Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that appointments have been made in the each department of the Ministry since 2018; (b) the details, viz, name of each person with his details such as parentage, education, place of domicile, nature of appointment and whether the post to which each has been appointed was advertised or not, including other statutory requirements for appointment have been fulfilled since 2018 in each department under the Ministry; (c) whether the statutory requirements for appointments have been completed; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) if any discrepancy is found, what action is being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the basic degree and training which is compulsory for opening the Hijama Centers along with the name of the institute which deals with the licensing issues of Hijama Center; (b) the number of Hijama centers established in Islamabad; (c) the number of degree holder owners of the said centers; (d) the details of action taken against the illegal centers; (e) whether it is a fact that despite teaching all related subjects to D-Pharmacy holders, they are not allowed to open any Hijama Center; (f) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state whether anti Covid-19 vaccine is being prepared in the country alongwith the names of the companies which prepare the same?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the locations where Federal Hospitals exists, wherein the facility of Liver Transplantation is available in the country; if not, reasons thereof; and (b) whether the Government intends to set up such hospitals; if so, the time by which hospitals will be established?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) the total Government vehicles available in the Ministry, Division including the departments functioning under its administrative control by any arrangements; (b) details of the use of each vehicle at present along with full details of officers to whom each vehicle has been allocated; (c) details of the monthly fuel and other expenses of the vehicle fleet of each of the above departments; (d) whether the use of such vehicles has been assessed following the austerity measures announced by the Prime Minister; (e) if so, the details thereof; and estimated savings expected in coming months; and (f) what further corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rectify further misuse of vehicles, and ensure savings in future?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to non-availability of any Utility Stores in Warijun Hoz, Tirich Lower and Upper Parwak Mastuch, Baram Aveer, Kosht Lower and Upper, Zizdi, Raeen, Choinch, Avi, Lon Gakheer, Muzgol, Sorlaspur, Marap, Madak, Apara Baig areas of Upper Chitral, residents are facing severe difficulties; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government to open Utility Store in the above said areas?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether an official residence can be allotted to an employee working in any department of Federal Government on deputation basis or on any other arrangements other than regular appointments from provincial departments or from such other Government departments, which are not entitled to get Government Accommodation; (b) if so, the relevant provision of rules alongwith names, designations, Ministry/Division/department etc., where such an employee has been working at present on the arrangements other than regular appointments including parent Ministry/Division/department of each, whom Government Accommodation has been allotted at present; (c) how the aforesaid deputationists etc. adjusted or included in General Waiting List (GWL); (d) whether it is not injustice with the regular employees of the Federal Government; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state the names of Government Hospitals in Islamabad, in which medicines, injections and wards for treatment/rehabilitation of stroke/paralysis patients are available on the pattern of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawalpindi?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the number of Joint Estate Officers (JEO) (BPS-17) recruited in Estate Office during the last ten years alongwith the number of such officers JEOs who belong to Sindh Urban; (b) whether project employees of National Housing Authority, Foundation (NHAF) have been inducted in Estate Office; if so, the basis of their induction; (c) whether NOC from Federal Public Service Commission was obtained alongwith the quota against which said induction has been made; (d) the details of the letter written by the Estate Office to the Ministry of Housing and Works on 30-04-2014 as well as the details of the objections raised by the Auditor General of Pakistan in para number 41 during the year 2019-20; (e) the procedure of calculation of quota of vacancies against which illegal appointments have been made in Estate Office; and (f) the number of officers who have been granted promotion twice alongwith the details of inquiries being conducted in connection with illegal appointments?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.69 replied on 14-11-2022 and to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a main reason for recent floods in the country; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to store the water of rains/floods to save the lives and properties of the people in the country during the last twenty years?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of the video got viral on social media regarding the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad in which women accused the hospital staff and guards of committing violence, humiliation and battering; (b) when the concerned officer was contacted by the complainant, the women were again humiliated by the officer and staff present there; (c) if so, the details of the persons involved in this incident; and (d) the action taken by the Ministry for initiating impartial investigation of the incident as well as the disciplinary action taken against the staff involved in it?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state; (a) the details like name, designation alongwith grade, department and date of allotment of officers living in the Federal Hostels (Federal Lodge I & II, Fatima Jinnah Hostel, Gulshan-eJinnah Flats, Federal Chummry Hostel etc.); (b) whether it is a fact that the “Allotment of Semi-Permanent Accommodation in Federal Government Hostels Rules 2019” has been challenged before the Honorable Islamabad High Court by the allottees; (c) despite the fact that the case is subjudice the Ministry has cancelled some allotments in the above said hostels under hostel rules of 2019; and (d) the details of cancellation of allotments?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the patients waiting for test of Angiography, Endoscopy, Kidneys, CT Scan etc. in the Government Hospitals, Islamabad; and (b) the details of the tests conducted, amount charged and any exemptions by said hospitals for poors, widows, orphan and senior citizens?

Will the Minister for Housing and works be pleased to state; (a) whether it is a fact that the tender was invited for construction of road, by Pak PWD, from Hyderabad to village Allah Dad Chandio in 2021; (b) if so, the present status of the above said road; and (c) the time by which the construction work on the said road will be started alongwith tentative date of its completion?
