Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in the year-2022, Prime Minister approved the establishment of a new Feeder in Sardheri, District Charsada; (b) whether the work was stopped during the caretaker Government; (c) whether it is also a fact that the Local Government paid the estimated 12, 48, 296 rupees for the said project; (d) whether the affectees had approached the Federal Ombudsman due to non completion of the said project and with reference No.WMS-PSH/4147/2023 dated 22-12-2023, in the verdict of Federal Ombudsman, concerned institutes were directed for the completion of project within 60 days; (e) whether it is also a fact that the concerned officers of the departments are responsible for the incomplete work and they are openly violating the law; (f) if so, the action taken against the responsible so far; (g) if not, the time by which action will be taken against said responsible; and (h) the time by which said work will be completed?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken cognizance of the ongoing deprivation of electricity in significant parts of Balochistan, despite the passage of decades and the failure of previous Government to develop the required infrastructure; (b) if so, is there any plan being considered by the Government to launch specialized initiatives for the large-scale generation of electricity through solar energy systems, such as the establishment of solar parks, with a particular focus on providing electricity to the inhabitants of Balochistan, who have historically been without this essential service; (c) if so, what specific measures are being taken to execute these projects and how does the Government intend to ensure that these measures yield tangible outcomes alongwith the anticipated timeline for observing substantial improvements in electricity accessibility for the people of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that agreements with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) are putting a heavy burden on consumers; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard; (c) the dates on which agreements with IPPs were reviewed; and (d) the payments to be made to each plant under the head of capacity charges as per agreement?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the total number of losses of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) and K-Electric in industrial, commercial and domestic level during the last three years; and (b) the details of cases of electricity theft in said areas alongwith the steps being taken by the government against such theft?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) how much foreign exchange is being lost due to import of coal in the country; (b) the detail on the number of projects that are currently running on imported coal; (c) whether these plants are currently operational; and (d) what are the details of capacity payments being paid to aforesaid plants?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) Rawalpindi Region has not yet paid excavating labour work Job No.20/59/051155 dated 06-05-2020 amount Rs.333,477/-, Job No.20/59/051155 dated 14-05-2020 amount Rs.317,468/-, Job No.20/59/051155 dated 06-05-2020 amount (i) Rs.543,897/- (ii) Rs.128,543/- and Job No.59/051155 dated 18-05-2020 amount Rs.327.557/- to different companies for laying down gas pipelines during the year 2020; (b) whether it is also a fact that earlier it was assured that these amount would be paid from budget 2024-25 but no advancement progress on it made yet; and (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what action would be taken against the officers responsible for such delay?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) IESCO, R. A. Bazar executed the project of the LV Proposal No.959 dated 26-08-2022 under the ELR Head in the area of St. No.7, Ghousia Chowk, Tahli Mohri, Rawalpindi Cantt.; (b) whether it is also a fact that open electric wires are so dangerous in that area and needs to be replaced with one covered wire for the safety of the vicinity; (c) whether it is further a fact that the dangerous electric wires are still floating in the air till date and not directly connected with the main electric poles lines; (d) if the answers to part (a), (b) and (c) above are in affirmative, the reasons of delay; and (e) what steps are being taken by the IESCO to save the lives of the people from dangerous wires?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the barriers installed from Choungi No.26 to Sangjani Toll Plaza for traffic control are in a very poor condition which cause frequent accidents and casualties tending to very poor performance of National Highway Authority (NHA); (b) the aforesaid barriers are also causing hurdle in smooth and safe flow of traffic; and (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, what action has been taken so far?
