Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that PTV has failed to telecast live the Federation International Football Association World Cup 2022, matches played in Qatar; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether PTV tried to acquire the rights to telecast the said World Cup; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether PTV has estimated the potential loss of revenue that PTV has to bear due to failure to acquire such telecasting rights; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (f) if there has been any negligence on the part of PTV; and (g) what measures are being taken to hold accountable, the officers/officials involved in such negligence?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that power production, from coal has been causing air pollution issues in the country; (b) if so, what protective measures are being taken by the Government, in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state what efforts are being taken by the Government to establish branch of the National Library, Islamabad for the people in Sehwan, District Jamshoro?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.93 replied on 17-11-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that deserving people are 8583 in district Chitral while there are 13704 deserving people in lower Chitral, out of which 7076 deserving people have been registered in Upper Chitral and 12669 deserving people registered in lower Chitral respectively; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the reasons for not registering the remaining people in Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) of the said areas?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the passengers booked seat in flight PK-706, originally supposed to operate between Istanbul and Islamabad, but later the flight, operated under the arrangements of code sharing between PIA and Turkish Airlines as TK-1948 on 15-02-2023, was diverted to Lahore and as a result passengers faced severe difficulties in reaching their destinations; (b) if so, the reasons for such diversion; (c) How many people traveled in the said flight in total and how many people were booked for Islamabad and how many of them were transferred to Islamabad after landing in Lahore; (d) details of the financial burden, borne by PIA upon such diversion; and who authorized such diversion; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government so that such action is not repeated in the future?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons of district Chitral who benefited from the amount paid by Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) during the recent havocs of flood; (b) the CNIC numbers, address of each beneficiary and the amount paid to them separately; and (c) the basis on which these payments were made alongwith the average number of persons who have been affected from flood so far?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether a University, actually chartered by the Provincial Government, can open its campus in any city of any other province or Federal capital; if so the details thereof; (b) if not, whether the government has taken notice of the fact that several universities, chartered by the provincial governments, have opened their campuses in other provinces and the Federal Capital, which amount to illegal practice; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what is the responsibility of the Federal Government and Higher Education Commission (HEC) if any University in any city of the country runs an illegal campus outside its jurisdiction; and (d) what corrective measures should be taken to make it accountable?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is included in those dangerous countries of the World which are climatically very bad; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state the details of appointments in MP-I, MP-II, CEs of different corporations etc. during the last 5 years with their perks and privileges?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the steps being taken to promote technical education in Karachi and throughout the country?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by Government to reduce the pollution in rivers and sea water till date alongwith the locations thereof; and (b) what results occurred from said steps already taken?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the total Government vehicles available in the Ministry, Division including the departments functioning under its administrative control by any arrangements; (b) details of the use of each vehicle at present along with full details of officers to whom each vehicle is allocated; (c) the total monthly fuel and other expenses of the vehicle fleet of each of the above departments; (d) whether the use of such vehicles has been assessed following the austerity measures announced by the Prime Minister; (e) if so, the details thereof and details of estimated savings expected in coming months; and (f) what further corrective measures are being taken by the Government to avoid misuse of vehicles and ensure savings in public interest?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the total number of vehicles purchased and the total amount incurred to purchase said vehicles by Cabinet during the present Government uptill now; and (b) the name of authority who approved the aforesaid purchase of said vehicles?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) the annual percentage of air pollution caused by the usage of cigarettes in the country; and (b) the city-wise steps taken by the present Government to mitigate the air pollution caused by the usage of cigarettes?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the details of the cases of unfair means and plagiarism in the Colleges and Universities in Islamabad during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to refer to the Un-Starred Question No.31 replied on 01-12-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has not yet issued the official notifications/orders of promotions of such employees mentioned in the above questions in light of the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) held in this regard; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether such delay is tantamount to depriving the concerned employees of their legitimate right to promotion; (c) who is responsible for such delay; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide promotional benefits to such employees from the due date?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state that (a) whether it is a fact that Benazir income Support Programme (BISP) is purely working for the help of the needy and poor people of the society and till dale is fully functional: (b) whether it is also a fact that the people, already registered in BISP, are deprived of the monthly amount since long time in particular CNIC Nos. 37401-1477099-4, 37401-5710656-0, 37401-4640689-0, 37401-17I3617-1, 37401 -8597561-4, 61101- 1943896-3, 37401-3836387-1, 37401 -6005084-0, 37401-5848086-8, 37401-1701240-2, 61101-9488645-4, 37401-0754941-2 and 37401-7772023-6 (c) If the answer to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons of non-payment and from which date their payment is due (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to pay the outstanding amount to all deserving persons as mentioned in part (b)?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to refer to the Question No.26 replied on 21-10-2022 and (a) the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal has issued cheque No.60591855 worth Rs.60,000/- in the name of Alamgir Khan on 25th August, 2022 whereas the said cheque has been factually issued to Nur-ul-Ameen and no relief cheque has been issued to Alamgil Khan ; and (b) the time by which the relief cheque would he issued to Alangir Khan?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be please to state: (a) the details of the degrees submitted for verification in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Islamabad; (b) per degree verification fee and total fee received; and (c) ) the total strength of the verification officers/officials; and the pay and allowances they have drawn during last three years?

Will the Minister ln-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state (a) tine by which office of the Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) will be re-opened in Hyderabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that there is a poor network coverage in Hyderabad at present; and (c) measures taken by the Government for improvement during the last one year?
