Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether CDA, being a line authority to take care of Government buildings in Islamabad has taken notice that several partially constructed infrastructures have been decaying, which were either originally planned to construct for those Ministries/departments that have been devolved to provinces after the 18th Constitutional Amendment or merged into another Federal Government Ministries/department; (b) if so, the details of such infrastructures alongwith cost incurred upon each; (c) is there any plan of the Government to takeover such partially constructed infrastructures and make them beneficial for the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether CDA is planning to widen or make it double the old road completed from Dhokri Chowk to Murree, Islamabad; (b) if so, the details of length, width and breadth of said road; and (c) time by which said road will be widen?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of the crime rate in the Islamabad during the year of 2021 and 2022; (b) total cases of the incidents of sexual abuse of male and female children in ICT during said period; and (c) whether it is a fact that during the aforesaid highest rate of crimes observed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer the Starred Question No.128 replied on 17-10-2022 and state: (a) whether such six amusement parks are sufficient for the public of Islamabad; (b) whether the new parks have been developed during the last ten years; (c) whether there is any plan to develop more parks in Islamabad; (d) if so, time by which such parks will be developed?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that roads, footpaths and other pathways in the capital are being dug out on regular basis either by the public or private sector entities in the name of installing/laying various cables and pipes etc., which destroys the entire infrastructure and later its poor repair leads to more damage to it as well as mental torture to the people at large; (b) if so, why are the managers of capital city unable to come up with a well-thought-out plan/design in line with international standards to do such things; and (c) what remedial measures are being taken to design thoughtfully as per international standards to accommodate any such installations/modifications in the capital in future?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that traffic jams have become normal on the roads of Islamabad; (b) if so, has any review been carried out in recent times not only to identify high traffic congestion areas but also to take remedial measures to ensure smooth flow of traffic in Islamabad; (c) if so, what are the details and which areas are most prone to traffic jams; (d) whether or not the corrective action has been recommended in any evaluation; if so, whether has been implemented so far; (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard and why such measures are not proving beneficial and with each passing day the traffic problem is aggravating in Islamabad; and (f) the time by which measures will be taken to reduce this traffic problem?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA), being custodian of the Parliament House, retrieved various structures, equipment, furniture, etc. during the renovation of the building during the last three years, alongwith quantity and specification of each item; (b) the item-wise details, auctioned later, if any alongwith details and price, at which each of item was auctioned; (c) whether anything has been kept with CDA yet; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the items that were placed/installed afresh during the process of renovation and the costs involved in each item?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA) had deliberately halted to give possession of land in SubSector E-12/1, Islamabad to the contractor since August, 2022 in league with illegal Qabzeen of Sub-Sector E-12/1, Islamabad; (b) when will CDA give possession of land of Sub-Sector E-12/1, Islamabad, to the contractor; and (c) why CDA has failed to take possession of Sub-Sector E-12/1, Islamabad, despite the fact that CDA had paid compensation to all affectees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total number of water filtration plants installed in Islamabad; and (b) the numbers of functional and disfunctional plants at this time, separately detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of the locations where Rest Houses of Capital Development Authority (CDA) are established in Islamabad including Simly Dam; (b) the number of rooms available in each said Rest House; (c) the person who may stay therein alongwith the rate thereof; and (d) the month-wise income earned by CDA under the said Rest Houses head during the last four years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether any staff was posted for the cleanliness and sewerage by Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Sector I-16, Islamabad; (b) if so, the total strength and details of the said staff; (c) whether the said sector was handed over to CDA; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) whether it is also a fact that roads of sector I-16 and I-14, Islamabad are in dilapidated condition; (e) if so, the steps being taken by the CDA to improve the roads condition of said sectors?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that people hold illegal/without license weapons in the country at present; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of a fact that private security companies, authorized by the concerned department of the Ministry, force their security guards to perform more than 15 hours of duty and pay low wages than fixed by the Government; (b) steps being taken to resolve their matters ancillary to make beneficiaries of EOBI; if so, the details thereof; if not the reasons thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rectify the above said matters as soon as possible?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.140 replied on 21-11-2022 and to state: (a) details of the process of sending Pakistani workforce/ manpower to the other countries mentioned in part (d) of the previous answer; (b) whether communication has been made by all means for above with each country so far; if so, details thereof; (c) the time by which such process will be finalized; and (d) whether Pakistan will be able to send workforce to the above referred countries?