Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken cognizance of the fact that the management of Associated Press of Pakistan (APP) has allegedly violated the prescribed rules and disregarded the principle of seniority among other violations and merely promoted its blue-eyed employees; (b) whether it is also a fact that many employees have been deprived of their lawful right of promotion in recent times; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) whether the APP or line Ministry has investigated the matter to hold those responsible for such malpractices accountable and to give the benefit of promotion to the legitimate employees at the earliest; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of lecturers have been engaged Rs.180/- per period for evening shift in IMCB/IMCG’s; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration to increase the existing rate of remuneration by 100%; (c) if so, when will be existing rate of Rs.180/- of remuneration of lecturers be increased by 100%?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise total number of advertisements of EHSAAS Programme broadcasted on TV channels and published in newspapers during the last two years till date; and (b) the year-wise total expenditures incurred thereupon during the said period?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state the names of Universities in Islamabad wherein students can study their masters degree subjects other than the subjects being taught in Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad alongwith the number of incidents of harassment took place during the last five years?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons who got employment after introducing the 3G and 4G technologies; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government in view of the revolutionary changes occurred in the field of technology therefrom, so far?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) details of pilots who have chosen to leave Pakistan International Airline (PIA) during the last five years especially during the current regime and the reasons thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of pilots have reportedly chosen to leave PIA by various means who had extensive experience of flying large aircraft, as a result, PIA is facing shortage of pilots and long haul flights, as witnessed by regular flight are being delayed now a days; (c) whether it is also a fact that the deduction of a source tax from the salaries of pilots is also a main reason behid their leaving PIA; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in the affirmative, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) how many meetings of the National Economic Council (NEC) and Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) have been held since 2010 to till date; (b) details indicating dates, agenda items and the names of members in attendance; (c) whether annual reports of the National Economic Council/ECNEC have been prepared and laid in both Houses of Parliament during the said period; (d) if so, details of the same indicating date of laying of the reports alongwith furnishing copies of the same; (e) whether the said reports are published/placed on the official website of the Cabinet Division for use of the Parliamentarians and general public; if not, reasons thereof; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to publish/place these reports on the official website for the use of the Parliamentarians and the general public?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state the qualification and criteria on which analysts making analysis on news and events are appointed in Pakistan Television PTV) News, their number and names alongwith payment per programme being paid and the number of programmers they participated in each month?

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) steps being taken by the Government to reduce the effects of climate change in the country; and (b) what plans does the Government have to collaborate with other countries and international organizations to address climate change on a global scale?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of foreign visits of each personnel of Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (PTDC) including its Minister/Adviser and other whose foreign visits were fully or partially sponsored by PTDC since August, 2018; (b) the purpose and justification of each of the above visits and if purpose of each person’s visit was achieved; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) the expenses incurred on the each visit; (d) whether the spouse or family member of any of the above mentioned persons accompanied him, even if the persons concerned has borne the expenses of the trip; (e) the role of PTDC in particular in terms of promoting tourism in the country in the light of the 18th Constitutional Amendment; and (f) how many tourists visited the country after such visits by PTDC officials?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the country’s three major airports are being outsourced; (b) if so, the reasons thereof alongwith components such outsourcing will involve; (c) whether any physical assets will also be handed over to the outsourcing company; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPR(a)rules were fully implemented during outsourcing of operation of such airports; if yes, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) whether a cost-benefit analysis was done before undertaking such outsourcing; (f) income which has been earned in the last three years from each component which are going to be outsourced and the income which will be generated after it would be outsourced; and (g) experience of the company whom such outsourcing is being handed over?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the Government to support the tourists for reaching different resorts so far, during the last four years; and (b) the incentives given by the Government to the people/tourists to promote tourism in the country?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) the Establishment Division, being responsible division, brought the matter of increasing the upper age limit for appointments to Government Departments, which was raised in the National Assembly through a resolution passed dated 25-05-2022 which is brought in the notice of the Cabinet, and the Prime Minister for orders/appropriate action under the provisions of the Rules of Business, 1973, particularly rules (2) and (4) of the said rules; (b) if so, whether the matter was placed before the Cabinet and the Prime Minister, separately; if yes, details of action taken so far alongwith current status of above separately; (c) what corrective measures are being taken in this regard in the light of these orders; (d) if such matter has not been placed before both of the above forums, the reasons thereof and whether it is not a violation of these rules?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state the number of Pakistan International Airline (PIA)reopened in Europe after imposition of ban on them by European Union; if not reopened, the current rent status of negotiations with the concerned departments to restart flight operation from those stations and the time by which this issue will be resolved?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Government of Pakistan has been running Skill Development programmes under Waseela-eRozgar of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) which are discontinued at present; (b) if so, whether the Government intends to resume thereof?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that BISP is a purely working for the help of the needy and poor people of the society and till date is fully functional; (b) whether it is also a fact that the people already registered in BISP are deprived of the monthly amount since long time in particular CNIC Nos. 37405-1042368-6, 37405-7924964-0, 37405-8055539-7 and 37405-1042368-6; (c) if the reply to (a)and (b)above are in affirmative, the reasons of non-payment and from which date their payment is due; and (d) what steps are being taken by the BISP to pay amount to all the deserving persons as mentioned in part (b)?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) number of applications received by each school of the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad, for seeking admission for each class during the last three years; (b) how many applicants have been admitted in each of the school and class; (c) whether it is a fact that a large number of applicants could not get admission in their desired classes and schools; (d) if so, whether it is not a violation of the Constitution of Pakistan, which guarantees from 5 to 16 years education; (e) the total number of schools, and the increase made during the last five years in the existing capacity of each school, to cater for more children in the capital; and (f) what remedial measures are being taken by the Government to accommodate such applicants who failed to seek admissions during this year?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) after receiving the Global Gender Gap Index 2022, is there any positive actions to be taken to address the better ranking in the index; (b) whether Pakistan has any mechanism to monetize the domestic work i.e. home chores, of women of the country; (c) is there any policy or a mechanism to guage the economic participation of the rural women for converting it, into women economic empowerment ranking; and (d) whether the rural women of the country’s work in the agricultural fields has been counted in our formal economy?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has established regional offices in all the cities of Pakistan and they are working smoothly for conducting new surveys for BISP cards; (b) whether it is also a fact that BISP has developed a Registration/Survey Centre in Tehsil Gujar Khan, District Rawalpindi and only two Data Entry Operators are working against the demand of strength of six; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons of the shortage of Data Entry Operators thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to depute four more Data Entry Operators as mentioned in para (b) regarding BISP Centre Gujar Khan, as the work is suffering?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the matters of restoration of pension of employees are pending in Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), particularly a matter of (pension restoration) namely Mr. Muhammad Munir Qureshi, Ex-ES (BS-16) who retired on 25th July, 2009 and was entitled to get restoration of commuted portion of his pension on attaining the age of 72 years, but the same is still pending in PTCL Office of Director Pension, Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Trust (PTET), Lahore; (b) whether it is also fact that such case is being delayed amongst others by the concerned wing on either one pretext or an other; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to finalize such cases expeditiously?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is basically working to help the poor segment of the society on monthly/quarterly basis; (b) whether it is also a fact that BISP Regional Offices are conducting surveys for the payment of monthly amount to the poor segment of society but the process of payment is too slow in particular CNIC No.37401-1442629-7 the survey was conducted on 06-06-2023 but the payment is still awaited; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reasons for the delay thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken to conduct new survey by the Government to speed up the new surveyed cases for early payment?
