Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the files of many houses located in the I-10 sector, specially those located in street No. 99, I-10/4, are missing for many years, if so, the details consisting of the house Nos., names of the owners as well as the time since those files are missing; (b) the number of applications/complaints received for recovery of those missing files indicating also the names of the complainants and dates of the applications; and (c) the disciplinary action taken against those who are responsible behind the disappearance of those files indicating also the date by which those files be recovered?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that the employees of the Social Security Institution Islamabad have been on contract since its establishment in 2013, if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that these employees are not being paid perks like other Federal Government employees, if so, reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which the said employees will be regularized?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the qualification, experience and age limit for the appointment of the Chief Information Commissioner and Commissioners of the Pakistan Information Commission (PIC); (b) the perks, privileges and other benefits being drawn by the Chief Information Commissioner and Commissioners of the Commission; (c) the budget allocated and utilized by the Commission during the last three years with year wise break up; (d) the total number of cases pending in the Commission, disposal rate, causes for delay and steps being taken for expeditious disposal of the cases; and (e) whether it is fact that majority of the appeals pending in the Commission are lodged by habitual litigants, if so, the details and the steps being taken to discourage this trend?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the measures / steps taken by the ICT police to minimize the increasing incidents of theft, mobile snatching and street crimes?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state whether it is a fact that PEMRA had directed the Media through its notification not to report the F-9 Rape Case of an innocent girl on gun point, if so, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state the details of the allotments of plots in different DHA schemes to civilian employees of grade 19 and above of the Ministry since 2010?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of the NOC granted to the Shelter and Shelter Housing scheme, indicating details of the land and moza submitted for NOC?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that action is being taken against the illegal construction on the state/CDA land in Lakhwal Banni Gala, Islamabad, if so, the details of action taken during the last 3 years; and (b) the details of anti-encroachment officials of CDA deputed in the said area?
