Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that institutions registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) are currently under investigation by the security agencies; if so, the detail of each institution along with its name thereof; (b) the name of authority who approved the registrations of the aforesaid institutions along with the names of officers/officials who were involved in the aforesaid registration process; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address the issue of suspicious registrations cases and establish a transparent registration and effective monitoring system within PNC to end the monopoly of functionaries? Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the detail of polio eradication programme in the country along with number of people employed by the relevant organizations to indicate polio as well as distribution of funds for advertisement to media for achieving polio eradication initiatives and keeping in view recently polio cases raised and which make severe concerns from international health bodies; (b) whether it is a fact that challenges are being faced by polio responsible teams; if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to achieve the target to make the country polio free as well as to addressing the aforesaid challenges; and (c) the details of total amount being spent from the foreign aid as well as from Government own fund for aforesaid purpose?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of employees who are presently posted on deputation basis in Pakistan Nursing Council so far; (b) the name of parent department of each alongwith post and grade held by each in the parent department; (c) whether the each of same post and grade is equivalent to the aforesaid council’s pay structure; (d) whether such persons were allegedly involved in corrupt practices and inquiries which are pending before various adjudicators; (e) whether it is a fact that the Parliamentary Committees has directed not only take stern action against them but also including their repatriation and conducting all such inquiries against aforesaid persons as a final conclusion; (f) whether the council has failed to address the matter and fulfill its duties and obligations; and (g) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to implement such orders and directions of the Parliamentary Committees?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) what is the procedure laid down for distribution of fertilizers by the PASSCO in the country; and (b) whether any quota of fertilizers has been allocated for each province; if so, the names of dealers through whom the same is distributed alongwith province-wise break-up thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the nomination of the incumbent President of Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) has been denied by the Gilgit-Baltistan; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether such fact was brought in the notice of the Government; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) does this situation amount to deceiving the authorities and indicate misconduct; (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address aforesaid irregularities and fix the responsibility and accountable thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the detail of criteria adopted for registering an institution by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) to impart education to nurses alongwith details of currently registered each institution according to the chronological order at present thereof; (b) the names and designations of each functionary working in the aforesaid council being member of the registration committee at present and for the last five years; (c) whether the council has assessed operation and function of each registered institution according to the established criteria; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps the Government has taken against the institutions which are violating established criteria such as required space and building, faculty, labs etc. by the PNC and address the aforesaid issue damaging the institution badly?

Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names, nature of appointments, dates of appointments and other particulars of persons who are currently working in the Pakistan Nursing Council, especially working on contract and daily wages etc.; (b) the details of initial tenure of appointment of each of the above employee and how often such employment of each has either been made afresh or extended; (c) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Nursing Council has been regularly extending the employment of several employees working on such arrangements while many have been dismissed without any reason recently; (d) if so, the justification and particularly of those persons removed during the last three years alongwith reasons thereof; (e) whether it is not a discriminatory arrangements where few have been given favour and other employees have been retrenched; and (f) what corrective measures have been made by the Government to fix such discrepancies?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that free medicine policy which reason continued in Federal administered hospitals during the years 2013 to 2017 is still discontinued; (b) whether availability of medicines for Hepatitis-C and diabetic out door patients will be made free in Government Hospitals; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether facility of life saving free medicines which is required to be provided in emergency, has been restored thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of individuals alongwith their posts and grades who have been absorbed in the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), including those who have been retired; (b) the positions and grades of each they held in their parent department; (c) whether such absorption is violation against the decision 2013 of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, that was declared illegal and unlawful; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address aforesaid violation and hold those responsible and accountable?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the stipend is being granted to postgraduate trainees doctors in PIMS, Islamabad at present; (b) whether such stipend is paid less than as compare to provinces; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what steps have been taken by the Government to increase aforesaid stipend?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the details of total amount collected from a pilgrims for hajj, 2024; (b) the exact amount that was charged from each pilgrim upto closing date of Hajj during the last year; (c) whether it is a fact that during last year by closing date in Hajj operations, one million rupees were collected from each pilgrim; (d) if so, how did the caretaker Religious Minister claimed that current year Hajj expenditure is cheaper than last year; (e) details of expenditures and costs of the each component, which is included to fix the total amount for Hajj 2024; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to make Hajj exclusively cheaper for pilgrims?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the detail of the persons alongwith their names including the Federal Minister who visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to finalize the arrangements for Hajj 2024; (b) the number of visits made by each of the above person; (c) what is the justification to become a part of the aforesaid visiting party alongwith the expenses incurred on each visit; and (d) the head of accounts from which such expenses were spent thereof?

Will the Minister for National food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) the details of factors/formula being observed by the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet while deciding Minimum Support Price of Wheat to the wheat growers; (b) whether it is a fact that stakeholders entirely involved in setting the aforesaid price of wheat for the people; (c) if so, what action is being taken by the Government to set the lower price for the needy poor people in the country?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Evacuee Trust Property Board's (ETPB) land more than 50% in Nankana Sahib and surrounding areas have been occupied illegally by several people since 1965; if so, the details thereof; (b) the detail of total area of urban and agriculture land of ETPB in Nankana Sahib alongwith detail of fund being utilized for the betterments of the tenants and lease-holders in that areas as well as its entire income being received for the said purpose; and (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to declare them tenants to increase revenue therefrom to facilitate Sikh pilgrims?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state: (a) the detail of capacity of water flow in Indus Basin River System in each year since 2013 comprising on the rivers Kabul, Indus, Jehlum, Chanab, Ravi and Sutlaj, respectively; (b) the quantum of the said water used in the associated canal network in the country during Rabbi and Kharif seasons crops alongwith year-wise break-up thereof; (c) the detail of additional water at present available for agriculture purposes from Mangla, Tarbela and Chashma reservoirs as well as year-wise storage detail of aforesaid reservoirs; (d) whether it is a fact that reservoirs capacity have been determined 114 MAF or more distribution of water according to water appropriation award 1991; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to enhance the aforesaid capacity to 124 MAF as additional storage water capacity?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) total pension being given to retired employees by Pakistan Railways at present; (b) whether less than Rs.13,000/- pension (per month) is being given to widow of in case of PPO No.14896, Ex. Constable, Railways Police, Rawalpindi; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether pension is given to aforesaid widow and there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to increase the aforesaid pension; if so, when it will be enhanced; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the total number, names and designations of officers of BPS-20, of the Constitutional Bodies, who could not avail the facility for allotment of apartments in Sector G-13, Islamabad, during the last three months due to lack of amount but subsequently they requested to the Director General, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) for allotment of apartments; and (b) the time by which apartments will be allotted to the aforesaid officers?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a mechanism has been prepared to protect the interest of wheat, sugar cane and cotton farmers by giving than different subsidies and support prices; (b) whether it is also a fact that there is no mechanism have been framed to protect the interest of the end consumers who are mostly belong to urban areas; and (c) is there any plan to support this segment of population?
