Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Directorate of Education has signed an agreement for transfer of 21 kanal plot in F-11, Islamabad, allotted to it for establishment of a Government School, for construction of a private school, if so, the details and reasons thereof; (b) the name of authority which signed that agreement with the private party indicating also the law/rules under which the same has been signed; (c) whether the said agreement required prior or post-facto approval of the Federal Government / Cabinet, if so, the details thereof; and (d) whether the said approval of the Cabinet for that agreement has been obtained, if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons thereof indicating also the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Federal Education, Professional Training, National Heritage and Culture be pleased to state: (a) the names/details of public and private sector Universities/Degree Awarding Educational Institutions in the country where students are being provided with the facility of Career Counselling before entering into any field of study; and (b) whether it is a fact that many public and private sector universities do not provide the said facility to the students, if so, the steps being taken by HEC in order to make it mandatory for all the universities (public or private) to provide the said facility to new students?
