Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what measures are being taken by the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports to address the reported nonpayment of salaries to employees serving in embassies abroad; (b) the details of accounts and reasons of delay in payments of salary to the aforesaid employees of the embassies; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure the assistance to employees affected due to the non-payment of salaries with immediate effect to alleviate their financial hardships; (d) whether investigations have been conducted by the Government to identify systemic, regarding non-payment of salaries to embassy staff; if not, the reasons thereof; and (e) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to settle the aforesaid issue?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the year-wise expenditure by the Capital Development Authority (CD(A) on the renovation of each lodge of Parliament Lodges, during the last five years, including the current financial year along-with the date of approval of funds from the relevant forum in each case, the start date of the work and the completion date; (b) whether the work was carried out by a third party; if so, whether the prescribed procedure as enshrined in Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules was adopted; if so, the details of each case thereof; (c) the item-wise inventory of items retrieved from each lodge during the aforementioned period and the current status of each item at present; (d) whether acknowledgment was sought from the allottee in each case; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) the benchmark to prioritize the renovation of aforesaid lodges?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per Ministry of Interior’s Notification of September 9th, 1984, “no foreigner shall, directly or indirectly, acquire land or any interest in land or landed property in Pakistan, except with the previous permission in writing by the Federal Government/Provincial Government and in accordance with the conditions subject to which the permission was granted”; (b) if so, the justification of the said decision of the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that majority of the Passports are pending due to shortage of passport paper; (b) whether it is also a fact that after passing three to four months majority of online Passports are still pending; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reason of delay of Passport thereof; and (g) what steps are being taken by the Government to resolve the above issue?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the parking lots in Islamabad, that have been auctioned by the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad, or the Capital Development Authority (CDA) during the past five years, including the terms and conditions of these auctions such as the duration of the lease, fees and operational guidelines; (b) details the annual revenues generated from each of these parking lots over the last five years and the utilization thereof, particularly in the absence of a Local Government System in Islamabad; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of the establishment of unauthorized parking lots or the extension of existing parking lots beyond their designated boundaries, allegedly in connivance with personnel of concerned departments, which amount to extortion; (d) if so, what measures are being taken by the Government to address the issue of unauthorized parking lots and hold accountable those involved in such activities?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names of places/areas in Islamabad, where legal/illegal settlements are established; and (b) the name of a person under whose blessings above settlements are established?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the composition of Pakistan’s entourage to the 2024 Olympics, including players, associated coaches, managers and others, along-with their official capacities and reasons for their including in the entourage; (b) the selection criteria for each player, associated coach and manager, as well as justification for the inclusion of others in the entourage; (c) what is the expenses incurred for each individual, including travel and daily allowances and who covered these expenses for each player, manager and other members of the entourage; and (d) the performance of Pakistan’s participants in each category at the Olympics?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that most of the offices of NADRA in Bahawalpur are located in rented buildings; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to construct buildings for the offices of NADRA in Bahawalpur; (c) the expenditures made by NADRA annually to pay the rent of the buildings where the said offices are located in rented out premises; and (d) the detail of procedure adopted to hire the said buildings on rent?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Government to stop the media programmes and their debates on fake media news which are being run on the basis of unauthentic social media (accounts/channels) reports?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of Passport printing machines working in the country along-with location thereof at present; (b) the reason for not increasing the number of the said machines; and (c) the time by which the number of machines will be increased?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Bahawalpur Division Passport Office is established in a rental building; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) the steps being taken by the Government for its own building; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for the opening of more Passport Offices in Bahawalpur Division?MALIK

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what is the procedure for issuance of passports to employees of the aviation licensed service providers in Pakistan; (b) the details of passports issued, renewed and cancelled during last ten years alongwith names and rank of the passport holder; and (c) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what steps are being taken by the Government to protect the valuable and precious personal belonging viz mobile phones, valet and the cash worth in billion rupees are continuously been snatched by the street snatchers and robbers in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi; (b) whether the above are being smuggled to Afghanistan or any other places; (c) whether it is a fact that as a result, many people have lost their lives in the aforesaid incidents and heinous crimes and street snatcher are creating fear and panic among the public; (d) if so, the details thereof; and (e) what protective measures are being taken by the Government to prevent such heinous and criminal crimes in above cities.