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has not taken any step to enhance the storage capacity of Rawal Dam, since its construction; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which its capacity will be increased keeping in view the fact that the said dam also supplies water to Islamabad, as well?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of current land owned by of each housing society in Islamabad, at present; and (b) the number of persons to whom pledges/contracts regarding providing them plots have been made by each of the above said society?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the country-wise details of migrant workers who died abroad during the last five years; (b) whether the relevant authorities have obtained a record of the nature of death of each of the above; if so, the details thereof (c) whether the Government has provided any kind of assistance to such migrant workers who died abroad; (d) if so, the details thereof alongwith the nature of the assistance; (e) has any data, in this regard, been compiled; if so, the details thereof; (f) the Government taken notice of the health risks faced by migrant workers abroad, especially low wages workers; if so, the details thereof; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the comprehensive details of actions taken against the illegal housing societies by CDA in Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that mostly illegal housing societies have made their offices out of the jurisdiction of Federal Capital in order to save themselves from Government action; (c) if so, the comprehensive details made by CDA by making joint action plan with Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA); (d) whether it is also a fact that sale and purchase of open files for plots is continued by the owners of housing societies and property mafias due to which monthly millions of rupees losses are being faced by the Government under the head of tax collection; (e) the land has become also out of the purchasing power of a person; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to bound the sale and purchase of close files, by eliminating the open file system in the societies?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a scam has recently been revealed in the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in which billions have been spent on development works through quotations; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that process not only violates all the rules and regulations to do any work through quotations instead of open bidding, but also compromises the quality of a work as well; (c) whether it is also a fact that tantamount to give undue advantage to certain companies and individuals; (d) whether any investigation has been conducted on above; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to ensure transparency in CDA and to hold the responsible accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the total number of small/big dams in Islamabad at present alongwith water storage capacity thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Coast Guard has recently advertised several vacancies and only one province has been given quota in it while the rest of the provinces have been ignored; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether there provincial quota is observed while filling such posts; if so, the details thereof (c) whether it is also a fact that residents of coastal areas are given special preference; (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard to given special preference to the residents of coastal areas?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of the foreign countries where National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) staff is posted in Pakistan Embassies; and (b) the date of posting of each said officer/official of NADRA in these Embassies?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that forests, like Miyawaki forest, is planted in Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad; (b) the said forests have been developed at other places in Islamabad; (c) if so, the locations and cost incurred thereof; and (d) when will such forests be planted at other places of Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that first women bazaar has been established in Sector G-10, Islamabad, but has not been made operational for the last two years; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons for not making it yet operational; (c) the time by which it will be made operational; (d) details of the total cost incurred for establishment of this bazaar, number of shops available there; and (e) details of the rent decided for each shop and allotment criteria thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice that the D-Chowk, NADRA and Serena Hotel and road at the rear of Serena Hotel from Radio Pakistan, are usually blocked due to illogical diversions of traffic at Serena Chowk and other places, create hardships for commuters Heavy traffic load, at these points, creates security hazard, besides, traffic congestion causing vehicles to consume more fuel, which automatically burdens the people and the Government; (b) if so, the details of illogical closures; (c) whether the concerned authorities have conducted any study in this regard; (d) the authority authorizing such closures; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to ensure smooth flow of traffic while meeting all security requirements?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state the details of the smuggling prevented at the airports and abroad, cases filed in the courts, convicted and pending during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a property at Agha Khan Road, F-6, Islamabad, which was earlier used by the National Book Foundation (NBF), was allegedly given to a cafe-cumrestaurant without complying with desired legal requirements such as bidding and other processes; (b) if so, why the statuary requirements were waived of and which authority granted all such waivers; (c) whether that authority was empowered to do so; (d) what action has been taken or being taken to address discrepancies encountered during the process; and (e) whether the process was completed correctly; if so, the details thereof alongwith value upon which it was given?