Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether the Directorate of Hajj, Jeddah calls the specific individuals for their nomination for Hajj duty in any year; (b) if so, the details of the persons whose nomination were sought by the said Directorate for the year 2022 alongwith their department; (c) the justification and criteria for receiving their nominations and who is the authority to call them for such nominations; (d) the numbers of times, each of the mentioned persons had previously been selected for the same; (e) how many times, a person can be sent for Hajj duty according to approved policy of Federal Government; and how many time the persons have been nominated for same duty; (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to make the whole matter transparent?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) that the Government has taken notice of the fact that the persons nomnaved for Hajj duty repeatedly allegedly establishes their monopoly by holding the main Control Office in Makkah; (b) the details of each person, post, scale and department who was posted in the main control office for Hajj-2022, including the number of times each person was previously posted there; (c) if so, whether an independent and third-party audit has been conducted, especially with regard to the latest Hajj; if so, the details thereof; (d) details of the dues admissible to each person on duty and the amount paid to each in accordance with his duty including the date of arrival/departure in Saudi Arabia and whether deduction have made against any person in this regard; if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that textile industry has a significant share in national economy but a record decrease is seen in cotton production during the last ten years; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to resolve this issue expeditiously?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Government has any plan to digitalize automate hospitals for assessing the actual availability of treatment facilities based on the name of the patients, treating the physician, which drug has been prescribed, and how much quantity of medicines is provided to the patient by the hospital itself and recommended laboratory tests, performed at the hospital or other-wise alongwith follow-up medical treatment; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that patients have to face difficulties in the said hospitals for treatment and had to wait for months for laboratory tests and surgeries; (d) if so, whether it shows the poor management of administration in such hospitals; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to ensure state-of-the- art medical attendance and treatment in the aforesaid hospitals?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.72 replied on 12-10-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per the approved Hajj Policy of the Cabinet, welfare staff has been selected thrice to perform Hajj; (b) if so, who were the specific persons selected for such duty more than thrice time in violation of approved policy of cabinet for Hajj-2022; (c) whether it is also a fact that approved policy brought to the notice of the Minister and consequent brought in the knowledge of Cabinet before selecting above mentioned persons over and above; (d) the details of prescribed limit for such duty; (e) if not, whether it is not a misconduct on part of the officers of the Ministry; and (f) if so, what corrective measure are being taken by the Government to fix above said discrepancies and taken the action for above?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether any arrears of Hujjaj have been refunded to them after Hajj during this year; (b) if so, the details of arrears per-head amount refunded, so far?

Will the Minister for water Recourses be pleased to state the number of persons recruited on contract or regular basis in WAPDA, during the period from 2018 to 2021?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sugar mills have yet not started their crushing; if so, the reasons thereof alongwith the time by which crushing will be started; (b) details of the total sugar stock of each sugar mill at present; (c) whether it is a fact that the permission to export the sugar is possible keeping in view of above said stock; (d) if so, the reasons for not deciding the same; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to resolve this issue?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is a huge load of patients on the Out Patient Department (OPD) of the Federal Government Polyclinic, Islamabad; (b) if so, how many patients visit the OPD of the hospital daily indicating also their type of diseases; (c) how many doctors have been deputed for coping up with the OPD check up requirements; (d) details of the doctors indicating their names and respective departments and specializations; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to enhance the quality of services of the OPD of said hospital?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the details of the Audit Paras against the Ministry and its attached departments alongwith the action taken against the responsible functionaries for their negligence and incompetence during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state whether is there any effect on industrial activities after curbs on the opening of letters of credits (LCs) as many sectors were complaining about a shortage of raw materials and the parts required?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite being an agricultural country, the country’s agricultural exports are negligible, while countries many times smaller than Pakistan are fulfilling their domestic needs by increasing their agricultural production and enhancing their revenue by exporting agriculture produces; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to increase domestic revenue to meet the domestic needs and to bring agricultural reforms; (c) what further steps are being taken by the Government for exporting agriculture production to the global markets, except the Europe and Amercia?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) details of existing employees such as employee’s name, post, qualification, parent department and the department from which each employee was initially recruited, who later absorbed in the Ministry from another department; (b) the authority, which approved the absorption of each of the above employees; (c) the justification for absorbing each of the above into the Ministry; and (d) what is the status of such employees after the judgment of the Supreme Court which has not only stopped the appointment through absorption but also ordered to repatriate such employees to their parent department, if any one was absorbed in the Ministry previously?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of the Petrol Pumps and other properties rented out/leased by the Estate Office; and (b) dates of allotments/leases, monthly rent, lease period, procedure adopted for seeking rent/lease amount any increase made during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of incentives plus concessions which had to be given to different industries to boost the country’s economy since August, 2018; (b) whether such incentives and the concessions were given to each of above industries; (c) if so, the details thereof and what role did such industries play in the growth of the country’s economy in those years; (d) whether it is a fact that despite giving such incentives to industries, the state of the economy remained static; if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government for welfare of Railways labourers, so far and plans proposed for them in future?