Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the objectives of setting up model courts in the country and whether said courts have succeeded to fulfill assigned objectives; and (b) whether speedy and inexpensive justice is being provided to the public by the model courts?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government to lower the losses as circular debt of Pakistan, in current year is Rs.343 billion, Rs.113 billion are under the head of line losses and overall losses through kundas are Rs.230 billion which are increased as cent percent; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to end the burden on consumers under the head of capacity payment alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite increasing the electricity rates by more than 50% and putting additional burden on the consumers in trillions of rupees, the circular debt continues to increase by every passing day; (b) if so, how much its volume is increasing every month; (c) whether it is a testament to the poor management of the Government in power sector that has failed to control and reduce it, despite imposing an additional burden on consumers; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) what should have been the role of the institutions being responsible for dealing with issues related to circular debt; (e) whether these institutions have played their role in contesting the increasing trend of debt day by day; and (f) what corrective steps are being taken by the Government to permanently fix this issue?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of price of electricity for export industry in cent per Kilowatt; and (b) whether Government intends to decrease or increase said energy tariff?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that K-Electric has decided to make electricity more 11.34 rupees expensive; if so, the reason thereof; (b) if any decision has been taken place then upto how many electricity units consuming consumers on which it will be applied?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) what is the policy on billing the consumers in different DISCOs, whether any subsidy is being given to certain DISCOs and on what terms and conditions; and (b) time by which subsidy will be given in favour of public/consumers?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Minister including the Secretary of the Ministry and the Chairman, National Highways Authority visited any National Highways after assuming charge of the incumbent Government to assess dilapidated conditions of the National Highways at present; if so, the details thereof; (b) when did above persons pay their visit of separately each road alongwith findings of such visit; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.2 replied on 16-01-2023 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there no mandatory provision for contribution under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in petroleum concession agreements for private sector exploration and production companies engaged in exploration and production in Sindh; (b) the reasons for discrimination between the public and private sector companies in which a public sector company contributes under CSR while a private company does not do so; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to make it obligatory/mandatory for private sector companies to contribute CSR?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) the benchmark against which the cost of any project is estimated; (b) what percentage of the total estimated contract price of a project, a contractor can save or is authorized to save; (c) whether it is considered as legitimated by the contractor; (d) the Government has conducted any survey that any contractor has compromised the quality of work to maximize their savings during the last five years; if so, the details thereof; (e) what corrective and disciplinary measures or steps are being taken by the Government to prudently assess the cost of a project and ensure maximum utilization of funds reserved for it?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken any notice of the dilapidated condition of various parts of the G T Road from Rawalpindi to Lahore; (b) whether it is a fact that the repair work started at a few places in the recent past, is also found stalled due to unknown reasons, due to which the public is facing severe difficulties on said road; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether any official of the concerned department i.e NHA, or any other responsible department entrusted with the task of ensuring road quality, including Federal Ministers, visited this road in recent days; (e) if so, the findings of each of the above mentioned visits; (f) how these findings were implemented to repair the road; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to repair the road by using latest technologies so that longevity and sustainability be ensured?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that widening work of N-125 from Heavy Industries Taxila to University of Engineering and Technology has not been started; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the said work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that several employees of electricity distribution companies have been working in such companies for years are not being regularized despite having many years of service to their credit; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the details of such employees working in; (c) whether it is also a fact that some contractual employees working in few companies have been regularized in recent years while hundreds of workers are still waiting for regularization; (d) if so, whether it is not discrimination amongst workers; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to get regularize the services of the above contractual employees working in electricity distribution companies?