Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state: (a) complete details of appointments made in the Election Commission of Pakistan since July 2020 with province-wise breakup along with copies of domiciles of appointees; (b) complete details of contract employees of ECP in the same period with province wise breakup and terms & conditions of contract and salary, perks and privileges granted to such contract employees; and (c) details of retired employees of ECP who have been appointed on contract in ECP and their perks and privileges?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the qualification, experience and age limit for the appointment of the Chairman and Members of the Federal Service Tribunal (FST); (b) the perks, privileges and other benefits being drawn by the Chairman and Members of the Tribunal; (c) the budget allocated and utilized by the Tribunal during the last three years with year wise break up; (d) the total number of cases pending in the Tribunal, disposal rate, causes for delay and steps being taken for expeditious disposal of the cases; and (e) whether it is fact that majority of the Members serving in the Tribunal have no legal background, if so, the details and the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that WAPDA was restructured in 1991-92, if so, the rational behind the restructuring; and (b) whether it is also a fact that after restructuring, only Hydel generation had remained with WAPDA, while its other functions were transferred if so, its reasons?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the employees of the power distribution companies not only facilitate power theft but also sell free units entitled to them, if so, indicating details of action taken against the culprits from 2010-2023; (b) whether any proposal is under consideration to monetize the free electric units facility?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the Ministry had advertised vacancy of Deputy Director /project Manager (BS-18) on 3rd November, 2022 for the Project of “Establishment of Transgender Protection Center” if so, the details of applications received and criteria laid down for shortlisting and appointment against the same?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state the steps taken by the Government to implement the Citizen Welfare Act, 2021 regarding facilitation of senior citizens in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that being a signatory to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), 1966 Pakistan has not ratified 1st Optional Protocols under the said Covenant, if so, reason thereof; and (b) the details of optional protocols of the said Covenant which Pakistan has ratified so far?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state whether it is a fact that presently there is unscheduled load shedding of electricity in District Chitral, if so, reasons thereof and the time by which the issue gets resolved?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state; (a) the details of amount released for Baran and Pezu dams since 2018 till 2022; and (b) whether it is a fact the Government has not allocated any funds for the said dams against the request made by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa if so, the reason thereof indicating also the time by which the required funds will be provided?

Will the Minister for Human rights be pleased to state whether it is a fact that criminalizing torture is part of Pakistan’s international obligations under EU GSP-Plus assessments in 2018, if so, the steps taken by the Government in order to fulfill the said obligation since 2018?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state the number of cases of corruption/inquiries related to various departments, organizations and entities referred to the National Accountability Bureau since 2013 indicating also the number of cases/inquiries closed due to lack of evidence out of the same?

Will the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs be pleased to state (a) the number of political parties presently registered with Election Commission of Pakistan; (b) the number of the said political parties whose candidates contested elections on party tickets during the last three years; and (c) whether there is any legal mechanism to revoke registration of inactive political parties, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) the amount deposited in the Supreme Court of Pakistan account for Diamer Bhasha and Mohmand Dam Fund indicating also the amount utilized for the construction of the said dams out of the same with year wise break up; and (b) the amount utilized for advertisement campaign out of the said fund with year wise breakup indicating also the name (s) of the sponsoring agency entity /department for the same?
