Will the Minister In-charge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in recent years a programme was launched in the name of Kamyab Jawan Programme; (b) if so, the criteria on which the programme was based; (c) whether such criteria have been evaluated to assess programme success; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) whether its frame work included a one-on-one or group job counseling programme for youth; (f) the details of the years-wise budget reserved, released and utilized for the programme since its inception; and (g) whether it was a successful programme or otherwise?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) in the light of the critical state of the economy, the estimated savings by each Ministry/Division up till now, or savings expected of the concerned Ministry/Division at the end of the financial year under austerity measures of the incumbent Government; (b) the benchmark on which such savings are based; (c) actual amount granted to each Division for 2022-23 alongwith details of any supplementary grants, if any, made to each Division; (d) whether the amount of saving was from its original allocation or saved from the supplementary grant; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to completely eliminate un-necessary expenses of each Division?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) what are the reasons for the continuous deterioration of the country’s economy that has brought us to the verge of default; (b) whether it is a fact that despite the claims of economic reforms by previous Governments, including the current one and joining dozens of International Monetary Fund (IMF) programme; (c) reasons for not fixing issues to resolve the same; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address issues related to economy so that the ongoing IMF programme, should be last programme for the country?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact the Government has decided to open letters of credits (LCs) for luxury vehicles; if so, the details thereof indicating also the total number of vehicles, models and prices; (b) whether it is also a fact that during the time of financial crunch and low level of foreign reserves, this step can aggravate the already depleted position of the reserves; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to instantly stop the import of the luxury vehicles?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the details of the total amount reserved, released and utilized for Ex-FATA during June, 2018 to December, 2021 under the head of development; and (b) the present status of each head against which such funds were released?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) details by the Government to remove the obstacles, hindering the flourishing of the country’s economy dependent on largely foreign loans, especially when the country is indebted with unprecedented debt and their volume is not only increasing but also have put pressure to return them is increasing with each passing day; (b) whether the government has anticipated these obstacle; if so, the details thereof; (c) what measure are being taken by the government to deal with such obstacles; and (d) what are the reasons that despite the lofty claims of every government, the country’s economy is the at last number among the countries in the region?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken the notice of the fact that some Government institutions which are either registered with Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or the autonomous bodies do not pay minimum salary, as announced by the Government; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any such institution have got any exemption for not implementing government policies including payment of minimum wages to its employees; if so, the details thereof; (c) if this exemption is not available for any such institution; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to make these institutions obligatory liable to pay minimum wages to their employees at an earliest?

(Deferred during 50th Session) Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total quantity and cost of value of the wheat imported during the tenure of present Government till now; and (b) the names of the countries from where the above said wheat has been imported?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the project of widening and rehabilitation of existing N-35 in Abbottabad city is included in the Federal PSDP of the current financial year; (b) if so, the details thereof, indicating also the funds releases made so far; (c) whether it is also a fact that the said project was included in the PSDP of some previous years; (d) if so, the detail of the same alongwith year-wise break-up; (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to remove hurdles in the way of the said project; and (f) the time by which the project will actually be initiated?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) what should have been the role of regulatory bodies, which are either under the control of the Ministry or linked to it such as State Bank of Pakistan, FBR, SECP etc. to ensure the prosperity of the country’s economy; and (b) whether aforesaid institutions have played their role in the context of the worsening economic situation of the country, since the inception of the incumbent government?

Will the Minister for Commerce be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total number and kind of animals imported and exported during the last three years alongwith kind-wise value thereof; and (b) details of the countries from which the animals were imported and exportd during the said period?

Will the Minister for Planning Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state the details/fluctuations in the prices of essential commodities during the last three months?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) the total Government vehicles available to each Ministry/ Division including the departments comes under its administrative control by any arrangements; (b) details the use of each vehicle at present alongwith full details of officers to whom each vehicle is assigned; (c) detail the total monthly fuel and other expenses of the vehicle fleet of each of the above departments; (d) whether the use of such vehicles has been assessed by following the austerity measures announced by the Prime Minister; (e) if so, the details thereof and the details of estimated savings is expected in coming months; and (f) what further corrective measures are being taken by the Government to correct further misuse of vehicles and ensure savings?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state the details of the action taken against firms/companies by Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP) on conviction by SECP Bench, on account of violation of respective code of conduct/ethics, since 2010?
