of payment, cheque No., date of issue and amount and the date of delivery of the cheque to the legal heir; (d) the reasons for delay in processing the cases of compensation and the person(s) responsible for causing delay with action proposed to be taken against him; (e) whether the Prime Minister’s package for those Government servants, who died in service is applicable to the SSGC employees, if not, reasons thereof; (f) the details of remaining compensation to be paid to the legal heir of deceased; and (g) the time by which the compensation is to be paid?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the employees presently terminated and then re-instated are not being paid areas of termination period by the GEPCO; (b) whether it is a fact that Muhammad Junaid, Assistant Lineman (ALM) deputed in GEPCO had been removed from the service and re-instated later on the directions by the Punjab Labour Appellate Tribunal, Lahore, alongwith the due amount paid to him of the duration of termination; (c) if so, why one Salman Rafiq Assistant Lineman (ALM), employee No.80007713, Sialkot Circle (Fort Sub-Division) deputed in GEPCO with same re-instatement case, has not been paid the amount of termination period so far?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the comprehensive details of employees recruited on daily wages or in any other mode in the National Highway Authority, Islamabad in August, 2012; (b) whether it is a fact that extension in their service period is not given after the passage of four spell (period of one year) despite their good performance report of aforesaid employees; (c) whether it is also a fact that the meeting of Sub-Committee of Cabinet on “Regularization of daily wages/ contract employees” was conducted in March, 2013, in which 54 employees were made permanent and minutes/recommendations were issued to make further 110 daily wages employees permanent; and (d) the steps already taken or being taken to restore the said 110 employees on their services as earliest in the light of aforesaid Committee of Cabinet and as per the directions of the National Assembly Special Committee on employees affected?