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that inhabitants of Sectors I-14, I-15 and I-16, Islamabad are facing numerous difficulties of unavailability of public transport route and dilapidated road which is connecting Golra Mor Underpass, Islamabad with the aforesaid sectors; if so, the details thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government for the construction of aforementioned dilapidated road as well as initiating a public bus service for the residents of aforesaid sectors?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total number of written complaints filed with the Capital Development Authority (CDA) by citizens along-with Wing and Directorate-wise details of each individual complaint filed against any issue related to the CDA or its office bearers from 2022 till date; (b) the Wing and Directorate-wise details of progress on each such complaint filed with the CDA; (c) the total number of cases filed by the FIA against the CDA or any of its employees, particularly from 2021 to date alongwith the nature and details of each individual case; (d) the details of actions taken by the Chairman of the CDA in light of such cases; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Chairman, CDA to improve resolve the issues of applicants particularly related to the Estate Wing of CDA?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a road at edge of dividing I-10/4 and I-9/1, Islamabad, adjacent to under construction work on 10th Avenue, is in very dilapidated condition and water is spreading all around, due to damage of water supply pipelines; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to address this issue and has shown poor performance and negligence in this regard; and (c) what drastic steps are being taken by the Government to hold the authority accountable for its negligence and to carry out the repair work rapidly?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of ownership of each plot in Sector I-16, Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that CDA has paid least attention in development of infrastructure, specifically in Sub Sector I-16/1, Islamabad; (c) whether it is also a fact that Sub-Sector-I in I-16, Islamabad has approved one public park which is not enough for public as compared to other Sub-Sectors of I-16, Islamabad; and (d) what steps are being taken by the CDA to establish/make more parks, construction of streets, cleanliness and development of rest infrastructure in I-16/1, Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that inhabitants of Sector I-14/2, Islamabad, are struggling for access to water due to nonavailability of facility of Government water supply through Capital Development Authority (CDA); (b) whether, it is also a fact that despite installation of under ground water pipelines and approved Tubewells since many years ago, no progress has been made for installation of Tubewells for the aforesaid sector; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to resolve the water shortage problem and get rid of from the tanker mafia, to meet crying demands of water and to overcome watershortage in aforesaid area?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment has taken notice of fraudulent practices being occurred across the country by Overseas Employment Promoters, including Mehboob Enterprises, OEPL No.0833/RWP, which is not only fleecing the citizens by advertising jobs abroad for a certain trade and company and then issuing visas for a different trade and companies besides confiscating passports and other legal documents; if so, the details thereof; (b) the number of complaints registered against the aforementioned OEPs and companies at present and disposed of during the last six months; (c) what investigation has so far been conducted by the Government against these fraudulent persons and Overseas Employees Promoters; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold these companies accountable for such fraudulent acts?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to provide basic amenities like water, sewerage and paved streets to the residents of Sectors I-11/1 and I-11/2, Islamabad even though contracts for such amenities have been awarded and the work on them is at a standstill at present by the contractors; (b) whether it is also a fact that instead of taking disciplinary measures to ensure timely compliance aforesaid tasks by the contractors; and (c) the time by which the aforesaid facilities will be provide to the residents of above said sectors?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) what is the total estimated and surveyed number of parks sites required for entertainment of the general public in Islamabad; (b) time by which desired parks number of facilities will be made available for public; and (c) whether the facilities of provision of parks are available for the public or visitors in these available parks?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that there are no street lights from the main road to Dhoke Jillani, Bhara Kahu, Islamabad; if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to install street lights in the aforementioned locality as soon as possible?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is fact that Sector E-12, Islamabad which was launched by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) five decades ago, could not develop so far, despite the fact, legitimate allottees have paid dues against plots; if so, the reason thereof; (b) what steps are being taken by CDA regarding development of aforesaid sector in this regard; (c) when will possession be given to the allottees of the aforesaid sector as they are waiting for the possession of their plots for almost thirty five years; and (d) the time by which the development work of the E-12 sector on priority will be completed and possession of the plots will be given to the allottees without further delay to enable them to construct their houses in the said sector?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) why delay is being made for issuing Passport to public at present; (b) why the Directorate General of Immigration and Passport has failed to manage the shortage of paper and ink for making and issuing the Passport; and (c) how much more time is required to over come the aforementioned shortcomings specially in District Swat?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that action has been taken against the illegal construction of car parking on the green area by the hotels owners on Faizabad Islamabad Club Road; (b) if so, the details of action taken by the Government during the last six months; (c) if not, the reasons for taking no action against the occupies?

