Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that traffic jams have become normal on the roads of Islamabad; (b) if so, has any review been carried out in recent times not only to identify high traffic congestion areas but also to take remedial measures to ensure smooth flow of traffic in Islamabad; (c) if so, what are the details and which areas are most prone to traffic jams; (d) whether or not the corrective action has been recommended in any evaluation; if so, whether has been implemented so far; (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard and why such measures are not proving beneficial and with each passing day the traffic problem is aggravating in Islamabad; and (f) the time by which measures will be taken to reduce this traffic problem?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that people hold illegal/without license weapons in the country at present; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry has taken notice of a fact that private security companies, authorized by the concerned department of the Ministry, force their security guards to perform more than 15 hours of duty and pay low wages than fixed by the Government; (b) steps being taken to resolve their matters ancillary to make beneficiaries of EOBI; if so, the details thereof; if not the reasons thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rectify the above said matters as soon as possible?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has not taken any step to enhance the storage capacity of Rawal Dam, since its construction; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which its capacity will be increased keeping in view the fact that the said dam also supplies water to Islamabad, as well?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that forests, like Miyawaki forest, is planted in Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad; (b) the said forests have been developed at other places in Islamabad; (c) if so, the locations and cost incurred thereof; and (d) when will such forests be planted at other places of Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that first women bazaar has been established in Sector G-10, Islamabad, but has not been made operational for the last two years; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the reasons for not making it yet operational; (c) the time by which it will be made operational; (d) details of the total cost incurred for establishment of this bazaar, number of shops available there; and (e) details of the rent decided for each shop and allotment criteria thereof?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state the details of the smuggling prevented at the airports and abroad, cases filed in the courts, convicted and pending during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of parks, mosques and libraries constructed in Jinnah Garden Housing Society, Islamabad at present; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the details of total land allocated for above mentioned permissions by the society?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Senate Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, has recently not only increased the price of the plot under the head of price of land but also reduced the size of the plot; if so, the details thereof; (b) if so, the justification for the increase in land price considering the purchase of land years ago and the extraordinary delay on the part of the society itself; (c) whether it is also a fact that due to negligence of the society management in recent years; (d) the members are being burdened financially; (e) details of the complete record of membership of each member of current Society’s Executive Committee either against his/her own name or his/her family; and (f) head-wise details of administrative expenses received by each member of the committee during the last five years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total number of prisoners across the country languishing in jails for pears and pears due to non-hearing of their cases before Honorable courts; (b) the jail-wise details of all prisoners, at present; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government concerned for arranging early bearing the cases of such prisoners?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that action is being taken or have been taken against the illegal housing societies in Zone-III, Bani Gala, Islamabad; (b) if so, the details of the action taken by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), district administration and police during the last three years alongwith names of the societies, total land therefor and present status thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the date on which Capital Development Authority (CDA) launched last one or latest residential sector in Islamabad; (b) the name of the sector alongwith the number of plots; (c) the reasons for not launching the new residential sector after the said sector by the CDA till date; (d) the time by which new sector will be launched; (e) if not, the authorities/names of the persons who are responsible for such failure?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has prepared a seniority list of affected members of Jammu and Kashmir Cooperative Housing Society G-15, Islamabad, Farm House Zone-IV in the inquiry who on the basis of first come first serve basis have deposited amounts; (b) if so, the list of above alongwith other details; and (c) the time by which the said list will be made ready for providing to the members?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.47 replied on 07-10-2022 and to state: (a) details of the audit of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) and others federations reports, copy of the PHF report, name of the audit firm alongwith action taken so far; and (b) whether it is a fact that a high powered committee for PHF has been constituted by the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the capacity of water reservation of each Dam in Islamabad; (b) whether Rawal Dam owned by CDA; (c) whether CDA can increase the capacity of water reservation; if so, details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to save water from wasting every year?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of officers and officials working in CDA on deputation since 2015 till date alongwith year-wise details thereof; and (b) the names of their parent departments indicating also the purpose of these deputations?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Overseas Pakistanis Housing Foundation (OPF), has transferred 500 kanal of its land to the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, for provision of passage from the said society to the OPF Valley Zone-V, Islamabad; (b) if so, details of its agreement alongwith its copy; (c) whether it is also a fact that the management of the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad failed to comply with the above said agreement; if so, reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which passage is to be provided to the OPF Valley Zone-V, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there has been huge water wastage of Rawal Dam by opening spillways during rains/flood every year; and (b) the reasons for not taking any step by the CDA to enhance the capacity of water storage of Rawal Dam, since many years?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) looks after all the street lights of the area under its jurisdiction; (b) whether it is also a fact that main Ghousia Chowk, Tahli Mohri, is under the jurisdiction of the CCB in which the low quality watts lights have been installed reducing visibility in the main chowk resulting into increasing crimes rate day by day; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, explain the reason thereof; and (d) when will the CCB replace the low watt lights with high watts lights for better visibility in the said areas?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of CDA land in Lakhwal Bani Gala between Ghusul-Azam Road and Raja Ashraf Road; (b) the details of the illegally occupied land; (c) action taken against further illegal construction in the area; and (d) details of the officers/officials responsible for restraining illegal construction during the last one year?
