Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the comprehensive details of employees recruited on daily wages or in any other mode in the National Highway Authority, Islamabad in August, 2012; (b) whether it is a fact that extension in their service period is not given after the passage of four spell (period of one year) despite their good performance report of aforesaid employees; (c) whether it is also a fact that the meeting of Sub-Committee of Cabinet on “Regularization of daily wages/ contract employees” was conducted in March, 2013, in which 54 employees were made permanent and minutes/recommendations were issued to make further 110 daily wages employees permanent; and (d) the steps already taken or being taken to restore the said 110 employees on their services as earliest in the light of aforesaid Committee of Cabinet and as per the directions of the National Assembly Special Committee on employees affected?
