Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state the expenditure incurred on the recent Bye- Election of National and Provincial Assemblies in 2022?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) complete details of appointments made in the Election Commission of Pakistan since July 2020 with province-wise breakup along-with copies of domiciles of appointees; (b) complete details of contract employees of ECP in the same period with province wise breakup and terms & conditions of contract and salary, perks and privileges granted to such contract employees; and (c) details of retired employees of ECP who have been appointed on contract in ECP and their perks and privileges?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the qualification, experience and age limit for the appointment of the Chairman and Members of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST); (b) the perks, privileges and other benefits being drawn by the Chairman and Members of the Tribunal; (c) the budget allocated and utilized by the Tribunal during the last three years with year wise break up; (d) the total number of cases pending in the Tribunal, disposal rate, causes for delay and steps being taken for expeditious disposal of the cases; and (e) whether it is fact that majority of the Members serving in the Tribunal have no legal background, if so, the details and the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) the rates at which the Government imports LPG and the percentage of taxes and duties levied on it before providing to consumers; (b) whether it is a fact that the prices of LPG were increased first in January, 2023 and subsequently in February, 2023, if so, reasons thereof; and (c) the reasons of substantial increase in natural gas prices w.e.f. 1st January, 2023 for domestic consumers (both protected and un-protected)?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that on 29th July, 2022 an incident was occurred in Sui area of Dera Bugti Balochistan in which the SSGCL Pipeline was blown up, if so, the details indicating the number of people died and the amount lost therein; and (b) whether any inquiry has been conducted to determine whether the incident was a terrorist incident or a technical fault, if so, details thereof?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that WAPDA was restructured in 1991-92, if so, the rational behind the restructuring; and (b) whether it is also a fact that after restructuring, only Hydel generation had remained with WAPDA, while its other functions were transfered if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Energy, (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state the details of the petrol pumps of PSO given on rent/lease or Joint Venture with private parties in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, indicating terms and conditions and income/profit received during the last 3 years therefrom?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state the details of: (a) the outstanding dues of IESCO, over Rs. 1 lakh, against the domestic, commercial and industrial consumers for more, indicating CN1C numbers of the subscribers, with period of consumption; and (b) line losses of units and action taken against the responsible functionaries on negligence, involvement or ineffectiveness during the last 3 years?