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Question No.95 replied on 04-03-2021 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the baseless a youth was murdered in Karachi for illegally transporting him abroad and no legal action has been taken in this regard; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) why the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has not taken action with regard to the above said complaint of human trafficking; (c) whether it is not tantamount to the failure of FIA; and (d) the time by which the accused will be given rigorous punishment to implement the law and avoid such incidents in future?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the name of the Police Station under whose jurisdiction Bahria Enclave falls; (b) the number of complaints received regarding basement of the ten marla houses which are being used for vulgarity centres in Sector “J” of the said society; (c) the action taken on said complaints alongwith the number of accused persons arrested so far; (d) the time by which action will be taken; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to stop the above said violation thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there is no facility of Petrol Pump and car wash in Behria Enclave, Islamabad: (b) whether it is also a fact that society administration is not auctioning the land allocated for petrol pump in society due to which residents of society facing severe difficulties; (c) if so, the time by which petrol pump will be setup after auctioning alongwith the detail thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there has been huge water wastage of Rawal Dam by opening spillways during rains/flood every year; and (b) the reasons for not taking any step by the CDA to enhance the capacity of water storage of Rawal Dam, since many years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether any survey has been carried out by the Capital Development Authority, Islamabad to ascertain development made in the Zone-V, Islamabad named OPF Valley housing scheme; (b) if so, details as percentage of basic amenities i.e roads/streets, leveling of plots, parks, mosques, grid station, sewerage lines/treatment plant, electricity, water etc. made available so far in said scheme?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the houses/streets particularly H. No.1479, St. No.59 Sector I-11/2, Islamabad, are not in surface levels, as the other streets are above the levels of surface mentioned streets, besides chamber available for disposal of waste water in front of said house has made bad smell as compare to dimensioned of chambers; (b) whether it is also a fact that the water of rain remains blocked in above street, and also remains so for months; (c) the time by which land of the above streets will be filled with solid material alongwith carpet at par surface/levels of other streets; and (d) what protective measures are being taken by the Government to save buildings/houses from damages/loss of such street/houses?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of the fact that fake, illegal, unapproved housing societies have set up offices in the limits of Rawalpindi Division, and Islamabad, especially in the Blue Area; if so, the separate details of each of the above offices; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government (Rawalpindi Development Authority) against the above said illegal housing societies, having their offices in Islamabad, in the best interest of the general public?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of plots of 80x40 size under the possession of Aiwan-e-Saddar National Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad; (b) the time by which their allotment will be made and on which criteria, it will be done; (c) total number of plots, number of members who have deposited full dues by date, their mobile numbers and other details; (d) the total land which is under the possession of the society; and (e) when and by what rate it was purchased alongwith the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the streets in Sector I-14, Islamabad, especially in its sub-sectors I and II, are in dilapidated condition and the incidents of theft are increasing as street lights have not been installed there; (b) whether it is also a fact that an application, Diary No.1616 dated 18-08-2022, was given to CDA Admin, Section Environment (West) by the residents of I-14/1, Islamabad, for setting up ladies gym and fitness club therein; (c) the steps being taken by the Government for the construction and installation of streets lights, provision of water supply, public transport, setting up ladies gym and fitness club in the above said sector; (d) if so, the time by which aforesaid will be implemented?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) looks after all the street lights of the area under its jurisdiction; (b) whether it is also a fact that main Ghousia Chowk, Tahli Mohri, is under the jurisdiction of the CCB in which the low quality watts lights have been installed reducing visibility in the main chowk resulting into increasing crimes rate day by day; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, explain the reason thereof; and (d) when will the CCB replace the low watt lights with high watts lights for better visibility in the said areas?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of the of Capital Development Authority plots alongwith names of the purchasers, CNIC number, price auctioned during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of the strength of officers/officials of Capital Development Authority inquiry offices F-6/1, 3, 4 and G-6, Islamabad; (b) number of complaints received during the last six months with house/flat number and street; (c) number of complaints redressed; (d) total funds allocated during the current financial year; (e) total funds utilized on the houses repaired etc.; (f) details of the houses incurring repair/maintenance lost more than fifty thousand rupees during the current financial year; and (g) what steps are being taken by the Government for arrangements of funds for the pending cases?
