Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to upgrade the Elementary School Teachers (EST) posted in the educational institutions across the country including the Federal Capital, Islamabad which is managed by the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad and the Federal Government Educational Institutions Cantonment Directorate; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is a fact that a new formula has been adopted for the promotion and induction of EST teachers in which 25% of teachers will be recruited through promotions and 75% through direct recruitment; (d) if so, whether it is not unfair to the thousands of teachers who have been waiting for their promotions for 15-20 years; (e) if so, what corrective measures are being taken to rationalize the ratio of promotion to give maximum benefit to already serving teachers?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) details of salary and all other benefits that are given to each employee of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) either in cash or in any other manner, especially, those who are paid 0.5 million or more and detail of each thereof; (b) the procedure for fixing such pay and other benefits with the benchmark on which these are fixed; (c) the statutory forum of PIA empowered to determine the salaries and other benefits of employees of PIA alongwith names and designations of its members; (d) whether it is a fact that this forum has increased its own salary and other benefits at present; if so, when these were increased alongwith details thereof; and (e) whether the recent notification of increase in salary of PIA employees has materialized or not; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only one flight operates from Multan to Islamabad on monthly basis; (b) whether Multan which is centre of south Punjab will always remain backward in regular flight; (c) whether it is also a fact that Government intends to make minimum three flights operational weekly from Multan to Islamabad and Karachi; (d) if no, the reasons thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to re-operate the flights of Emirate Airline from Multan; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) after receiving the Global Gender Gap Index 2022, is there any positive actions to be taken to address the better ranking in the index; (b) whether Pakistan has any mechanism to monetize the domestic work i.e. home chores, of women of the country; (c) is there any policy or a mechanism to guage the economic participation of the rural women for converting it, into women economic empowerment ranking; and (d) whether the rural women of the country’s work in the agricultural fields has been counted in our formal economy?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Islamabad signed an agreement with an NGO named Developments in Literacy (DIL) under which the NGO was bound to provide teaching faculty in the schools run by the Directorate alongwith provision of other facilities; if so, the details thereof; (b) Whether it is also a fact that the above NGO pays meager salaries to the teachers @ Rs. 6000/- to Rs.8000/- per month despite announced by the Government policy minimum wage of Rs. 25000/- per month; (c) if so, whether the FDE have taken notice of the fact; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Financial and Planning Committee and Syndicate of Bacha Khan University, Charsaddah approved disparity reduction allowance for its employees in 2021; (b) the date of enforcement of said allowance and the date for which said allowance is being paid; (c) whether it is also a fact that the arrears of six months have not been paid to the employees alongwith the reasons thereof and the time by which same would be paid and the details thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Zong teams resolved the issue of distorted signals in Sar Dheri Abbas Kalay area of District Charsadda on 4th November, 2021 but the same distortion revived just three days later; (b) whether it is also a fact that neither Zong nor Internet signals are available here due to which the students, getting online education, suffer badly; (c) if so, the steps being taken to resolve the said issue on permanent basis; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration to install “any side” or “Hub side” towers for better signals in the area; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (f) the time by which the said issue will be resolved?
