Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government has taken notice that due to the old computerized less manual system, various natures of cases of the Government employees are pending for which AGPR is responsible such cases are either delayed or misplaced and consequently their valuable service record is at risk of losing; if so, the details thereof; (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to upgrade the entire system of AGPR based on modern computerization technologies to computerize the entire record including elimination of service book culture of non-gazetted employees by setting up a module in which every employee can access their records in real time an automated system that shows when a case was submitted to AGPR, when and by whom it was dealt with; and (c) whether is there any justification for keeping service books of non-gazetted employees, keeping in view the paperless regime and modern technology of computerization?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the Government has taken any notice of the glaring difference in Conveyance Allowance of various grades of Federal Government Servants especially compared to the amount monetization given to Grades 20-22, with rest of the employees; if so, the details thereof; (b) why such a differential rate of allowance was fixed when the transport fare in any city of the country including the twin city of Islamabad-Rawalpindi, is not lower for lower grade employees; while the medical allowance is almost the same for all employees with a difference of a few hundred rupees; (c) is this not a violation of paragraph (e) of Article 38 of the Constitution which guarantees to reduce disparity in income and earnings of individuals including members in different classes of service of the Pakistan; and (d) if so, what corrective measure are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to provide the incentive to the tax payers particularly small companies on regular basis; (b) if so, the time by which it will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) when will the GP Fund of Federal Government employees be converted into an Islamic Fund; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reason thereof?

Will the Minister for Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the details of any kind of consultancy obtained for completion of privatization transaction of any entity which has not actually been completed for the last ten years; (b) the reasons for not completing such transactions; (c) the expenses incurred on each of the above consultations; (d) whether bids were received for such transaction; if so, the maximum bid price received in each case so far; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to initiate a well-thought-out privatization policy that actually serves the country better than being a burden?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that when an employee of the Federal Government is promoted or upgraded to the next higher scale from 1st June to 30th November, 2022, both days inclusive is entitled to get the annual increment that is granted on 1st December, 2022 other than his due fixation in next scale; (b) if such annual increment is granted to an employee; (c) whether it is granted on the basis of new scale of the employee or the scale which was prior to his promoting/upgradation; if not, reasons thereof; (d) if annual increment is granted, whether the Ministry has taken notice of the fact that several employee of different institutions are not granted annual increments, when they were promoted to higher scale during the aforesaid period; (e) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to direct all such institutions to do the needful?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of a fact that bakeries, restaurants, food chains and shops which prepared products were recently levied at 17 percent tax; they have made a habit of cheating to their customers and despite charging tax from them in their final bills, such bills either do not have a QR code and even if it does, it is not readable by the authorized software application of FBR; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether FBR has inspected their bills, receipts, record books to find out as to how many people visits such food outlets on daily basis and how many bills have been generated, on which GST has been collected; if so, the details thereof; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to prevent the illegal activities of such food outlets which cause loss to the national exchequer; (d) if any one found guilty of such illegal activity whether was held accountable; and (e) what further steps are being taken by the Government to launch public awareness among the public in this regard?
