Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state the details of the smuggling prevented at the airports and abroad, cases filed in the courts, convicted and pending during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) details of the names of those laws which are presently enforced in the country to stop child labour including all other forms of child labour in the country by the Government; and (b) the details of such laws with respect to their provincial as well as country wise jurisdiction/applicability in the country?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether the work of fencing on Pak-Afghan Border has been completed 100 percent; if not, the reasons thereof; and (b) the time by which the remaining work would be completed?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the rules on which the Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Managing Director is appointed and the role of the Federal Government, the Cabinet, the concerned Ministry or any other Ministry/Division for appointment; (b) whether such rules were followed in the appointment of the present MD of the Foundation alongwith complete detail of his extension/reappointment determination of tenure and whether the relevant forums were properly consulted; (c) if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof; (d) detail of proposal and such extension as approved by the relevant authority; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to fix the above matter?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of total fund allocated for sewerage systems, roads and streets metaling in Bani Gala during the last three years; (b) progress of the sewerage system; (c) details of the streets numbers with numbers of houses in the streets who will benefited; and (d) whether all the houses of the metaling streets are not constructed by the CDA

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated studies for recycling and disposal of the Capital’s solid waste at with par international standard; if so, the details thereof; (b) by whom and when such study has been conducted alongwith the costs involved on each study; (c) whether it is also a fact that CDA has failed to establish an international system for solid wastes disposal in the capital; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which such system will be installed?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the details of housing schemes established in various cities of Pakistan to meet the housing needs of Overseas Pakistanis; (b) the number of plots allotted to Overseas Pakistanis in each and each out of which has actually been handed over to the allottee; (b) the details of pending cases in each scheme; (c) the total capital investment in each of the schemes; (d) whether the OPF itself has invested in any scheme; if so, the relevant rules with details thereof, permitting investment in such schemes; and on what basis such money is being invested or spent in such scheme with profit and loss formula or no loss, no profit; and (e) details of plots, acquired directly or indirectly by an existing OPF employee or his immediate family member in each scheme?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is an air ambulance service available in Capital Development Authority (CDA); (b) if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) the time by which aforesaid facility for the people would be started?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a 73 years old person is working as the President of Pakistan Olympic Association till date; (b) if so, the number of teams and their visits to play international Olympics during his tenure alongwith their year-wise performance; (c) whether Pakistan receive international donations for the development and improvement of sports; if so, the year-wise number of donations; and (d) the expenses borne by Pakistan Olympic Association (POA) so far as President since 2004 alongwith salary he got including the privileges line employees, house, vehicle, petrol, driver and gunman and why he is still president?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that relevant institutions are helpless in preventing human trafficking, arresting the criminal network of human traffickers and eliminating them; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to prevent human trafficking and give exemplary punishment to the persons involved in this heinous crime?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what steps are being taken by the Government to control the rising crime rate in urban areas in Islamabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that the Government is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the citizens during public events and gatherings?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the 10th Avenue has been started construction in Islamabad; if so, the location thereof; (b) the time by which its construction will be started; and (c) when it will be completed?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the management of Cadet Colleges established in the public and private sector across the country do not pay minimum wages to their lower level employees irrespective of the nature of their appointment by the Federal Government; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether such refusal to pay minimum wages is tantamount to violation of Government policies; (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to pay minimum wages to said employees?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Overseas Pakistanis Housing Foundation (OPF), has transferred 500 kanal of its land to the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, for provision of passage from the said society to the OPF Valley Zone-V, Islamabad; (b) if so, details of its agreement alongwith its copy; (c) whether it is also a fact that the management of the Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad failed to comply with the above said agreement; if so, reasons thereof; and (d) the time by which passage is to be provided to the OPF Valley Zone-V, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there has been huge water wastage of Rawal Dam by opening spillways during rains/flood every year; and (b) the reasons for not taking any step by the CDA to enhance the capacity of water storage of Rawal Dam, since many years?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Chaklala Cantonment Board (CCB) looks after all the street lights of the area under its jurisdiction; (b) whether it is also a fact that main Ghousia Chowk, Tahli Mohri, is under the jurisdiction of the CCB in which the low quality watts lights have been installed reducing visibility in the main chowk resulting into increasing crimes rate day by day; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in the affirmative, explain the reason thereof; and (d) when will the CCB replace the low watt lights with high watts lights for better visibility in the said areas?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of total land acquired for Rawal Dam alongwith compensation paid to the private company; (b) total land in the illegal possession of private persons and construction of the said Dam; and (c) action taken by the Government for retrieving the land and restraining further illegal construction during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of total land given to Islamabad Club, year and period of lease, rent per month alongwith rent enhancements during the last ten years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the details of the plots allotted for petrol pumps outside CDA sectors, name of the allottees, CNIC number, year-wise rents and other terms and conditions?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether Inspector General (IG) of Police, Islamabad has taken any notice of day by day increasing crimes which include snatching, robbery, dacoity particularly in Sector I-14, Islamabad; if so, details thereof alongwith details of progress to curb the said crimes; (b) steps already taken or being taken for strict surveillance, arresting criminals involved in snatching, robbery, dacoity and protecting property and lives of inhabitants of Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS) has been collecting payments against allotment of plots in P-Block (10 Marla’s) since 25-03-2023; (b) if so, plot-wise amount collected therefrom so far; (c) whether possession of plots has not been given including Plot No.590, P-Block (35x70), Guldberg Residencia so far; if so, the reasons thereof; (d) whether development work has been started therein; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; (e) whether letters have been issued by the allottees to IBECHS for obtaining possession; if so, the date-wise detail thereof; and (f) the time by which plot-wise possessions in said block will be given?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the time by which the construction of Rawal Chowk flyover will be completed; and (b) details of the expenditure involved on the said project?