Will the Minister for Narcotics Control be pleased to state: (a) details of the total expenditure of pay allowances and vehicles fuel and repairs of the Division and Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) during the last three years; and (b) Anti-smuggling forces performance along-with number of rehabilitation centers of addict and detail of expenditure made during the last three years?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that installments were deposited pertaining to allotment of 10 marlas Plot No.489-550 from 2018 in P-Block, Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS), Islamabad; (b) if so, the detail of amount including number of plots, name of allottees, local and permanent addresses thereof; (c) how many applications have received in office of the said society so far for obtaining possession along-with date-wise complete details thereof; (d) whether six months time periods have been giving to the allottees by the management of the society for giving possession to allottees since; if the criteria thereof 2018; and (e) the time by which possession to be given to allottees in P-Block of 10 marlas plots in said society for constructing of houses over there along-with the name of allottees thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that fee for issuance for driving licences has been increased in multi fold recently; if so, the reason thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to rationalize the fee up to the affordability to a common man?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of each current complaint against various functionaries of the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) for which inquiries or investigations have been initiated by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) including the nature of each complaint; (b) the current stage of each inquiry or investigation; (c) the date when each complaint was launched, the date when the inquiries or investigations started; and (d) the expected time frame for concluding each investigation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of each current complaint against various functionaries of the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) for which inquiries or investigations have been initiated by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) including the nature of each complaint; (b) the current stage of each inquiry or investigation; (c) the date when each complaint was launched, the date when the inquiries or investigations started; and (d) the expected time frame for concluding each investigation?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the total number of National Identity Cards (CNIC), Birth Certificates, Death Certificates registered and issued by NADRA during last five years; (b) whether it is also a fact that there is gender gap in registration and issuance of CNIC; and (c) the steps being taken by NADRA to facilitate and ensure easy, cost-effective registration of women and disadvantaged groups such as persons with disabilities, transgender persons, prisoners and religious minorities?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether concerned authorities have taken the notice of increased crimes against women and transgender persons in Islamabad; (b) the total number of cases either reported by victims or the concerned officials during the year 2018 to 2024; and (c) the steps taken by the Government to curb crimes against women and transgender persons in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Capital Development Authority (CDA) takes too much time for the issuance of transfer letter to the persons who purchases the plots in CDA Sectors; (b) whether it is also a fact that getting transfer letter from CDA is becoming more difficult task for the purchasers of plots in particular the plot file No.1809, Sector I-12/1, Islamabad which is pending for transfer letter which is not issued so far; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, then the reason of delay made in issuing transfer letter thereof; (d) when the transfer letter will be issued of the above mentioned plots; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government against the persons involved in such willful delay, due to which allottees are suffering?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that majority of the Passports are pending due to shortage of passport paper; (b) whether it is also a fact that even after passing of three to four months majority of Overseas Pakistanis Passports are still pending; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, the reason of delay for issuing urgent passports thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to resolve above issue through Tracking ID Passport to the concerned applicants respectively?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the fact about provision of safe drinking water to prevent transmission of disease in Islamabad; (b) what are the facts about situation of depleting water resources in Islamabad; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to halt depletion of water resources in aforesaid areas?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Directorate responsible for the maintenance of Government owned residences in Sector G-7/2, Islamabad, under the Capital Development Authority (CDA), may have intentionally neglected its maintenance duties despite repeated complaints, including one submitted under Diary No. 26 dated January 4th, 2023, for the maintenance of H. No.2/4-B, Gali No.16, G-7/2, Islamabad; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) whether there is a mechanism in place to hold the responsible CDA officials accountable for such failure; (c) if so, the details thereof, including any disciplinary actions or corrective measures that have been implemented to hold those responsible accountable for these failures; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being undertaken to address the issue of maintenance as neglected by the CDA and to ensure that Government owned residences are properly maintained in a timely and in-efficient manner, including the maintenance of amongst one mentioned in part (a) above?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether any proposal is under consideration of the Government to take steps to construct main road of Sectors I-15 and I-16, Islamabad which are in dilapidated condition; (b) if so, the time by which work is excepted to be started thereon?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that victims of Sector I-12, Islamabad were allotted plots in Sector I-15, Islamabad but they have not been occupied till date; (b) if so, the time by which those plots will be allotted in Sector I-15, Islamabad; if not, the reasons thereof?