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.2 replied on 16-01-2023 and to state: (a) how it will be ensured that if Gas companies have been failed to meet the Unaccounted for Gas (UFG) target/benchmark set by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the losses thereof is not passed on to the customer; (b) if such losses are borne by the licensee itself, where an amount of such damages stands and who ultimately bears the brunt of such losses; (c) if the licensees fail to bring the UFG within the benchmark level as approved by OGRA, are they subject to any penalty in law; and (d) what corrective measures were taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in recent months, especially in Sindh and Balochistan, the rates of taxes on the bills of Rice mills were allegedly increased multifold; (b) if so, the justification thereof and particulars of such taxes, including the rate of each tax previously levied and the rate of the same at present; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rationalize the rate of taxes expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division’s recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sui gas department did not pay compensation to their employees who died during their performing services as one Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Dars, Mechanical Engineer of Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd Hyderabad (Ex9243) expired on 31-05-2022 while in service; (b) if so, the details of compensation all paid so far to the legal heir of the deceased; (c) what was purpose of payment, Cheque No., date of issue and amount and the date of delivery of the cheque to the legal heir; (d) the reasons for delay in processing the cases of compensation and the person(s) responsible for causing delay with action proposed to be taken against him; (e) whether the Prime Minister’s package for those Government servants, who died in service is applicable to the SSGC employees, if not, reasons thereof; (f) the details of remaining compensation to be paid to the legal heir of deceased; and (g) the time by which the compensation is to be paid?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of National Police Foundation O-9, Islamabad, have been facing zero pressure of natural gas during winter and the authorities concerned have failed to do the necessary work despite several complaints being filed; (b) if so, the reasons thereof and the reasons for the failure of the concerned department of SNGPL to maintain the prudent level of gas pressure in said area; and (c) what remedial measures are being taken to maintain a prudent level of gas pressure in the said area?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that it is the responsibility of the IESCO to shift all the dangerous electric HT poles which comes in the middle of the streets of Chakri Wakilan, Gujjar Khan; (b) whether it is also a fact that Mr. Yasir Zia Village, Chakri Wakilan had submitted two different applications to the SDO, Gulyana and Xen Gujjar Khan for the shifting of dangerous electric HT pole from his street but nothing have been done so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons of delay thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the IESCO to shift dangerous electric HT pole from the street of Chakri Wakilan, Gujjar Khan?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state the details of the facilitation centres at Motorway-I and others alongwith the functions of such centers during the last two years?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) details of the petitions filed for implementation of the judgments/orders of Federal Services Tribunal (FST) since 2015, till now alongwith names of the petitioners and departments; (b) details of the cases wherein judgments have been implemented and also the details of pending cases during the said period; (c) details of the powers of the FST for implementation by concerned organization; and (d) action taken against the responsible functionaries for nonimplementation of judgments during the said period?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in Village Meerak, Sub-Division Ranipur, Tehsil Sobhodero, District Khairpur Mirs, the electricity polls fell due to last year flood and rain, have not been reinstalled till date; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that despite identifying several times about the said issue by the local people and concerned representatives, the issue has not been yet resolved; (c) the action taken by the Government against the concerned staff who is responsible for neglecting the complaints of public representatives; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to solve the above said issue immediately?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.19 replied on 24-11-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that 11 KV electricity concrete poles of village Ahmed Qaim Khani, District Sanghar broke during 1st week of February, 2023 have not been replaced so far; if so, the reason thereof; (b) if yes, details of the replaced concrete poles and wires; (c) total number of connections provided in village Patoyun, District Sanghar with every connection alongwith names; and (d) total number of connections provided in above said 11 KV line and details of total dues pending of village Daim Ali?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of speed-cameras were installed with solar panels on the Motorway (b) whether it is also a fact that number of such cameras have either been misplaced or become dysfunctional; if so, reasons thereof alongwith action taken by the department to hold the concerned accountable; and (c) the time by which such cameras will be made functional?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the main line of electricity passes over the houses in Tatral Gali of Village Dolmial, Tehsil Choa Syden Shah, District Chakwal; (b) whether it is also a fact that a survey was conducted for shifting the said line; (c) if so, the present situation of implementation after the said survey; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which the main line of electricity will be shifted from the said houses?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric poles broke long ago and the people of the area have been facing low voltage problem in village Bachal Chandio Marjher, Tehsil and District Badin; (b) whether it is also a fact that a number of complaints were lodged by the said area residents but no action has been taken so far; and (c) the time by which said poles will be replaced with new ones?
