Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Cantonment Boards are not empowered to decide the annual rental/tax value for the residents/landlords or self-occupants of the aforesaid Boards; and (b) whether it is also a fact that under the new tax policy titles “development of fair and uniform house tax parameters for self-occupied residential properties” the self-occupants residents of such houses have to pay tax only equivalent to a house rent?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) had made a plan to include fishermen in the list of (EOBI) for grant of financial benefits; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that the aforesaid plan has notyet been implemented despite the directions of executive and the legislature; (c) if so, reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to include fishermen in EOBI with in minimum time limit?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the large number of drugs traffickers have been increased while going to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and UAE during the last two months; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether any agreement has been made with the Governments to transfer the aforesaid prisoners in the country?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that outstanding amount to the land owner was given by the Cantonment Board, Nowshehra while acquiring the land for artillery Range in village Manki Sharif, Nowshehra; and (b) whether the aforesaid land was de-notified and payment was taken back from the land owner; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that law and order situation is continuously deteriorating and as well as security threats terror attacks are being increased at present across the country, especially in KPK and Balochistan Region; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to tackle the aforesaid situation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the number of cybercrime incidents are increasing day by day; (b) the detail of the incidents registered during the last three years; and (c) the details of steps have been taken by the Government to prevent and protect the public against aforesaid cybercrimes incidents in the country?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) update details on the situation regarding deportation of approximately one hundred Pakistani nurses from Saudi Arabia due to their forged documents verification; (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to address the concerns raised by the deported Pakistani nurses as well as ensure the protection of Pakistanis workers abroad; (c) the details regarding high level investigation initiated following the incident of the deportation of Pakistani nurses from Saudi Arabia; (d) what measures are being taken to prevent similar incidents involving forged documents verifications and exploitation of Pakistani workers by recruitment firms agencies in the future; (e) details of assistance or support being provided to the deported Pakistani nurses; and (f) details of their families to mitigate the impact of their sudden deportation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that names of MNAs and MPAs have been placed either on No Fly List or ECL along-with its justification thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to remove their names from aforesaid lists?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether is there any plan by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to develop a green park with a walking track on the partially developed green area of Captain Colonel Sher Khan (Nashan-e-Haider) Road (previously known as IJP road), especially alongside of Sector I-10, Islamabad; (b) if so, the details thereof; (c) the time by which aforesaid green parks with walking track will be developed and completed?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) what criteria has adopted for appointment of Chairman of Pakistan Swimming Federation (PSF) specially for present Chairman; (b) whether it is a fact that the incumbent Chairman also occupied the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO); if so, the reasons thereof; (c) how much monthly salary including other allowances are being given to him; (d) the details of the monthly salary and other allowances received by him during the last three years; and (e) the achievements of the Federation in the international arena by the present Chairman?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the janitorial services in the Parliament House managed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) are unsatisfactory apart from the fact that the installations such as fountains, paintings besides others that were once installed in the Parliament House for its beautification, have decayed both inside and outside (green area) and CDA has failed to repair or renovate such facilities or improve janitorial services; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; c) the amount, which has been spent from such heads during the last five years; (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to fix aforesaid installations; and (e) whether there is any proposal to outsource the janitorial services in the Parliament House; if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of abuse and violence incidents against women and children as reported in the previous year in the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) including the details of investigation and prosecution made relating to such offenses and their current status thereof; (b) what measures have been taken by the Government to ensure protection of women and children at public spaces; (c) whether any emergent response facility has been established at the recreational parks and hiking trails to enhance vigilance and improve safety response to such calls; and (d) the number of police personnel deployed in aforesaid emergency response viz a viz total strength of the Islamabad Capital Police?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that huge fees are being charged by the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports for issuance of different type of Passport and other related documents during the financial year; (b) the amount collected under the aforementioned heads during the last financial year; if so, the reasons thereof; (c) the average expenditure incurred on the issuance of each instrument; (d) the detail of the rates/fees of each instrument has recently been increased and lamination papers as per requirement were imported during the last year and whether it was on actual assessment basis; (e) if so, the justification thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) what actions are being taken by the Government to make the fee more affordable and ensure the availability of lamination papers sufficiently so that people may not suffer/delayed for obtaining the aforesaid documents?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of police check posts which are operational at Present in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT); (b) whether some new check posts were established during the last two years; (c) the number of persons, arrested from those check posts for the last one year; (d) is there any plan of the Government to reduce or increase the number of these check posts; and (e) what procedure is being adopted for establishing a new check posts?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what measures are being taken by the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports to address the reported nonpayment of salaries to employees serving in embassies abroad; (b) the details of accounts and reasons of delay in payments of salary to the aforesaid employees of the embassies; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure the assistance to employees affected due to the non-payment of salaries with immediate effect to alleviate their financial hardships; (d) whether investigations have been conducted by the Government to identify systemic, regarding non-payment of salaries to embassy staff; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to settle the aforesaid issue?