Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry obtains confirmation from time to time from the departments under its administrative jurisdiction regarding the implementation of payment of minimum wages declared by the Government; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether each of the aforementioned departments adheres to the minimum wage regulations for their employees,irrespective of the nature of their appointment; (c) whether any department has been found not to comply with minimum wage regulations; if so, what are the reasons for such non-compliance and what punitive measures are being taken to address the matter; and (d) how will the Ministry ensure that the minimum wage regulations announced in budget, 2024-25 are implemented in all departments?