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the details of the institutions managed by the Ministry; (b) whether the Board of Directors of such institutions is responsible to the Ministry; (c) when did the last appointment of members of each of the above Boards made and criteria adopted for such appointments; (d) the details of experience of each of the above board members in the relevant field; (e) whether the above board or any of its member has continued to serve or function despite the expiry of their term; (f) the details of the perks and privileges given to each member of the above board; (g) if any discrepancy is found during the above appointments; and (h) time by which action is being taken by the Government for the above?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.73 replied on 14-11- 2022 and to state: (a) since the Federal Government could not come to a clear conclusion about subsidizing the farmers, as affected by the recent floods; (b) what corrective measures have been taken to find other options to subsidize them who have already completed the sowing of wheat of their own; (c) if so, has Federal Government released any amount to anyone in this regard; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what is the status of implementation of the Rs. 1800 billion agriculture package that has been recently announced by the Government?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite being an agricultural country, lacks availability of seeds of various crops which are considered as foods basket and if their seeds are available, their quality and productivity are too poor to enable proper crop cultivation and to keep productive costs to minimum; (b) whether the average yield of various crops is low in the country as compared to neighboring countries; (c) if so, whether it does not amount to failure of the relevant departments to develop climate-resilient seed varieties; (d) if so, the details thereof; and (e) what corrective measure are being taken to set a deadline for both the public and private sectors to produce enough seeds of various crops that are sufficient for the production thereof in the country, so that should be no need in future to import such seeds?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Government to promote banana cultivation in the country?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that publication of the Holy Quran with errors is prohibited and punishable under the law; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, whether it is a fact the copies of the Holy Quran with errors in translation are being printed in the country and uploaded on various websites on internet as well; if so, details thereof; (c) whether the Government has made any plan to block such websites; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what action is being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether work has been started on the project of laying down new double railway tracks from Peshawar to Karachi during the tenure of present Government till date; (b) if so, the amount allocated for aforesaid project; (c) the time by which it will be completed; (d) if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is apprehension of food shortage for three crore people of the country; (b) whether it is also a fact that 76000 children, affected in the flood areas, are also facing severe malnutrition problems due to food shortage; and (c) what measures are being taken by the Government to cope with shortage of food and same the children from malnutrition issues?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the platform of Railway Station, Shaddadpur was known as historic platform in past; (b) the construction of platform was in progress, whether it is a fact that project has been stopped and the contractor has allegedly run away due to non-payment, resulting in the distress of the people of the area; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) detail how much budget was reserved, released and used since project inception; (d) what corrective measures are being taken to complete the construction and renovation work as soon as possible; and (e) time by which work on the project will restart?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state the details of the steps being taken by the Government to improve the speed of trains and to fix the timings thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a proposal was sent to Government to build filter system-based hospitals in the suburbs of Islamabad, to reduce pressure of patients in Federally run or administered main hospitals; (b) if so, what is the latest status of aforesaid proposal; (c) if such proposal has been suspended, what immediate steps are being taken by the Government to activate the said proposal?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the details of total monthly income received from Lahore to Shorkot Section; and (b) whether the above track is not functional presently; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan has failed to convince companies of international repute to transfer their technologies to Pakistan instead of setting up their assembling plants in the country; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to convince such companies to transfer their technologies to the country so that coal/national industries can grow to the international level standards?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) details of the district-wise number of kinds of wheat being cultivated in the country alongwith the per acre yield thereof; (b) the steps being taken by the Government during the last three years to control the increase in the spread of disease of wheat know as "Kangh" (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, the Seeds being introduced by the Government in future to get the best wheat yield along with the mechanism to provide the said seeds to the farmers; and (d) what further steps are being taken by the Government for above?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether the area of the District Dadu and Jamshoro not saved from the flood due to non completion of Nai Gaj Dam; (b) if so, the time by which Nai Gaj Dam will be completed?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that monthly salaries have not been disbursed to nursing staff by the Government managed Covid Hospital, Isolation and Infectious Treatment Centre (IHITC), Chak Shahzad Hospital, Islamabad during last three months; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which salaries will be disbursed to said nurses?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of actions taking under rule 3 (5) Accommodation Allocation Rules, 2002 during last three years till date; (b) details the implementation of Government Accommodation vacated so far under the said rule alongwith House/Flat No. Street No. and Sector thereof?