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the budget allocation and its utilization by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for maintenance and improvement of public parks, roads and other utilities in the capital city; (b) whether the budget allocation for CDA in fiscal year is enough to cater for all projects and services thereof; (c) whether the CDA has succeeded to address the issues of encroachments illegal occupation of green areas, unauthorized constructions, land, plots fraud and stray dogs in the aforesaid area etc.; (d) the total area of land and other properties under the ownership and possession of CDA; and (e) total number of employees and province-wise break-up thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the present status regarding the digital platforms introduced to streamline emigration processes and enhance services for overseas Pakistanis in 2024; and (b) how is the Ministry leveraging the technology to improve communication access to information and assistance for Pakistani expatriates?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of water filtration plants that have been installed in Islamabad; (b) how many plants out of these have been installed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) itself and how many have been installed through charity arrangements; and (c) whether the Government is working on ensuring and implementing that filters which are changed regularly and what corrective measures are being taken for more purity and further ensuring for timely maintenance?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of inquiries regarding financial and administrative embezzlements in Capital Development Authority (CD(A) initiated since March, 2008 have not been finalized so far, if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the names and designations of the officers/officials who were prima facie involved in cases of the said embezzlements indicating also the post they hold at present; (c) the steps being taken by the Government to finalize the said inquiries expeditiously; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure posting of honest and reputed personnel at key posts in CDA?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) what mechanism is in place to audit Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) regarding the allocation of manpower for work visas abroad; (b) the criteria used to determine the extent to which an OEP can charge individuals seeking work opportunities abroad as well as the measures in place to protect the rights of migrant workers in destination countries; (c) the details of the audit process, and frequency of audits over the past five years and the outcome achieved of these audits so far; (d) whether the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment has taken notice of instances where OEP exploit the individuals who are seeking better opportunities abroad for illicit profits including the offers of different job and issuing visas under fake pretenses; (e) whether there is any mechanism in place for financial and administrative audit of OEP; if so, the details thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to implement and enhance transparency mechanism within the available system and hold violators accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) instead of providing convenience to motorists by creating awareness, installing road signs and warning boards etc, has made routine to impose fines on various pretexts and that too at a heavy rate; (b) if so, the standard on which traffic police are trained with regard to impose a fine to a motorist; (c) the rate of fine currently applicable for each violation and when the last time the rate of each fine was increased; (d) the use of such receivable fines; and (e) what measures are being taken by the Government to make the traffic police people friendly?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) what measures are being taken by the Government to combat against the spread of fake news and misinformation on traditional social media platforms; (b) how is the Ministry working with stakeholders to promote media literary and responsible journalism in the country; (c) what steps are being taken for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the media industry, especially in terms of marginalized community representation and gender equality; and (d) what specific actions are being taken to ensure equal opportunities for all?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a human smuggling network was uncovered by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) which allegedly arranged fraudulent travel documents for Pakistanis with the connivance of Overseas Employment Promoters to enable their entry into Europe; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the investigation conducted so far in collaboration with the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment including the number of Overseas Employment Promoters involved in such heinous crimes that have been traced so far; (c) whether the investigations are being conducted against each Overseas Employment Promoter; if so, the present statusthereof; and (d) the time by when such investigations will be concluded and those responsible will be held accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what steps have been taken by the Government to extinguish the fire which has engulfed Margallah Hills, Islamabad; (b) whether the persons involved in the aforementioned incidents which have resulted in significant losses to exchequer been identified; and (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to prevent such incidents in future?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) the number of projects, which were under process with regard to sending Pakistanis abroad for jobs during the tenure of previous Government; (b) what is the present status of each of the above project; (c) whether it is a fact that various projects are either halted, pending or under consideration; if so, what are the reasons for this situation; and (d) what exclusive and corrective measures are being taken by the Government to resolve the aforementioned issue?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA has issued notices for construction of emergency exit stairs within six months to the owners of old high rise buildings in Islamabad; (b) if so, the number and location of such buildings thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.94 replied on 06-04-2023 and to state: (a) when notice was given to the violator alongwith its latest status thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that despite receiving notice of violation of building and zonal regulation, the responsible party has not rectified the infractions instead of this that advertising their outlet through various mediums; (c) whether it is also a fact that the CDA allegedly abets such breaches without taking any action beyond issuing notices which weakens the authority's efficacy; thus, making these violations a regular occurrence and this trend is increasing with each passing day; and (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rectify the aforementioned issues alongwith taking disciplinary action against the violator to ensure writ of the authority?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the benchmark upon which a security company is granted a license, particularly with reference to hiring the services of security guards, including their age, training, medical fitness and well-being; (b) whether the Government has carried out post assessments of such companies regarding their recruited security guards; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of incidents leading to the death of common citizens by security guards in the different areas of the country in recent time; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address the aspects of the aforesaid and implement mechanisms to strengthen the quality of work of security guards?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that roads particularly within different Sectors such as I-9 and I-10, Islamabad, are in dilapidated conditions; (b) despite the attention of the concerned authorities, particularly Capital Development Authority (CDA) was invited to this issue but they did not carryout necessary repairing work; ifso, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government and CDA for repairing of aforesaid dilapidated roads without delay?
