Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) the details of the cases filed with Pakistan Information Commission, along-with the details of cases accepted, dismissed and pending during the last three years; and (b) the details of the disciplinary action taken against the responsible functionaries if any for not implementing the Right of Access to Information Act?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) the present status of ML-I project indicating also the expenditure incurred on the same since the start of the work on it; and (b) whether the said project has become operational, if so, the revenue being earned out of the same at present?

Will the Minister for Defence Production be pleased to state whether it is a fact that the retired employees of the TIP have not received any increase in their pension despite the increase made in the annual budgets from 2019-June 2022, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the increased rate of pensions will be paid to the said retired employees?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state the details of the allotments of plots in different DHA schemes to civilian employees of grade 19 and above of the Ministry since 2010?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state as to whether it is a fact that there are many unmanned and without phatak railway crossings in the country, if so, the details and reasons thereof?
